Came in with my girlfriend tonight when we both had stressful days, and we were greeted promptly and seated with drinks ordered and received right away! Our food was placed and we got our appetizer, and since our food took a little while to come out, we ended up getting free drinks for our courteous behavior and patience. Because our waitress is a person too! Give them respect and they will respect you. I will always come back, no matter what. read more

My wife and I have been going ere for some time sadly its gone down hill. The last time I went it took 40 minutes for take out that they said would be 15. Then the order was wrong. Just over all it seams like they are going down hill from what it use to be like. read more

I LOVE wings!!!! I love coming here and getting the coronarita . For some reason we always get the same waitress witch I love she is always so helpful and is not asking us every 5 minutes if our food is good. I wish they had more good food selection though. read more

I came here with a party of 4. We all ordered from the Fast Break menu. After we ordered, we waited for our food for 2 hours! That's right. 122 minutes of sitting and waiting. Then when they finally brought out the food (in to-go boxes because we needed to leave), my meal didn't have the side of fries that I ordered, and one of our meals was COMPLETELY MISSING! So not only did we wait 2 hours, but only 50% of the orders were fulfilled. This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever witnessed. read more

Have been going to this bdubs for many years. Food is always good; however, the hostess and the waitstaff make this place less than desirable each and every time (slow, rude and lack common sense). Definitely need to find a new wings joint because I've had enough. read more

Always one of my fav spots for great wings and cold beer. I have been a fan of BW3's from the start.

We've ordered take-out upwards of 15 times and we usually try to give mouth breathers at least 10 extra minutes. Always slow, usually wrong. 20 minutes longer wait than they told us wen placing the order. Seriously bad. Screw this place. read more

Allysha was our server and she was right on. We didn't have to ask for refills and everytime she walked by she asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. Extremely unimpressed. I ordered a take out order and as I picked it up the girl at the register said to me 'it just came out'. So, I was obviously expecting it to be fresh. When I opened it, my order was wrong. Not a big deal until I started eating my wings. Each one a different soggy consistency. So gross I couldn't even finish them. One was super breaded and crunchy with no chicken and the next one was a soggy mess. Not to mention my fries tasted like they've been sitting out for 5 hours. Old ones under a light in the back? I don't know. Usually when I go to Buffalo Wild Wings I'm very impressed. This was awful. It will be a while till I return, and if I do it will NOT be at the alpine location. read more

Went to get some dinner with a friend to bdubs tonight and I was greeted by a friendly host and they accomidated to my request for a booth. We both weren't very hungry so split a sampler. We got out sampler in less than 10 minutes. Our server forgot the jalepenoes and we only got drummies wings so we asked our server it was only supposed to be drummies because we favor the flats. Our server Stephanie kindly switched them out for us. Unfortunately after she got our new wings she didn't come back and check on us to see if everything was okay. Our beverages were almost empty and she didn't ask us if we wanted desert. She was rude when asking if we wanted our checks together. I travel all over the US and since I'm a huge BWW fan. I usually stop by one in every city I'm in. I usually get great service except here. I ate at the bar, which I normally do. Actually, I'm so upset with my service I'm writing this as I finish off my Wings. Ordered popcorn shrimp and got full size shrimp dropped off by runner. She didn't ask me if I needed anything. No one brought me napkins or asked if I wanted silverware. I finally had to ask for napkins. Then I ordered wings and was never asked if I wanted ranch, blue cheese or carrots etc. Wings were dropped off and was not asked if I needed anything. I flagged someone down and asked for ranch and I was brought 1 blue cheese. Still no silverware... UGH! I asked for silverware and finally got it. Not sure who's managing this place but they need to be talked to and then that person needs to talk to their staff. From a guy who probably spends $5000 a year a BWW, get it together. read more

A true disappointment when it comes to this franchise restaurant. Let me set the stage: A friend was having a birthday party, and we topped out at 15 people. She called early, but they don't do reservations (many busy places don't anymore.) She then got to the place early to make sure we could get a seat. Little did she know, it would be 2 hours later before we basically muscled our way in. The staff said we had to wait for another party to leave to be seated, the party was still there when we left. Only a steady stream of questioning got the host to finally decide to put a few tables together to seat us. When we were finally seated, the comedy of errors began. Multiple people did not get their drinks, and the waitress kept coming back and asking what we had ordered. For some unknown reason, she kept trying to memorize what we ordered, which was not working for her. I tried the new flavor Wasabi, which looked unappealing but tasted fine. It just tasted like horseradish, not true wasabi, though. All-in-all, a miserable experience. Not recommended, there are better Bdubs short distances from this place. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is great for wings but the last place for friendly service. As we walked in there where three hostess and a front counter person. Was not greeted for a whole ten minutes. We decided to get takeout as we looked upon a staff that is highly unqualified, with no experience with customer service. We put our order in and was given an hour wait time. Which after our horrible greeting it was to be expected they are "slow" there. Another customer walked in and also waited a good ten minutes and a server came up to do a cash out and I, knowing how this person felt told the server this person had been waiting awhile and was given the response "oh I'm sorry I don't work up here, I'll go get someone who does" she also responded with the kitchen is slammed. With the place only have minimum of 10 people in the whole place there was no way that they were "slammed" If you want great wings but some horrible service, this is the place! read more

I usually don't waste my time or money on corporate restaurants, but I decided to give it a try because I was in the mood for some wings. What really made our experience great was the service. Kim was our waitress. She was polite and friendly, and also had great suggestions for drinks and food. We had a few drinks after dinner and enjoyed Kim's company! Always awful, terrible service, even worse music and atmosphere. To top it off I recently discovered 8 boneless wings contains 12000 mg of sodium for Honey BBQ, while Spicy Garlic clocks in at 19000mg. Holy. F\ck. I'll never eat here again after finally accepting that I only truly enjoy the Spicy Gar,and for that, I'll just buy a bottle while I'm shopping at Penzeys Spices in the future. read more

Went here for a birthday in January and we waited 40 mins for our drinks. Group of 12. You'd think we'd have gotten better service. Went back for another birthday in April and we waited about 10 mins for drinks which i suppose isn't so bad until we realized that our second round came after we'd finished eating when we'd ordered it when we started eating. Should have figured this place was going down hill when we went a year prior and our waitress was equally terrible during lunch on a Tuesday (very few customers).
