I have not been to this location in over 5 years so I thought I would give it a try. The website said happy hour started at 2pm but signage inside the restaurant said 3pm. The wings met expectations but drink service in the bar was very slow. There were not many customers and the bar tender was just not very attentive. The last few times I've been here the wings have been terrible. Instead of the plump, juicy wings you'd expect, they were tiny, scrawny, and completely dried out. After 5 months we went here to celebrate father's day and it was just disgusting! Felt like a Crack house or something. It was not packed like we might have thought for a holiday however it was still gross with food covering the floor and not just under the tables but in the middle of the walk ways. (I eat there A LOT, therefore I do use my points to get FREE food from their loyalty program.) Anyways, I continue to grab food from here because there's limited options. Tonight, like any other night, the floor is ALWAYS DIRTY OF FOOD and napkins, the restroom STINKS AND IS STICKY, trash everywhere, I seen ants crawling next to me and I kept blowing them off at my table.....if this was my house or aka me being a store manager or district manager ID BE EMBARRASSED. I have eaten there a few times and things have been ok overall. Not great but ok. This particular time I ordered the nachos and when they got to my table they were absolutely cold. We had waited a good 25 minutes at least for our food which is not normal and so I went ahead and sent them back and just had them remake me a new plate. The second set of nachos came out as cold as the first! I even had my husband and daughter try them and they were nasty because they were like straight from the refrigerator. Overall, I think their service needs to improve and they need to have a little bit better food quality because this was ridiculous after sending it back the first time and waiting that long for it in the beginning. read more

I find the staff to be polite and accommodating and the wings always are on par with what bww puts out. First timers. Our server checked back several times during our stay to make sure we had enough DRINKS. We tried getting our servers attention a few times. We had to flag down another server to bring us silverware. Our server did check back after our food was delivered to make sure everything was good. Then towards the end with 5 people at our table, we had our plates piled up. She came to the table 3 times to see if we wanted more drinks but never cleared or touched our dirty plated. She should've cleared the plates away but never touched them. TIPS - TO INSURE PERSONAL SERVICE. Towards the end of our stay, I handed her my plate with my salad plate, and she put it on top of my husbands and left it and walked away. I didn't feel like a guest that was well taken care of. The burgers are really good. Fries are good if hot. The wings are an issue for me. In an order of 30 wings 21 flats and 9 drums. Order of 20, 14 flats and 6 drums. You can pay extra to get all flat or drums, implication is that you'll get a fair split otherwise. I prefer drums, hubs likes flat. Heat varies wildly from one order to the next. Blue cheese sauce tastes identical to ranch. And the absurd carrot nubs instead of spears. Nice big booths, lots of sports on TVs, you'll definitely get your softball or other obscure sport fix. Shame they can't have fail videos instead of some of these boring games. His attitude was positive, friendly, and professional the entire time. He provided great service, had a wonderful personality, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We came here on Thursday and ordered the Togo special online. Very excited since we haven't had BWW in almost a year. Once I picked up the order I looked inside to ensure the order was correct and couldn't believe the fries were over cooked or recooked possibly. The wings same way very dry but also sauce POURED on top. We were very unhappy with this visit. I did call customer service and rewards/points were given to replace the order. So gave it 3 stars for the hospitality handling the issue. Will update once we go back and give them a shot again. read more

Arrived here on a Friday night to pick up a DoorDash order. Staff was extremely unwelcoming and borderline rude. One of the orders they didn't have so I was told that I would have to place the order myself and to go wait in the Togo area where there was a mob of people waiting for orders. No one came by for at least ten minutes and some of the customers waiting had to come back because their orders were wrong. One person waiting said she always has issues at this store. They weren't even busy and half of the sections were closed. I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on 11/13/25 at around 4:20 PM with my family, and the experience was unbelievably disappointing. We walked in and simply asked to sit on the patio. There was already a family seated out there, so it was clearly open and being used. Instead of accommodating us, the lady at the front desk denied us service just because we wanted to sit outside. No explanation, no attempt to help, no alternative offered--just a rude "no." It was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. My family and I immediately felt unwelcome, and we ended up walking out. If this is how they treat paying customers, especially families, I won't be returning. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to seriously rethink how they handle guests. read more

I finally went to our local Buffalo Wild Wings, in the Queen Creek Marketplace. We strolled in on a Tuesday around 5 o'clock and got a booth right away. It was moderately busy. We got a booth in the back. I had my three year-old with me as well as my husband and my mother-in-law. I was happy to see that there were a lot of kids there. The place is much smaller than I would have imagined. The bar sits right there in the middle with TVs everywhere playing all of the local sporting events. We had a very sweet waitress. She was very attentive and we never really had to wait long for anything. The food comes out when it's ready so you definitely won't have your food at the same time as everyone else. We ordered two orders of the regular onion rings because one order just wasn't enough. The sauce is so good. We were happy with that. My husband ordered breaded wings and he had to send them back because they were so salty. I tried some, and it's not just him. They were very salty. He ended up getting regular wings and he was happier with that choice. My mother-in-law ordered the naked wings with sauce on the side and tater tots, my son had the kids menu cheeseburger and fries, and I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap with a side salad. I had a bite of everyone's food and I was definitely disappointed. My salad was dry and the lettuce looked not fresh. My wrap wasn't very good at all. My son's fries were super salty. The tater tots were pretty good, but I would really only return for the onion rings! Parking is available in the lot, prices are reasonable, the service was great. Waitress was so rude. We were waiting for the hostess, it seems she was in the bathroom for several minutes. We walked into the bar area and approached a server. I have an injured knee and told her the hostess never came so we were going to sit at a table until she found her. She said too bad and you'll just have to wait. My entire order was for pickup. I ordered the queso dip, and it was only half full. It wasn't even enough to eat half the chips with. Cheese dip is not expensive, they could easily fill the cup. My wife and I decided to grab lunch while we were in Queen Creek to run some errands. When we lived in the Midwest, we went to "B-Dubs" frequently. But since moving here a few years ago we hadn't had the opportunity. We didn't look at the reviews first because we were very familiar with the BWs in our hometown. Had we, we probably wouldn't have gone here. However, I think somehow, it was meant to be based on our experience. Needless to say, it was in line with the many poor experiences already expressed in the reviews - but this time with a twist. We had the best server, Josh. If not for him, we might have walked out. We experienced the gamut of issues: from cold food to incorrectly prepared food. BW has runners for the food, meaning the server can't check it before it goes out. I'm positive Josh would not have served us the food we received. Cold fries, buffalo sandwich with only a trace of dried buffalo sauce, and scrawny flappers that were dry and chewy like jerky. So Josh explained it to us like this: on the weekends they have additional kitchen help, and no real direction, so people assume somebody else is making sure this or that is done right. He also explained the chicken jerky wings. Apparently they have a new way of preparing them that involves pre-cooking - I guess the idea is to par-cook, Then they are cooked fully later as needed. Whatever the details of the process are it often winds up like we experienced, but more so on the weekends. He told us that if we come on the weekdays everything is up to standards, just like another reviewer pointed out in his 5 star mid-week visit. So based on my experience, my fellow reviewer, and Josh's tip, stick to week days. He said the kitchen has one very good cook and no chaos as he sees on weekends. I have to admit I was concerned about this place after reading the reviews. There were quite a few negative reviews. I decided to try them out because I have a birthday offer here. It was for 6 free wings. So I couldn't really go wrong. I was seated right away, and my waitresses, Angela, came by and let me know she would be right with me. She was back right away and took my order, which besides the wings included a garden salad and a drink. The food came out quickly and was good. I don't know if I just got lucky since it was my birthday, but I was pleased with the food and service I received and will be back. read more

I was super hesitant to go here because of all the bad reviews. Our baseball board meeting was held at this location and what I found is these critics are way too harsh. Honestly, I think most of these folks expectations are way too high for a chain sports bar. It's a sports bar people! Chill out! The place was organized and pretty clean. The beer selection was vast, the beers were cold and delicious, and the place is loaded with TV's with all kinds of games being played. There's not a bad seat in the house. The food is snack style bar food, not artisan brewery bar food. If you want gourmet grub to wash down with high end cocktails go to an artisan restaurant. We had a great time. Service here is horrible and even worse, the management takes no responsibility for the bad behavior of her staff. Waited 5 minutes for a table (place was 1/2 full). Hostess was no where to be seen and we watched multiple workers walk by, look at us and ignore us. We decided to attempt to sit at a high top and were told but a very rude server "you'll need to wait at the front" in a very condescending manner. I explained we had already waited 5 minutes and she came back at me and said "that's too bad you'll need to wait up front". We finally see the hostess and asked for a manager. Amanda (Asst mgr) came out, and she did not want ti hear our concerns. She gave excuse after excuse (hostess was in the bathroom, you can't just seat yourself, my server was correct) and continued to cut us off while we were explaining things to her. Zero empathy, zero responsibility and didn't even attempt to make the situation right. Told us to "stop raising our voices" and that we should treat her staff with respect.
