I always have a really good experience when I come to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Always decent service and good food!

The few times I have been there the service was horrible. I complained to the manager Jennette (fat lazy sloppy rude) I got no where . When I complained to Trey he brought me his best server Courtney. Wow she is the only one we ask for now! Polite,friendly,pretty, if the kitchen messes up she fixes it and checks on us often but not pushy. Now our only problem is deciding how much to tip! Trust me ask for Courtney. read more

My husband and I dine here quite a bit and have never had any issues until recently. The table was a little dirty and they included onions on my husbands burger despite being asked not to. The manager, Joe, was so kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we left satisfied. We did. Wings took over an hour which is understandable, but the table next to us ordered after us and was done eating and gone by the time we got ours. The server was very attentive. The manager Jennette was rude about and acted like it was no big deal. Won't be going back!! read more

Instantly would give a 0 star if possible. Worst buffalo wild wings ever. We go to alot of buffalo wild wings in the area never had as much trouble as this place before. The hostess (Jessica) said there were only 2 parties before us turns out there were actually 5-6. Came with a party of 6 so we understood that we required a larger table. But when they had a 6 top open they decided to sit a party of 2 (mother and baby) at a 6 top when we came before and waited at least 30 mins. Went to talk to the manager or whoever the gentleman (Jake) came as the representative to talk to us tried to explain to him the situation, but he answered about in a hostile voice trying to force the blame onto us saying we have to wait. Horrible service! Sunni was our waitress. We found out our food was given away to another table after waiting 35 minutes. Rather than apologize, she was defensive. After waiting even longer for our order, we left. Worst service I've ever had. I would give no stars if I could. read more

Used to come here every friday with co-workers for happy hour. We have all made a vow not to go back. Horrible service in the bar by both wait staff and even managerial staff after we made a complaint. Staff is consistently sitting around on the job, including the manager, talking to friends and each other while guests in the bar area have to flag waiters down to bring them napkins, refills, take food orders, and produce the check. The waiter short-changed my boyfriend, I guess assuming that was part of his tip. The manager was cordial enough, but attempted to defend one of his employees' mistakes, a NUMBER ONE NO-NO in customer service. After receiving a scathing review of his employees' work, the manager gave us back the change that the waiter had failed to give and gave us two $5 gift certificates that can only be used at that location. Horrible rectification, if you'd like to call it that. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years in the past, I can tell you this was the sign of a manager who really didn't care. You can find MUCH better happy hour spots in the Richmond/Rosenberg area than this one. I rate this BWW one star because rating zero stars is not an option. read more

This place is horrible. I am in the middle of eating takeout from here and I got so pissed that I just paid 14 dollars for this crap that I had to come post something to vent. I ordered the boneless wings and the fried mushrooms. The wings are so small, a Mcdonalds chicken nugget is bigger then these wings and probably better tasting. It was cold and hard and mostly breading and not chicken. The mushrooms were also super tiny as well and you get a very small amount that is not worth 5 bucks. I actually work at the Hampton Inn on Vista dr and I usually hand out their menus to guests when they are looking for a place to eat, but never again. If I have anything to do with it this place will be invisible to all of my guests. read more

To get service, after being seated for about 10 minutes, we had to flag a waitress down after several had already walked right past our table. We ordered a basket of "cheese fries" to go along with our meals and received a basket of cold fries with two not quite melted slices of American cheese on them. I was eating at the bar and watching some baseball. I observed a waitress accidentally break a margarita glass over the bar. Directly below was a sink full of ice the bartender was using to scoop ice for beverages. Then the bartender Yvonne and what I believe was an assistant manager or manager named Autumn began pulling shards of broken glass from the ice. After they finished the bartender continued to use the ice to fill beverages with . I was shocked at the danger of them to continue to use the ice knowing full well it was contaminated. I won't return after observing this especially from a manager or assistant manager being aware of the situation. read more

The takeout staff are hit and miss. Sometimes they are really nice and efficient but my last 2 times awful. A couple of weeks ago I ordered online lots of Tuesday special wings. Got there earlier than I had indicated online but the cashier put my order in. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:40 I got there 6:15. 6:55 I asked about my order. Cashier said they were boxing it up. 7:00 I went back to cashier and said it was "being boxed" still. Another girl comes out with my food, slings both bags down hard on the counter and stalks off. I had 10 boxes of food she stuffed into 2 bags. I asked for the manager and the assistant manager came out, appeared shocked, apologized and that's it. Next day I filled complaint form on bww. The general manager Clay contacted me , was very nice and said he would investigate and speak with his staff 12/27/16 again ordered online again we were earlier than online time, I asked my daughter to call to expedite order, the waitress on the phone told the assistant manager standing nearby we were on the phone, the assistant manager took the phone and deliberately hung up. I spoke with the General Manager few hours later and again he said he would investigate. Again, service is hit or miss, 90% miss. You decide. The service was great but we had the manager by the name of Desiree accuse my husband of breaking two glasses, although it was only one. He did knock over a glass as he was making hand gestures while talking and when she brought a towel she stated that he had broken two glasses, which was not the case. The first glass had been dropped by our server. It was a small group and we had every intention to tip our server well for giving us great service but as soon as this manger treated us in this rude manner we all decided to leave. She did not even apologize for her mistake and I found her extremely rude. read more

Went to BWW last night as part of a fundraiser night. It took a long time to be seated, figured maybe they're understaffed. Our server was friendly but not very knowledgeable. We were overcharged and the food was subpar. Overall a poor experience and we don't plan on returning. read more

After tonight, I will not eat at this location again. The service has always been marginal at best, but tonight crossed the line. Today was my daughter's birthday and as this is one of her favorite places to eat, she decided to have the family meal there. After doing a head count and discovering there would be about 20 of us, I decided to stop there on my way and give them a heads-up that there would be a large party coming in at 7. They said no problem, they'd handled groups that big with no forewarning before. I also told them that if we needed to split the group, we could do that as well. At 6:35, the first of our party showed up. By 10 until 7, most of us were there; we were only waiting on 2 families and I let them know a majority of our party had shown up and we were ready to be seated at any time. By 7, everyone was there. And we waited. And we waited. And we waited. Another large party came in. They also waited. Then they got sat, and I approached the hostess stand to find out what had happened and why we had been skipped. She mentioned there was only 10 in their party and were easier to seat and that they'd forgotten about us. I'm not sure how you forget a party of 20 standing right in front of you, but there you go. Mind you, one of our party was pregnant, and we had 8 kids from 2 years old to 13 years old. The kids are behaving well, but they're hungry. And we're seeing no progress on tables. Finally, my ex contacts Chili's right down the road from BWW. They can seat us and wait on us immediately. Our entire party leaves to go to the new location, while I wait to speak to the manager, who promptly discounts every complaint I have. He says they started putting tables together at 6:45 for our party. Why wait until then when I showed up an hour earlier to specifically tell you we'd be there?. And also, my father had come in through the back door and watched them continue to seat people at empty tables after our party had arrived. There was no effort at setting aside tables for our party. When people finally started to leave, THAT'S when they started to try to pull things together. I got blamed for bringing in a large party and wanting to seat all of us together. I pointed out that I had told the hostess we'd split tables if that was needed. The manager said that information had not been passed onto him. Only as everyone left did he try to convince us to stay with free appetizers and drinks. It was too little, too late. I used to wait tables. I know that large parties suck. I put in every effort to warn them what was coming and make things easy, and we were ignored and treated poorly. Worst of all, it ruined my daughter's birthday dinner. This was the place she'd really wanted to go, and we were treated like this! I cannot begin to tell you how disrespected and disgusted I feel about this whole thing. The staff is great. The beer sampling is enjoyable. They have alot of TVs and will put your favorite team on. The kitchen staff is horrible 45 min to get some of the most disgusting food I've ever seen and tasted. The menu is all junk food because that's all that can me made the turkey bacon burger was drenched in sauce and thrown together it was horrible the fries were cold. I've never in my life send food back before but it was that bad. The wings soaked in sauce better to get them regular with sauce on the side. Better choices for sports bars in the area with better food. As a note they did remodel and its bright and looks great but for me not worth a return. read more
