This is my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings location to come in to. The service is always fast and friendly. My wife and I came in for dinner, we had excellent service from Peyton. She was very outgoing and enthusiastic. The most important reason, which is why I am writing this review, is that she went out of her way to correct an issue that we told her was not a big deal. She wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our experience that night. We have always had excellent service here and for this reason we will continue to come back! Also the Manager Jeff had come to our table the same night and was extremely helpful, he came back to us to make sure everything was perfect! Every time I go into this location of this establishment I regret it. But my family likes it, and so I typically go with the flow. Last night was ridiculous. I asked if the grilled chicken sandwich could be made with no BBQ sauce, and was told that was no problem. So, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheddar jack cheese, lettuce and tomato - hold the red onion. The first time it came it was covered the BBQ sauce, the second time it came it was covered in shredded cheese, with bacon and there was extra red onion. No lettuce, no tomato - and where did the bacon come from?! We sat down close to 6:30 and ordered as soon as the waitress arrived at our table. She was sweet and got us our drinks right away. I saw her writing down the order, and so I know that part was right. It was clear to me that the kitchen was having issues, and by the time I got the 2nd sandwich it was 8pm!!! I have never been so disappointed. I was looking forward to this place coming to our neighborhood, now I wish a Red Robin or something else came.Th e service was HORRIBLE. You shouldn't have to wait an 1 1/2 hours for chicken tenders for Pete sakes. It was so hilarious when the waitress slammed down empty paper bowls to us after we waited so long. For what food? Food was typical. Service was fine. I gave this place two stars because I was appalled with the hosting. Three young ladies when we walked in- all three looked at us but not one greeted us until they were done with whatever conversation they were having. All I wanted was wings and instead I got horrible service. For starters the lady in front was on her phone and didn't even see us come in. Second, when the waitress brought our water out we spotted a bug floating in it (she claimed it was from the bottom of the ice) yeahh okay! Third, they brought out our food and we had to ask for forks twice. We where there for quite some time and no one came to the table to even ask us if we wanted anything else. Me and my girlfriend placed an order around 8:30 pm at night. At 9:30 we receive an email stating our order was cancelled due to the fact that they never "accepted it". We reordered and didn't get our food until past 10:30pm. During the time of pickup the greeter/take-out person looked to be either high or on some type of drug as he was completely out of it. I got my food and proceeded to take it home. Once eating with my girlfriend, we noticed we did not get a basket of fries we ordered. My girlfriend went back to the restaurant to get the fries and to speak with the manager, but only the fries came, not the manager. We proceeded to eating our food and about half of the wings were completely uncooked and borderline raw. I threw out almost $40 of food! The food that was cooked, had little to no sauce on them which made my experience even worse. I do not ask for refunds usually, but this time I WILL. $40 is a lot of money for this terrible of a experience. If I wanted crappy food, I would've went to McDonalds. I've been to b-dubs all over the place and this is by far the worst one. I love the wings here when they're done well but if you want a good experience here you almost have to always dine in. Forget about take out! They finish your food too early and it sits in room temp. They recently remodeled so I hope that things start to change. The food is good but every time we order we are told the food is not ready and once we get home (live about 10 min door to door) the food is always cold and the order is never correct. There is always something that is incorrect about the order, be it bone in when they should be boneless wings, adding condiments that were requested to be taken off, extra sauce, something is grilled instead of fried. My biggest complaint was on a game day Sunday they were passing out some type of raffle or something. The kid handing out the sign up sheets went to EVERY table with a male at it but never once approached my table or any other tables full of females. I believe these people are suppose to make your game day experience better but when they are me gender specific because it is sports it really gives me a bad taste! read more

On one trip a friend received a completely raw wing. On another trip I spilled a drink, helped the server clean it up and she didn't even say a word. The servers always always always take your cash and assume the rest is a tip, they won't even ask if you want change back. Last night ordered takeout to avoid the bad service. I've probably been to this particular branch in excess of a 30 times (I've been to this and other branches over 100 times). This is a great branch of the best sports bar chain around. The wings are simply the best ever, I'm under 21 so despite my best efforts I cant yet comment on the quality of drinks (I can comment that they ID everyone though). I come here on a regular basis for both lunch and dinner and will continue to do so until the fattening food leads me to my happy death. read more

Waited 10 minutes before we were even greeted after telling the hostess we were in a slight rush. Waitress didn't know the menu at all and said she'd only been here 3 weeks???? Plenty of time to learn a menu. She didn't even take a drink order on her first visit to the table. It's a shame that such good food can be overshadowed by such awful service. read more

The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty standards across the board but the reason for the poor review is definitely the service. I've been to this BDubs multiple times and have never had a good experience. The server takes 5 minutes to greet us and didn't take our order for 10 minutes, even then he didn't bring us water for atleast 15 minutes. NEVER come here if you're in a rush, you'll be late. This place is probably the mecca of sports bars around this area. I was practicing driving with my dad as I have my permit and we were just driving around and somehow ended up here. I have always heard amazing things about Buffalo Wild Wings so we decided to give it a try. We went inside and found out they had a 60 cent Thursday boneless wing special. The waitress recommended the Parmesan and garlic sauce so we tried that along with the honey BBQ, Thai curry, blazing, and habenero mango sauces. She told us the blazing sauce was extremely spicy but my dad is the guy who can handle any amount of spicy and I definitely got his genes when it comes to food because the blazing wings tasted like your average buffalo wing. The mango habenero was divine, it sort of tasted like orange chicken with a little kick of spicy and it was great! There was also a trivia game that you could play on the TV. which kept my dad pretty occupied even though he is never an impatient person and our waitress was excellent and always came back with a free refill for my Arnold Palmer which is exactly what I needed to wash down all the wings we ordered. The greatest part was that we got 24 wings and 2 drinks with 3 refills each for about 20 dollars not including the very generous tip we gave. I can't give any stars! My family of 5 visit there at least once a week, spend close to $100 each time. My wife likes the naked tenders with NO seasoning, but always comes out wrong. Then they have to send it back and she never gets to eat with the rest of us! Sometimes they take care of it on the bill, not all the time! Then the server blames the kitchen, right away! We usually forgive them, because my kids and I like going there. We recently purchased gift cards to receive the bonus cards, we went to use one of them and found out one was never activated! My wife purchased them and said the cashier had trouble activating one of them. She purchased 4, but only activated 3! Talked to 3 managers, none of them would not help me. Daniel, who would not give me his last name, was very rude about it! He was treating us like we tried to steal $25 from the place. We dealt with him in the past on one of our many food mess ups! He would probably be happy not to see us in there ever again! He would not try to even look at the camera and I gave him the receipt date, time and name of cashier! He just told me that I just don't get it! You should just give it up already! I will go to another Buffalo Wild Wings, but not the one in Willowbrook and I am probably doing them a big favor! read more

maybe my review is a lil off cuz i went last nite during the superbowl game but i feel like restaurants should be prepared at all times, especially if they know theyre goin 2 b extra busy due to a speciall occassion. anywho, we jus ordered 24 wings with 2 different sauces & some fries. why did that order take almost an hour 2 get 2 us!?! wtf!?! yes it was crowded cuz people were watchin the game but werent u expectin that!? this place is known 4 havin 100 tvs playin every sport u can think of so why wudnt they be ready 4 a ton of people on superbowl nite!? then the lemon pepper wings didnt even have that much lemon pepper taste 2 them!! they put a lot o sauce on the other set of chicken but completely missed the lemon pepper. we asked 4 them 2 take them back & they just took it off our bill but it still sucked cuz we were soooo ready 4 some lemon pepper chicken! damn man! our waitress was nice & she was cool about us not likin our food but i was disappointed wit our food. i mite give this place another chance on a regular nite but they better be spectacular otherwise im not givin it a 3rd chance! read more
