While my order was originally scheduled to be delivered at 8:05 pm, I figured it would be late with it being a Friday night and all. My order arrived at 8:21 pm and was still warm. However, when I looked in my bags I realized my fries weee missing. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone told me I could come into the store and get some fries. I explained to her that my order was for delivery. Before I could ask for a credit for the fries she told me, "Let me check". I am not sure what she is checking on, as I have not made any request. But as I type this review, I have been on hold for 30 minutes. WTF!!! 10 years ago I had a bad experience with this same store. But I decided to give it another chance. I got my food to go, and when I get it home and open it they mixed up putting the seasoning on my fries instead of my chicken. Ok no big deal I guess I can eat plain chicken and Chipotle bbq fries. My first fry had a nice long hair on it. Ok its probably a one off incident. Nope I grab fry number two and a long hair is cooked into the thing (picture included). I paid almost 50 dollars for all of this food, and had to heat it up when I got home from my 10 minute drive, and got to eat the chefs hair. The actual worst experience I've ever had getting takeout. Called at 7:45 to place an order for carry out, was told 25-30 minutes got to the restaurant within that timeframe and ended up waiting an additional almost hour, I finally left at 9 after having to go back into the restaurant because they royally messed up the order wings were dry and had obviously been sitting even though we asked for and were promised fresh wings. They weren't the correct quantity, the boxes were busted open and the sauce was everywhere. The person that got the order before mine also came back into the restaurant because they screwed up his order and forgot a box of wings and his side. There was a couple that was there before I got there that got their food after me; the worst part of it all was the manager was on location and said not one word to myself or anyone else that was having a poor experience. The last 3 times I've picked up food from this location there has been missing items. This is the only location I've been to that doesn't open the boxes in front of you and show you your items. This time, along with missing items, one of the boxes of wings was filled with sauce which resulted in sauce all over all of the other boxes and napkins in the bag. I never got my receipt and don't know if I actually got my rewards points or not. When I arrived home upset, my fiance called to speak to a manager. He was on hold for about 6-7 minutes and when they finally answered the phone again they asked if he could call back since they were busy. He said no he would not call back and he wanted to talk to a manager immediately and then they hung up on him. Let's face it, the fry cook at any given BW3's is never going to win a James Beard award, but I don't think they have any illusions about that , so that makes is OK. My first impression was that this place is a bigger sausage party than the Sheboygan Brat Days Festival. What sucked: They had a special for FFL parties: 75 wings, 5L keg of beer for $100.00. It worked out to be about 2 beers and 7 wings for about $10.00 per person (10 people). What I didn't like was that we had to get all of the wings in the same spice level. That sucked. We would have been better off ordering smaller orders so we could pick and choose what we wanted. 2 stars for the food "special" What didn't suck: The service. We constantly had a server checking in with us. She rocked. I apologize for not noticing her name. The manager even came over while we were setting up to make sure we had everything we needed. We waited and waited to be served though received our drinks pretty quickly. We then waited and waited for the server to come back and take our order. We watched as the server waited on bar customers and cleaned off bar tables (though there were very few people in the bar area) replaced bar glasses and napkins, etc. We waited for over an hour for our food. When we received it, it was cold and we didn't get the fries we ordered. The fries eventually came out, also cold. When we were ready to leave, I let the server know I was a member, which she roller her eyes at and rudely asked if I had a discount to use. I told her I did. She found my member account and gave the discount but failed to record the purchase. I was unable to record the purchase afterwards as the receipt didn't have a qr code. While the server had a large area, I don't think she was stretched too thin. I think she prioritized cleaning off tables and restocking glasses and napkins over taking care of customers. Arrived just after 6 and after being seated, requested to be put in a booth for better view and comfort. After the move, waited 27 minutes for our new server before telling the hostess and she sent over someone. It turned out to be miscommunication about who had the table, so the manager came over said sorry and said he would comp the two appetizers that we just ordered. So the night went on, with good service, until I ordered a veggie boat and it took us calling over the waitress after 45 minutes of waiting on this for her to find out the food was brought to the wrong table and to bring us a simple veggie boat. The service for the drinks was fine and our waitress kept up with our needs most of the time. onto the food The mushrooms that cost about 6 dollars on the menu came out in a nice big basket, but only had 11 mushrooms in it. Which is nothing like what it used to be, or what I expect for 6 dollars. Same with the french fries, I ordered a basket and got a small amount. The burger was good, and spiced well. Veggie boat was what I expected. When the bill came at the end of the night, it turns out the manager never did comp the food he had promised and a simple beer cost me 6.50. This is far and away the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in terms of service and follow through. It would be one star but the food was decent tasting overall. When you think about Wings typically BW3's comes to mind. They have a number of locations spaced out all over the place. I'd bet more than likely you have been there and probably on more than one occasion. Thinking about going back? Knock it off. Seriously do yourself some kindness and go for quality over quantity. The first star removal is the size of the wing. These are more then likely the smallest wings I have ever had. Anyone who says different needs to get out more. They really are the smallest and if you find smaller please shoot me a message and I'll go investigate. They have a number of sauces that vary. I've gone here a lot over the years simply due to convenience. Some sauces are retired, some are only a limited time. They have some dry rubs now they offer which is an interesting change of pace. While the sauces vary some of these cannot be consumed back to back without overloading your palate. An example of this would be the teriyaki. The highest level of heat Blazin serves no other purpose then a highschool dare or those thrill seekers that love to fry their face off. I love heat. I've had Blazin but I need more then heat. Flavor is a big part of it and Blazin lacks in that area. Yes it is possible to marry both together. I think at last count I have tried 22 types of wings from all available sauces and dry rubs to some sauces no longer available. It comes down to getting the Medium and getting a lot of them because of the small size. The atmosphere is a sports bar. Many large TV's and local sporting events being shown which will cater to any sports fan. The NFL, NHL, College whatever... it's usually on. The service is totally random. While some places are highly exceptional and other places are obviously garbage BW3's is the dead center of a teeter totter. Nothing exceptional here aside from the bartender Justin B at our West Allis location. I've talked to Justin a number of times and he is the exception to the rule. Easy to get along with, courteous, prompt and overall an excellent bartender. While this is worth mentioning it doesn't add any stars because I am judging the franchise as a whole. Outside of Wings there are a number of middle of the road appetizers that you would expect from a sports bar and a bevy of sandwich options. The buffalo chicken sandwich is fair but often times overly sauced. Other options would rate as mediocre. But hey... weren't not here for the cheesecake. If you are going out specifically for wings and don't want to venture out of your comfort zone you will find yourself time and again justifying the subpar food offered up here. You'd be surprised when you do a little research that a corner bar that seemed "divey" to you probably has better wings and service because they appreciate the patronage from locals. Chains tend to suffer because a lot of times people don't care or aren't as passionate. Seriously if you are in a BW3's rut... comb over yelp and make an adventure for you and your friends to branch out and try something different. You'll question why you were even stuck going there in the first place. read more

Let me start off by saying I've never been a fan of buffalo wild wings. I think their wings are over cooked and over priced, and the little paper boats they bring almost all their food on is not only wasteful, but doesn't keep the food hot at all. "So why did you go, if you know you don't like the place?" you might ask. I'll tell you why - they're the only place near us that shows the PPV UFC fights. If you're that determined to watch the fight, get there VERY early. This location isn't small, but anyone else there for the same purpose has arrived a few hours before the fight, and won't be giving up their seat until the entire event is done. (Poor serving staff. I bet they hate having tables that are just there to watch TV, making it impossible to turn tables and make more money.) This time, we waited -2 HOURS- for a table. Yeah. We waited. Luckily, we had a bench seat and a view of a TV. There were plenty of other people waiting that opted to stand the entire time. Unless I am told of another place to get better wings, I'll have to endure BWWs. We arrived to a modest volume of business for a mid to late evening meal. There was no sign at the door to indicate that we should wait to be seated, but we waited anyway, thinking that some manner of life form would acknowledge our presence - there was none that did. We finally ventured into the bar area inquiring if we were to seat ourselves to which we were told yes, and nothing further :( Wow! Had it not been for my son who wanted wings, I would've been out the door for more sushi. Thankfully, we were acknowledged right away upon seating ourselves. Our server was nice, just nice, nothing more, nothing less. It took forever for our order of a dozen wings and a rib platter to arrive. Once it did, we devoured it. Only the warm, two - day old tasting cole slaw detracted from what would have been a good meal. Walked in and the greeter did not take us to our booth, just told us where to go and we had to find it ourselves. Waitress arrived and brought us out menus. What on Earth sort of menu comes legal pad style? Oh but it gets worse. Legal pad without a bound page. So you cannot leave your menu open to a page. You have to hold it up in order to keep reading. None of the pages are the same size. Some pages are shorter and some are wider. It took me two minutes to find wings. Also I must note that the wing sizes don't actually tell you how many wings are in an order. What is snack size? What is small? Snack is eight apparently. For boneless. Apparently traditional is different. The stall doors in the women's room have a solid half inch gap so I could awkwardly make eye contact while doing my business. At 5'1" I could nearly see over the stall door as well. There was no purse hook nor any flat surface besides the floor to set my bag down and who knows how filthy the floor is. My wings were delivered at roughly room temperature. The mild sauce was congealed and my first bite told they had been sitting, and not even under a heat lamp, for quite some time. Once they were replaced everything was fantastic. Water was refilled as soon as it was needed. It did take quite awhile to get the check even though the place was empty. read more

Fun sports bar! I came here to watch the Bucks' playoff game. Oh, the Brewers were playing too. I sat at the bar, where I had a great view of the 2 giant projection screens on the wall behind the bar. The Brewers game was on one, and the Bucks game was on the other. The collective energy in this place was awesome! Milwaukee sports fans coming together to cheer on our teams, high-fiving each other as if we're old friends. We arrived in time for Happy Hour and enjoyed $1.50 off tap beers and $4 appetizers. We tried the Street Tacos and Roasted Garlic Mushrooms. The mushrooms were pretty boring: just your garden variety breaded mushrooms. The Street Tacos were decent. There were 3 flour tortillas filled with chicken, pico de gallo, cilantro and southwest ranch dressing. Of course, we had to order wings too. I mean, the place has "wings" in it's name. It happened to be a Tuesday, which means half-priced traditional wings. They offer 16 different sauces and 5 dry rubs to dress your wings. We opted for a few of the sauces: mild, spicy garlic, asian zing and hot bbq. All were good, but I especially liked the asian zing. I was really impressed with the service at the bar. It was a busy night, with the Bucks & Brewers games to watch. I was surprised there was only one bartender working. I was ready to sit back and lazily enjoy a meal with a beer and a game at the bar. The bartender was high energy, however, which startled me, since I expected to find a neighborly atmosphere. But as the night wore on, I realized that the bar area and perhaps the restaurant as a whole catered to the 20-35 age group. I felt like the bartender took fine care of us. We ate at the bar and the bartender, late on Saturday, had plenty of time to focus on us. He was upbeat and attentive, but seemed somehow distracted or uninterested in his patrons as people. The food was fantastic American cuisine: By that I mean greasy, and better than home cooked in certain ways. The fries were crispier, the ribs more tender. I was very satisfied with the meal. Everything on the menu was fantastic, well prepared. The beer selection was also amazing. Unless you drink a very exotic liquor or beer, you should be satisfied with the selection. As mentioned in other reviews, the bar area is plastered with flat screen TVs, so if you want to catch a game, it shouldn't be a problem. I love wings, and will be back. read more

They usually serve beer specials throughout the week as well! We never have a issue with parking since it is in a plaza on Hwy100! And we always leave with a smile.
