I was a little nervous going to Buffalo Wild Wings after some of the reviews, but we wanted to watch the Dodger game, so we went. And I'm glad we did! Service was great! We arrived at about 12noon, and we were seated immediately. The place was maybe 1/4 full. We asked for the Dodger game in our section and they switched 4 TVs right away so we could see from any angle. Sadly, no sound; that would've been nice. Our server Liz was prompt, pleasant and regularly checked in on us to refill drinks. Food was great too! My friend ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese, and I got the chicken sandwich with no slaw or pickles, and both were correct the first time. We ordered off the $11 lunch combo menu, so we got our burgers, fries and soda for $11 each. I was not expecting a huge chicken sandwich, but it was! I'm not normally a fan of white meat, but this was juicy and super flavorful. My friend's burger turned out to be a double patty burger. Again, great portions for the price, and we both really enjoyed them. We stayed for a couple hours watching the game, and even though we clearly weren't ordering anything else, Liz topped off sodas and water while we watched the game and visited. The check only arrived as it was clear we were leaving; they never made us feel like we had to give up the table, even as the restaurant began to fill up for lunch. But our server Emma didn't check in with us once after forgetting our side orders of fries, the food arrived cold, my boyfriend ordered a beer and never was offered a refill, and she acknowledged she forgot the fries yet continued to make eye contact with us and never brought them.... Mistakes happen and i understand that but to not even try to apologize and hand us the bill with the item still on it? This place is great. We came here this past weekend because we were in town for a wedding. We had our pup with us and they accommodated us in the outside sitting area. Me and my coworker came out here for dinner on a Monday evening. I had the grilled chicken wrap with the tortilla chips and salsa it advertised on the menu. The server asked if I wanted the included fries, I pointed out that I wanted the chips the menu included, I didn't pay attention to if he charged me extra for changing the menu, but I doubt it. The customer service is excellent, the restaurant is clean so I enjoyed the visit with NBA basketball going on with one huge projection screen.
