Was there lastnight, Miranda was a HORRIBLE server, then another server took over for her, a Hispanic girl with glasses. Literally came to the table 2 times in a couple hours (we were having drinks etc) the food also took forever. I understand you're busy but you can at least acknowledge we are there. I'm not sure if it's because we look young that they didn't care to give us proper service or what but the service was horrible..and I did let her know her service wasn't good...(in nicer words) so her manager came and said that server would no longer be serving us and that she'd be taking over .like SERIOUSLY? 3 SERVERS IN ONE SITTING. As much as we try and give this place a chance it always disappoints. First off walking in this place is always dirty. They sat us down the booth is dirty. We ordered a chicken wrap with buffalo sauce only to get a chicken wrap with no sauce in it. After the manager approaches us to apologize they keep insisting to make another wrap when we waited as long as we did waiting for another wrap didn't sound like an option due to waiting forever on our first. This location has terrible customer service. I was parked outside Buffalo Wild Wings and saw there was a long wait. So I decided to call to see how long the wait was. Savannah answered the phone and when I asked her about the wait time she said that she couldn't give it to me over the phone and when I said I was parked outside (which is extremely busy) she rudely said you're gonna have to walk yourself in and then I can give that information to you. I had the worst experience EVER!!!! Along with some coworkers I went to this specific location because "they provide better service." We were not seated untill the whole party was there because "they wanted to make sure everyone was there." 25 minutes after we were seated alcoholic drinks finally arrived to the table and about ten mins later soft dinks followed. We chilled there for another 20 mins untill someone came and checked on us and took our order -.- yes! Almost an hour after seated just to order. My wife and I went for lunch yesterday ( 1-10-15 ) . This would be our first visit to here . We were seated as soon as we walked in . We were sitting for 15 minutes , no one ever came to serve us . I saw 4-5 servers walking past us during that time . Service is an important thing to us and I can say that I will NEVER GO TO ANY BWW EVER AGAIN !!!! The Manager even walked by us !!!!! After my experience tonight I doubt I'll ever go to BWW again, but I definitely will never go to this location. The meal started off well, our waitress was attentive and brought our appetizers out really fast. When I ordered my wings I asked for blue cheese, and it they brought me ranch. No big deal but I had to ask two more times and wait over 10 minutes. Just kind of annoying that I had to sit there and wait while everyone else was eating there food. The real issue I had was that they brought my daughter rotten fruit with her kids meal. I noticed she only took one bite and didn't want to eat any more which wasn't like her. I was about to get on her about eating her fruit, and decided to try a bite. Glad I did because it was rotten and disgusting, and had I not tried it I would have made her eat more, and would have felt terrible! So I wait for the waitress to stop by so I can let her know, and 15 mins later, she keeps walking by us and before I can grab her she just keeps passing us by. Finally I get up and go find a manager myself. I was really irritated with the managers response and feel they need more training there on Customer service. He was apologetic at first but started going on about checking expiration dates, saying that if the 'can' the fruit came from had a current expiration date it wasn't there fault. Ok, really that's your response? Also good to know BWW can't bother to serve their customers fresh fruit. So he goes back to the kitchen and comes back a few minutes later and launches into some thing about how they opened the can that morning, and the rest of the cans were fine so that one must have been too. Seriously?! All four of us at the table had tried it and it was ROTTEN! You could even smell how rotten it was. And now you want to come back and tell me it wasn't? Again he was sort of apologetic and did credit us her meal, but his need to defend it and try to act like they hadn't done anything wrong really irritated me. Had he just apologized and left it at that, I would have been over it and it wouldn't have been a big deal. So I always go to this location, they are not the Best but also not the worst. But this time it was so bad, It was disappointing... I generally don't like Buffalo Wild Wings. Every one I go to the service sucks. They're either slow or rude. The last time I came here my friends and I ordered chips in salsa. When I dipped my chip in the salsa out came a ramen noodle looking thing in the salsa. I was so grossed out. Obviously it's not fresh. I love BWW and all but my buddy and I came here Tuesday night and headed to the bar area and found a open table only to find out that the only real "bar seating" is at the bar (which was full) and the table that was empty for 10 minutes you had to be on the waiting list for. I have never been to a BWW that had the bar area tables considered regular seating, the hostess who we were talking to mentioned something that it might be that corporate BWW operates different then the franchise BWW, but the thing about that is the BWW at the Corona Crossings is corporate and has tables in the bar area. I think that's just plain stupid being they will lose a lot of business in alcohol sells (the biggest money maker) during games and what not. read more

a few friends and I went to celebrate a birthday. we usually go to the bww in corona but decided to give this location a chance. big mistake. everything we ordered took forever & they weren't very busy. our server never really came around to check if we need water or drinks. my food had to be reorder because it was made SO poorly. also the wrong wings were made for one of my friends so he had to wait EVEN longer. over all my experience was horrible & even one of the other servers some how managed to make their uniform look ratchet. Horrible customer service. I don't usually leave reviews but this was bad enough that I had an itch to write one. I came in a group of 4 and was told the wait time was 25 minutes to be seated. After 25 minutes passed we asked how long until we were to be seated and the response was the same response as our initial response, 25 minutes. We FINALLY got called in to be seated after waiting a total of about 40 minutes. AFTER we were seated we waited another 30 minutes without even being asked what we wanted to drink while people all around us were asked what they wanted to order. After 20 minutes of waiting I had to flag down a random server and asked if she knew who our server was since we had no contact with anyone prior to being seated. She came back and said she didn't know who our server was but was kind enough to take our order anyways. The 1 star given was only for Erica, who helped us out. The rest of BWW, if I could, would've had 0 stars. Is it the customers priority to flag down someone to ask who our server is? Pretty pathetic. read more

Came to watch the Cubs playoff game thinking I was going to a sports bar! We waited for 30 min yet there were 20 open tables. I ended up finding a table at the bar. So my game started and I had to ask for the game to be put on the TV. Which tells me nobody keeps track of what's been shown on the TVs. Yet they advertise its a great place to come watch games. Well, I finally get to watch my game and I missed the first inning. Then to make matters worse, they turned off the sound and put music on. So now I'm at a "sports bar" watching a PLAYOFF game listening to Purple Rain! Any other day Purple Rain is great song, but seriously I thought I came to watch a game. I even had a server acknowledge that you know you're in the west coast when sports nobody cares about other games! We ended up just taking our order to go and watching it at home! It's Thursday night, group of 7 plus 2 kids get here at 9:20. We are told 30/35 minute wait and given a table beeper. About 25 minutes later it goes off, we walk inside and are told our table was given away. The hostess then proceeds to tell us there is a booth available to sit us. The idiot forgot we had two kids... So we talk to the manager, we get two free appetizers. We order our food at 10:40 (1.25 hrs after getting here) it's 11:21, we are still sitting here waiting for food. In the end, we decided to cancel our order. At this precise moment, the wings ordered 45 minutes before and the beers ordered 30 min before immediately came out. Then, the general manager has the audacity to say we have only been waiting for food for 18 minutes! This was a very mediocre attempt to fix a bad situation from management. I really like bdubs, I really dislike this location. Yes first time here, and yes definitely last... Back to my location in Corona. read more

The servers are great but the customers rarely tip more than 10 percent or not at all and walk out on their bills, They managers make the servers cover this, which just lets the customers keep it up and not have any consequence. The poor servers make nothing and work hard. Then they keep hiring more servers and give them all one day a week, what is up with this management, treat your employees well and your customers will see this and treat them well also. Tonight at approximately 11:15pm on Friday May-17-2019 I had an order called in almost 30 mins early I came and the takeout server Nancy said it wasn't ready yet she said about a few minutes more. Then next thing I know there's people coming back with their orders saying they didn't get the right food and there order was wrong while this was happening the takeout line gained about 7 plus people. Nancy claimed the manager was coming to help but the manager never came! Then she brings out all these orders including mine but just puts it on the counter as it gets cold. I kept trying to get her attention but she kept helping other customers when she should've given me my food since I had been first finally after 45mins of waiting for my basic order and she helps the whole line then she gives me my order unbelievable!! I was excited to try their wings. Four small bone-in wings for almost $9. They were have a special on their boneless wings so I tried those- $4 for four tiny nuggets. The wings were decent, but in no way worth the price. I also order their brat hotdog and fries special- the sausage had a strange flavor and I have never had more stale bread I my life. I added nacho cheese and jalapeños to my hotdog- the jalapeños were the "fresh" kind, but were all wrinkly and dry and they gave my like four half slices and charged me $.60 + plus another $.60 for a tiny bit of nacho cheese. The fries were stale and tasted bad. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich and fries for $14, the lettuce was wilted- not worth it! On top of that, the food was brought out separately with too much time in between. Our bill came out to almost $50 plus tip -I walked out of there feeling ripped off. My friend had placed an order to go for her and I to have on our lunch break. We work across the street at the mall so my friend went walking to pick up the order on her lunch break. She came back 30 min later and I look in the bag to see that they forgot or did not care to check that the veggies we not in there! I had paid for the veggies so I called to complain about my missing veggies because I do not like to eat my wings without the veggies. The order was picked up from server Cory. I called and I forgot who answered I want to say Steven? I do not remember but it was not Cory. I am shook. Worst BWW I ever been to. I travel to dif cities every week and eat this almost religiously. The tables first off were disgusting and we had to have the staff wipe them down.
