Service was horrible. Waitress went on a long break without telling anyone. The wrong table was put in for our order so our food went to the wrong table. The other waiter and waitress did more for our table than the actual waitress. Waited almost 30 mins after we were done eating to get our bill. Our table was never cleared of dirty dishes, and refills were never given. No manger even bothered to come around or apologize for this garbage service, he was aware of the situation. read more

For now I'd give this BWW a great review. They just recently finished renovating. Great update that was really reeeeally needed as it was outdated. It felt like the ambiance woke up with energy. The waitress were all nice and new and made sure that my order was getting made right. I asked for extra sauce since the wings I ordered came out thirsty and drank the sauce . Drinks never got sent out due to printer problems- food was super slow and weren't paired together correctly. I had to go to bar for drinks . I was craving wings so I jumped on Yelp to see what was around and BWW was listed and I can't remember if I liked BWW or ever going to one but I must have with all my Yelp travels. The place is in a strip mall and it's huge on the inside with a bar in back and tons of table and booths, way bigger than I was expecting and probably the most TVs in a single place. I placed an order for the Memphis hot to go which took about 10 minutes. The wings smelled and looked good with a side of blue cheese sauce. The wings were meaty enough and not super jumbo but not the smallest that I have had. To my surprise the wings were tender and moist that were cooked perfectly but the Nashville hat was not as hot as I was expecting. The blue cheese sauce was ok with bits of blue cheese in it. Had a wing craving and wanted to watch the NBA playoffs. Have not been to a BWW's in a long time and forgot how much I like it! Our server/bartender was nice. This location is unlike the others as it is an in line strip center* rather than a freestanding location. The staff are pleasant and polite making sure to provide good service. The beers were served in frosted glasses. FYI these are not your basic dive bar glassware. If you look closely there is a lazer etched Logo. Causing cavitation and effervescence. They have Coke products and Coke zero and diet coke as an option. The layout easy in and out for take out. The bar area is clean and looks a large selection of 20 drafts to choose from. $1.00 off tall taps during happy hour. The competition was OK for Buzztime trivia on a Wednesday. More of the customers were playing poker. I ended up playing along with 6-7 players, that was fun! I'd go back if I happen to be in the area to try the wings. They get busy on Tuesday's and Thursday's as they have special deals on wings and boneless wings. In general buffalo wild wings are slightly smaller than many bars but the choice of 17 sauces and 3-4 dry rubs is worth it. This location is close to our house so it's convenient for UFC fights and football games. But the service is SO terrible. Theres no organization to seating customers, and the bartenders actively avoid eye contact so they don't have to serve you, hoping you'll just walk away. I don't know how the Saturday night bartendress still has her job. I've seen people walk out on her because she takes forever to bring the bill. This location just needs to close. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I created a Yelp account just for this... I placed an online order to feed myself and my children. I went in to pick up my order, when I got home I realized I was missing half of the wings I paid for, I tried to call the store to talk to them about it, no answer, kept trying no answer...finally I get through. I talked to a young lady, I told her my issue and she put me on hold "to talk to the person who took my order"...again I placed the order online. She wouldn't even let me speak and explain the issue before putting me on hold. Finally someone answers me, I give her my name and number....she says she can't find an order my name, and claims that I've somehow called the "Lebanon, Ohio location... I called the number from my receipt....(414 area code) so that isn't possible!!! Finally I just drive over, the person who gave me my food is still there, I double check the phone number that I had been calling with him, he confirms the phone number and says that they're busy and they can't answer the phones. (It wasn't that busy in there) he blames someone else about me not getting my food and says he's going to get his manager. I wait for a while eventually another worker with no name tag comes over and stares me in my face, and just stares, eventually he asks if he can help. I explained what was going in, then he tells me he is the manager as if I was supposed to know that...(how about greeting a customer properly) he is immediately combative...and asking me all the same questions that I already explained. He looks at my receipt, but clearly doesn't know how to read it (again this is the MANAGER) he is still confused....eventually they realize they forgot to give me my one of my bags, they finally give me my bag and I go home and eat cold fries and wings one hour later... To add insult I see that there is a sticker checklist attached to my receipt that was supposed to be filled out to prevent issues like this, it was just ignored by the workers. read more

Went there on 7-6-2023 with a group of 7 people. Two people ordered the traditional wings, they were TINY!!! The smallest wings we've ordered in the last 3 years. These were from parakeets. Any place that has "wings" in their name should do way better than what we were served. Two people ordered the boneless wings, also real small. A chicken sandwich was good, and two ordered the chicken tenders, which were big and awesome. The hostesses are incompetent at their jobs. For example, I went to pick up my order one night and was told, "Sorry I gave it away." How does that even make sense ? I arrived to pick it up well before they said it would be completed because I like to keep the chicken hot! There was another occasion where my boyfriend and I went to eat in. We stood at the hostesses stand in front of two employees for longer than five minutes and no one even said hello or addressed our presence, after we asked to be seated! So we left. The food from BW3's is always what we expect and is pretty good. BUT when I order the food online and go in to pick it up, it's very frustrating to be helped upon arrival and then not checked on again for 10-15-ish minutes. The original representative who initially helped me wasn't even the one who came back out with the food, it was a different representative whom had come back from what I assume was a break. In addition, while waiting for my food, a few different couples came into the restaurant and were waiting to be seated for what seemed like an eternity while servers walked back and forth to their tables. No one even acknowledged the people waiting to be seated, what if they get sat in their section? That would be terribly awkward. Stopped into the West Allis Location tonight, Tuesday, around 7pm. Sat at the bar and had a lemonade, some wings, and buffalo chips with cheese. Started off with a Mango Lemonade - very good! Bartender was chatty and friendly while I waited for my food. i order the snack size of boneless wings which is plenty large for 1 person - prolly 7-8 wings. I mide the mistake of ordering mild - too bland. Make sure to at least order Medium if you want them a little hot. Ordered another lemonade - this time, tried the huckelberry, it was good, but not as good as the mango. Bill was around $15.25 for the wings, buffalo chips, and lemonade. read more

By far the worst BWW I've been to. First and last time going to this location. Waited to be seated, many open tables in dining room, dirty tables, sat at our table of three for ONE HOUR before getting our food, which was cold. We drove 45 minutes to meet someone for a nice lunch, and they beyond failed us. Waitress was rude, manager didn't seem to care about the issues. I couldn't believe the quality of staff and service. This place needs major help if this is how they're doing business on a Sunday. We had to get up to go find our server multiple times. No one at the bar, no staff to be seen. I have always enjoyed good food, as has my son who wanted to have dinner with the family at this restaurant. I understand that times are tough but that doesn't change how you should treat people. We waited for someone to seat us for 26 minutes, after that it took another 15 minutes before the waitress came with our drinks. Now, this might seem normal if it's busy and packed... It wasn't... there was a total of 3 parties in the restaurant. Nothing big, nothing major going on, maybe 17 people in the building total. That was strike one. We have 10 people in our party, we order our drinks when we sit down. We told the waitress twice what we wanted to drink. Our drinks were incorrect, between diets supposed to be regular, mixed drinks incorrectly made, and we were charged for drinks we didn't order. Strike two. Strike 3 was much worse. We had told them close to 5 times of an allergy for a person in our party. We gave instructions on what can not be on this burger... and of course, you guessed it, they didn't listen. I'm glad it was caught before we ate otherwise it would have been a 911 emergency. Now, we're all thinking, "how can it get worse from there." The response from the staff or should I say, lack there of. They didn't care, the timing of everything was so far off that we had people finishing their meal by the time others are getting theirs. The quality has gone down hill, the staffs ability to handle a 10 person order is failure of momentous portions. I have met waitress and serving staff who can handle 30+ tables, the ones at Buffalo Wild Wings in West Allis, can barely handle one. It's sad to see how far the restaurant has gone. I advise changing staff. I advise moving forward with new staff, and better training. We will not be returning. While my order was originally scheduled to be delivered at 8:05 pm, I figured it would be late with it being a Friday night and all. My order arrived at 8:21 pm and was still warm. However, when I looked in my bags I realized my fries weee missing. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone told me I could come into the store and get some fries. I explained to her that my order was for delivery. Before I could ask for a credit for the fries she told me, "Let me check". I am not sure what she is checking on, as I have not made any request.
