I came here tonight to pick up an online order and this Chloe chick gave us nothing but sass and attitude!! I understand it was a busy night for takeout but being that I ordered online and still had to wait an hour in the parking lot (for 10 boneless wings), not being acknowledged after calling in and then getting condescending remarks each time I asked about my meal was very upsetting. The manager Clay came out and took great care of me and my mother and that is the only reason I gave 2 stars. He was a sweetheart and I would give him 5 stars if I could. But Chloe...you've got a lot of nerve talking to customers like you do working in the SERVICE INDUSTRY and thinking you'll get away with it!! Get yourself together and do better smh. read more

I really love the food and the servers are prompt. However this last time I was really concerned there was a guy eating there and took off his shirt and gave it to his friend. He sat at the table without a shirt and everyone was staring. I'm not 100% about the health code but it really made me think twice about going back. I never give bad reviews. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt... but wow! This place assaulted all my senses in the worst way. I'm sure there is a "type" of crowd that goes here: one that enjoys an extreme ADD experience of 60 tv's playing any direction you look. The food was... not good. We ordered the wing platter combo... 6 wings and 6 chicken nuggets (the boneless speciality) encased in a super thick hard breading. The SWEET BBQ Sauce- one of the least spicy was too spiced for 13 year old daughter. My husband got the blackened chicken garden salad. Not a Huge salad. I ordered the street tacos. They forgot to bring them out and since we had 2 waiters, (why??) the tacos got lost in the order. I got to watch my family eat their entire meal. I would have flagged them down but they never came by to check on things. Finally we asked to get the food and they ran back and 10 minutes later I got my tacos, SWIMMING in some sort of spicy mayo sauce. I couldn't eat them (I never not finish my meal- ever). I couldn't eat them. 3 minutes later our second waiter brought another batch of street tacos. Whoops! I'm telling you. Two sisters...not a great idea. Fries on the combo platter were paltry. I ordered online and was given a 5pm pick up time. I showed up at 5:02 and paid. The young lady then said it would be a minute or two and she would bring out my order as soon as it was ready. I check back with her and she was quite rude. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked another person and she found that my order was in the warmer the entire time. My family and I have been coming to the St. George location semi-regularly for years and the food has always been awesome. The service is always great with Maria, Josh, Sonja, Ava, and Aubrey being just some of the best servers that I would have to recommend. The only complaint I would have is with the management. I have come in a couple times within the last few months and while the restaurant always seems busy with all the workers running around, there is a newer manager that just walks around aimlessly. I would say she must be having a rough day, but it has happened on multiple occasions. Who hired her? However, all the other managers seem great! read more

Took my son and nephew to Buffalo wild wings yesterday around 5 pm took a while to get seated, because it was packed due to the Sunday night game. But once seated, its like we were forgotten about. 35 minutes later, no one stopped by to even take our drink order, or to introduce themselves as our server for the evening. I look over and looks like every server on the floor is over by the host station, laughing and having separate conversation's. Annoyed, I went to the host stand and let her know we are not staying, because seems our server is too busy chatting then to offer us water at the least. She quickly got attitude and laughed while saying well we are busy as you can see, its Sunday game day. but you can leave, and turned her back on me. the customer service is horrid there, I was laughed at and ignored. Yes, the wings are good. But that's about the only thing. We went on a Thursday before the dinner rush. And even though there were a ton of open tables, we waited 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered some boneless wings in several different flavors.... Waited 45, yes, 45 minutes for our food to come out. The coleslaw was good... Nothing rave about. The waitress was really slow to refill our water. We wanted to try some fried cheesecake but our waitress was taking forever just to bring a to go box and our check... We didn't want to wait any longer either...Not a good dining experience! I gave them another shot and ordered online.... Big mistake! They got the wing part of the order right. But I had also ordered some coleslaw and buffalo chips.... Got my order and there was no slaw or buffalo chips....they gave me chips & salsa instead. My son and I were in St. George to take in the town. He saw the Buffalo Wild Wings and that is where we ate for a late lunch. Our food was just fine - I had the combination platter of bone-in and boneless wings. My son ordered the BBQ pork grilled cheese (limited time item) - he loved it but he said he would order something else the next time we went to a BWW - was too heavy. And we started with fried pickles. Eyes were bigger than stomach for sure. My son had soda, and I ordered a Cherry Lime Mojito -- tasted like sugar syrup and no alcohol. We had the best server - Shea. Request her if you can. We would have enjoyed having her sit down with us - if she could have. She was very attentive and was just great to chat with. And Shea is the reason for the 5 stars --- otherwise, it would have been less --- it is a chain restaurant after all. read more

The service at this particular location was terrible. I have been to many locations through out southern Nevada. The waitress never brought any silverware. She forgot to put in half of our food... All of my kids' food. Saw her chit chatting with her friends instead of refilling drinks and providing us with some napkins. I finally asked to speak with a manager. He was polite and comped part of our meal, which I totally appreciated it. After that, our waitress wouldn't even look at me. For as much as you pay for "bar food" service was terrible. read more

St. George is a horrible place to be if you want good food. I have been to several BWW in other states, and this is one of the worst. Unlike some of the other reviews on here, my server was great. She was friendly and very attentive. The food however, was horrible. My black bean burger was cold and dry, as were the french fries. Really bad. Service here sucks. Even when it's not busy it's hard to get a waitresses attention. Food doesn't come out hot, luke warm at best. They nickel and dime you for side sauces like ranch...I guess each meal comes with a certain amount of side sauces and if you use more than that then you pay like .70 a container. When they don't even give you as many as you are allotted before they start charging per container. It's ranch dressing not gold... on their deal days like Tuesday and Thursday's their wings have hardly any sauce on them so be prepared to ask for more sauce and the boneless wings always seem to be hard like when you take your left overs home and reheat it in the microwave and they get tough on the outside, that's how they taste on deal days. And the people that seat you never are great when accommodating a high chair. They just squeeze In the high chair instead of giving it its own spot at the table, and they always put you at like the worst table in the restaurant near high traffic areas! Also the waiters and waitresses need proper training when tending to a table with a child! Children grab whatever you stick in front of them! DONT stick every single item you put down in front of the child because the drinks will be spilled and the food will end up on the floor! Yes I have. Much better. The place reminds me of a sports bar and that is good for the right crowd. A noisy crowd. And a noisy place. The food was only fair. I do better wings. The selection of sauces etc. is great the menu is very good but the food was marginal. The carrots look really bad. Not fresh as there were white. The spinach artichoke dip was not bad, but the chips were great. Good selection of craft beer for a Utah bar. But the place was loud with the music. The thing that pissed me off was no process on their beer and drink menu and the server didn't know them either. She had to go ask someone. That was not good. I moved to St. George about a year ago and I love the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. The location on Ft Union Blvd in Midvale is Awesome! We haven't been to the one in St George but decided to order online for Super Bowl 2018. I knew it would be busy given the days events, so I ordered online around 10:00am thinking this will give them plenty of time to put my rider together for pick up. I was busy cooking so I sent my husband to pick the online order from this St George location at 3:45pm. He was gone a while. When he returned he was red faced because the order was not ready and had to wait an additional 30 minutes plus for our order that we were trying to be courteous by ordering ahead! The staff acted like they were putting it together right now but it really wasn't ever put together. When my husband got home, we checked the order and we were missing half of our order. I called and asked to speak to a Manager and "Travis" came on the phone claiming to be the Manager. I explained the issue and he offered to give me in restaurant credit to make it right. WTF! I do not want to be subjected to horrible service again. I wanted a refund for the items I paid for but didn't receive. Well Travis's only offer of solution was in restaurant credit. I told him I would not be returning and that he has failed to properly train his staff and that it is a reflection of his poor management. He told me that I was harassing him and that he doesn't have to listen to what I had to say. Seriously?? They don't even deserve this star. But had to put one to warn everyone of the worst service ever received. I never received a refund and Travis did not offer an acceptable solution. They took my money and kept their food and didn't care whether service was good or not. Worst Manager Ever and poorly trained staff!! I was kind of excited to come here because when you live in St. George you get excited when new things open. If you live here you know what I mean. Beer, wings, and sports. I'm about it. I've been to BWW in Vegas and in Texas and had a good time with decent service. Not so here. I've been here twice. The service is shiiiiit. They just opened and they are busy, I get it. But the wait staff here is unorganized, confused, slow and unprofessional. Not even sorry to say it. Not to mention they are rediculously overstaffed, but still take forever to do everything. It seems like everyone hates thier job there already. And they do. Our server explained to us that she was handling all the tables around us because the server that was in charge of them straight quit without even finishing her tables. WOW. Both times I've been here the beer and food takes forever. I'm talking like 15 minutes to even get a server to your table. An extra 15 to get the beer. Order and it takes another 20 to get your food. Your food will be cold and very mediocre. I would compare their bone-in med. flavor sauce wings to Hooters wings only Hooters wings are better. Do not bother with boneless wings. They are not delicious. They took so long to bring our check we could have walked out without paying and NO one would have noticed (not that we would do that... I'm jus sayin.) They got tv's with sports on, the music is loud, and they have beer. That's what this place is for, striclty: drinking with your friends and chilling. Took 30, yes 30 minutes to get a margarita, and longer for the food. And half the tables order was completely wrong! The staff all seem to be mentally disabled and the managers don't do a damn thing. I love the wings. This location kind of misses the quality train compared to the other B Dubs we have patroned. Make sure to always ask for extra crispy, and extra wet. I have noticed the cooking and dressing methods vary from shift to shift. If you dont ask for wet there is good chance you will get pretty dry wings. That is a result nobody can deal with. read more

The wings are good, IF you get boneless. The traditional wings don't have as much sauce on them, and the meat is pretty bland and flavorless without the sauce. Definitely go for the boneless. No question. My favorites: 1. Parmesan Garlic 2. Honey BBQ 3. Asian Zing Terrible: Caribbean Jerk (tastes like cinnamon) Mango Habanero (you won't taste any mango with your tongue on fire) So why just two stars? Portions. The portions seem completely random. I guess they figure as long as they give you your five pieces of chicken they don't give a damn what size they are. Me and my friend ordered the same five wings and his portion was simply larger by far. It almost looked like he had double what I had. To make matters worse portions are small to begin with. This ain't Wingerz where each "wing" is basically giant chicken strip. Wings take forever to get out. expect 10-15 minute wait. Drinks are incredibly pricey. 2.50 for a soda? I'd have to get 10 refills to get my money's worth. read more

The food is good enough but this is my second time here and I haven't had my food sooner than 45 minutes. Then first time I was with a big group and my wings were cold. Thought I would give it another try with just my husband and I and I'm still not impressed. Sat for nearly an hour and got checked on once and our food didn't arrive before then. Great wings! I love their sauce selection, they all taste good, my favorites are the honey bbq, jamming jalapeño, and Asian zing. It does take them a while to get your food out to ya but I thing it's worth the wait. Also, get the chipotle bbq dry rub on a basket of fries, you won't be disappointed. read more
