Our restaurant is the one in Lehi Utah, but we went down to St George for our anniversary get away and brought my Grandparents because they had never tried it. We went on a Tuesday so that we could get the buy one get one boneless wings! We ordered a large onion ring to share, and my Grandparents shared the Chicken Tacos. Everyone was very happy with the service given. We wanted to treat my grandparents, and they always pay, and my husband was able to talk to the host before we got sat and gave them the payment method and it was taken care of before we could even argue about it. It was really easy and a good experience. The only negative is the door is located on the side of the building and is odd to get to... We worried about taking my Gma and Gpa here because of the noise, but they seated us away from the crowd (without us even asking) and we will definitely be back to this location. read more

Usually wings are just wings to me but the service I got here was 5plus stars!!! My friends and I got to BBW at around 11:45pm, ordered online and went inside after about 25 minutes to pick it up. Seems like they've been having problems with online orders not going through. So of corse our order didn't go through. And they were closing soon. But the manager (Beck, I looked at his name tag) was soo kind to my friend and I. He made sure to write down our order and headed straight to the kitchen. I am done with St George Wild Wings. I gave it several chances. I thought, maybe they are just new....maybe is their off season....I so wanted a good experience. Went a few times after they opened and was incredibly disappointed. I got a gift card for Christmas and thought I would give it another try. 1. Hostess flustered and disorientated. Asking customers to wait when there are a dozen open seats. 2. Waitress slow and inattentive. 5 different people came to the table. Awkward and disconnected. No straws, napkins or water on the tables. 3. Drinks took at least 20 minutes. Waitress apologized for a consistently slow bar. This has to be one of the highest margin items. 4. I am sure it is a national promotion and but appy hour without discounted drinks is just silly. It is a cute play on words but you are a bar. Happy hour means cheap drinks. 5. Menu had crusty sauce from a previous customer. 7. Place was just plain dirty. Bathrooms were foul and unkempt. The staff have seemed annoyed and disinterested in helping. I think Buffalo has an excellent product and business model. On the positive side, the place in a great location. Tons of space and T'vs. The food is good but the staff just can't get it right. They showed up at 7:10. So they were 30 minutes later than they told me. This is my last time ever eating at this BDubs. Like I said in the beginning, i understand it's covid and I need to be fluid and accept change but don't tell me it's going to be ready at 6:40 and then make me wait for 30 FUCKING MINUTES. Went here with the family A group of about 16 and it was the worst food and the worst service we have ever had when we spoke to the manager about it he thanked us for letting him know but didn't do anything about the food or the service we won't be coming back everyone beware. And I got to admit I am 30 years old and have never made a review in my life for a restaurant but it seems like they need to hear that they are a lot of happy customers that will come for a drink and good food again and again! Was given a recommendation to retry the business . I hadn't been to the location for a few years after a bad experience. We arrived well before the lunch rush but once again I was disappointed. It took way to long to get our food and in fact everyone in our party got their food but me. 10 minutes later I get my food with the waitress saying At least they are fresh". The boneless wings were unevenly seasoned which turned me off. It wasn't to we got our bills that we discovered they charged 60 cents for ranch dressing and a buck twenty for carrots and celery!
