Buffalo WIld Wings St George My husband and I love Buffalo Wild Wings! Our restaurant is the one in Lehi Utah, but we went down to St George for our anniversary get away and brought my Grandparents because they had never tried it. We went on a Tuesday so that we could get the buy one get one boneless wings! We ordered a large onion ring to share, and my Grandparents shared the Chicken Tacos. Everyone was very happy with the service given. We wanted to treat my grandparents, and they always pay, and my husband was able to talk to the host before we got sat and gave them the payment method and it was taken care of before we could even argue about it. It was really easy and a good experience. The only negative is the door is located on the side of the building and is odd to get to... We worried about taking my Gma and Gpa here because of the noise, but they seated us away from the crowd (without us even asking) and we will definitely be back to this location. read more

Usually wings are just wings to me but the service I got here was 5plus stars!!! My friends and I got to BBW at around 11:45pm, ordered online and went inside after about 25 minutes to pick it up. Seems like they've been having problems with online orders not going through. So of corse our order didn't go through. And they were closing soon. But the manager (Beck, I looked at his name tag) was soo kind to my friend and I. He made sure to write down our order and headed straight to the kitchen. I am done with St George Wild Wings. I gave it several chances. I thought, maybe they are just new....maybe is their off season....I so wanted a good experience. Went a few times after they opened and was incredibly disappointed. I got a gift card for Christmas and thought I would give it another try. 1. Hostess flustered and disorientated. Asking customers to wait when there are a dozen open seats. 2. Waitress slow and inattentive. 5 different people came to the table. Awkward and disconnected. No straws, napkins or water on the tables. 3. Drinks took at least 20 minutes. Waitress apologized for a consistently slow bar. This has to be one of the highest margin items. 4. I am sure it is a national promotion and but appy hour without discounted drinks is just silly. It is a cute play on words but you are a bar. Happy hour means cheap drinks. 5. Menu had crusty sauce from a previous customer. 7. Place was just plain dirty. Bathrooms were foul and unkempt. The staff have seemed annoyed and disinterested in helping. I think Buffalo has an excellent product and business model. On the positive side, the place in a great location. Tons of space and T'vs. The food is good but the staff just can't get it right. I understand we are in covid and situations are fluid and ever changing but all I ask is that I'm not lied to and jerked around for 50 GOD DAMN minutes just to get a couple wings. Well 14 minutes later at 6:54, an associate came out and asked me for the SAME EXACT INFO I had already texted. And now, it is 7:03 and I am still sitting here waiting for this food. So, only come here if you want to wait for half your day for these people to figure out what they are doing. I won't finish this until my food comes, which is NOW 25 MINUTES LATE. They showed up at 7:10. So they were 30 minutes later than they told me. This is my last time ever eating at this BDubs. Like I said in the beginning, i understand it's covid and I need to be fluid and accept change but don't tell me it's going to be ready at 6:40 and then make me wait for 30 FUCKING MINUTES. Just be up front and honest. Never shopping here again. Can I rate 0 out of 5? Went here with the family A group of about 16 and it was the worst food and the worst service we have ever had when we spoke to the manager about it he thanked us for letting him know but didn't do anything about the food or the service we won't be coming back everyone beware. Usually have no problems with Buffalo Wild Wings except the past two times, have been terrible service. The first time we sat down right away since there was no wait but then waited 40 minutes to get our food for four people, each came at least 10 minutes apart and by the time each person got their food it was cold. This last time we placed an order for pick up, supposed to be ready at 6:50 at the latest. Got to the parking spot at 6:45 sent the info, about 10 minutes goes by the runner comes and gets everyone's name waiting. I just have been noticing there has been a lot of bad reviews recently for this restaurant. And I got to admit I am 30 years old and have never made a review in my life for a restaurant but it seems like they need to hear that they are a lot of happy customers that will come for a drink and good food again and again! I have been frequent guest since 2013, and I have never had met one rude server or hostess whatsoever. Now with they occupancy of guests that come in packing there fun environment it's not going to be a perfect day every day for them. There will always be hiccups. Was given a recommendation to retry the business . I hadn't been to the location for a few years after a bad experience. We arrived well before the lunch rush but once again I was disappointed. It took way to long to get our food and in fact everyone in our party got their food but me. 10 minutes later I get my food with the waitress saying At least they are fresh". The boneless wings were unevenly seasoned which turned me off. It wasn't to we got our bills that we discovered they charged 60 cents for ranch dressing and a buck twenty for carrots and celery! Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite restaurant of all time. When you walk in, you are greeted by the host. Once you are seated you can just relax and watch almost any sport of your choice, there is TV's all over the whole restaurant. There is a lot of options of foods to choose from such as, wings, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and there is a lot of quality items on the kids menu. For the wings, which is what they are famous for, you can choose between about 20 different flavors of sauces. I always get the wings. You can choose if they have bones in them or not. They smell so good and the taste is amazing. This place is also very kid friendly. There is a couple of arcade machines and there is tablets with a lot of games on them for the kids to play while they are waiting for their food. The kids menu is full of great food.
