This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chili's. First, we walked in and were not greeted. All we got was "for two?" with no energy behind it. She took us to our seats and I said "thank you so much!" And she just walked off. Rude. Second, our server was not friendly either. She asked if she could start us off with drinks and we said yes. Haven't been to a Chili's in probably 10 years because the food was going downhill. Heard a bunch of advertising that they revamped how the restaurant functions and the food quality. Should have checked the reviews first. The place was only 1/4 full on a beautiful Sunday football afternoon. Two cups of soup were delivered quickly, but at room temperature. Fried mozzarella sticks were cracked open so most of the cheese was gone. Two burgers ordered right off of the menu, with no changes, were burnt beyond recognition. We could scrape the black char off of the patties with a knife. It's nothing but laziness and not giving a crap that would allow food this poorly prepared to leave the kitchen. I wanted some baby back baby back ribs tonight. I was wondering why the parking lot was nearly empty. I was met at the door by the greeter Jordon. Nice young man , very respectable. Skip out on this location. Bad service more than once. Croutons on salad stale, Steak came out raw and not medium rare. Service takes 10min after sitting down. The waiters are there just to do their job- not customer friendly to resolve any issues. The only great thing was the host who sat us quickly. The food had No flavor, dry, and just unpleasant. Most of the staff seemed unhappy to be working at this establishment. The drinks from the bar were inconsistent from the 1st drink to the second. This is by far the worst Chili's I have ever been to. We waited more then 10 minutes for someone to even walk over to the hostess stand to sit us. Can't blame it on being busy there were only 5 tables filled at 12:30. We ordered chips and salsa and the chips were so greasy we couldn't eat them. I ordered the big mouth bites and there is red grease dripping from them because they are under cooked and greasy.
