Buffalo Wild Wings in Willowbrook is located in the Willlowbrook Town Center mall near route 83 and Plainfield road. It looks like a nice place to stop for wings beer and sports. The location upon entering is quite large, a large dining room that feels airy and not crowded and a bar with seating that is ideal for watching sports with a long comfortable bench that runs the entire length of the bar. I was here on a Friday night, I met my guest in the bar and was quickly greeted by our server. We ordered drinks and food, my order included wings which after I ate I had the server put into a take home container. Having a nice conversation we were there from 8:45 to 11:15. In the time we spent, I had noticed who I assume to be the manager walking about, what I was witness to was at how nonchalant he was. Numerous times he walked past the same tables in the bar who chairs could have been straightened up. Now he wasn't walking quickly like he didn't have time to take seconds to tidy up. He was walking around slowly like there was nothing better to do. Now the bar closes at 1am, and be it that it was only 11:15, surprisingly the bar and restaurant were nearly empty. There were two other parties in the bar, 2 couples. We asked for our check and left, and as soon as I got to my car and pulled away, I remembered. My leftover wings! I had left my leftovers in the box on the table. Now I disliked the sauce I had chosen for the wings, but I still wanted them. I didn't want to waste food and who doesnt want leftover reheated wings? I didnt go back in, I continued my drive home, and thought, if the bar was that empty why didn't the server or busser as they cleaned off the table notice the left behind leftovers and yell out, "hey don't forget your leftovers!" I was rather disappointed that no one made that effort. Maybe the timing was off, maybe they didn't clean off the table until long after I left. Maybe they thought, screw that guy, I hope he forgets his wings. Maybe they just assumed I meant to leave them behind. Whatever the case was, it was too late to save the wings. There are two images however that I can clearly remember. On the car ride home I could see my wings sitting in the box on the table, in the middle of a nearly empty bar. The other image I clearly remember was that manager standing in front of the building but more than twenty feet away having a smoke as I left. I was disappointed by this visit, I would not hurry to come back, yes there are a lot of tv's and maybe not a bad seat in the house to watch a sports game, but the effort to make Buffalo Wild Wings a fun welcoming place you want to be isn't there. I didnt feel like my business was appreciated. It seemed like the employees didn't want to be there, and that makes me not want to come back. read more

There was a bug in our food! Manager did nothing to rectify the situation, but say he pulled the bag of carrots that the bug was found in. This bug was very fresh, and obviously wasn't inside the bag of carrots. It was more of a sewer fly that flew into the carrot cup, and was served to us. One of those "fool me once..." situations. Went this past Sunday to celebrate my daughter's bball victory and all she wanted was wings. Sat down, ordered drinks, got those. Ordered food and waited... and waited... and waited, 40 min approx. Needed to get my other kid to her game so after checking one last time to hopefully just take the food to go, I was told kitchen was backed up and she apologized. I told her to cancel my order and let me just pay for our beverages and get going, manager just waived them. Fast forward to today, 3 days later... Wednesday night and pretty empty, same kid wanted to try for wings again.... Honestly I tried to sway both girls to any other place. But I caved, went, got seated, and waited, server passed by and said I'll be right with you... we got up after I set timer on my phone and it hit 20 min with no actual service. I should've spoken to a manager but honestly not even worth the time. Asked the host why the delay, didn't get any apology just a quick, "yeah we're understaffed, so do you want me to close out your check?" I'm like there's nothing to close out because no one came and actually took a single order. Great customer service training I see. I took my son for his birthday and they had a decent amount of customers but far from packed. The waiter walked around in slow motion and i couldn't get his attention after serving us the wrong drinks and not taking our food order for almost 40 min i caught the manager's attention who took our food order but was unapologetic and rude. once again they served us half the order we had to keep asking for our original food while the manager was called to several other tables with concerns and people kept walking out. horrible experience will never come back. read more

I ordered my food over two hours ago and when I came to pick it up at the time they said it was ready, I was told to go stand in a line and a guy with a clipboard will take my name and tell me when my food is ready. Amanda was super nice and patient. She did a great job of checking up on me without being overwhelming. I felt like I was at my local diner instead of chain restaurant. If you come here hopefully Amanda will be your server. She's the nicest. Oh, I had to come back and add this as well.... She's the only employee here that walks around with a sense of urgency. Everyone here is walking around slowly but Amanda is full speed taking care of a packed bar area by herself. AND... she's the one of ONLY employee wearing a face mask. Of all the bdubs my 2 favorites are the one in Schaumburg , great staff but smaller and this one on rte 73 , kingery highway ! What makes this one special is the size . If you want to watch March madness, this is the place ! Bar area is humugus, restaurant seating also spacious . If your a wing person it's a great group meet . Clean, great staff , although Covid has effected the staffing, they are very attentive , the burgers, rings, ate great . You can get a tall glass of brew and they have a happy hour ! Today I was here for dinner. Wonderful staff that worked there. Very nice and fast take-out service. Yes, I did do take-out. I had the Parmesan wings here, which are my favorite wings. The wings were served well. It tasted warm. It tasted delicious, and had a good flavor. The only thing is: WARNING: Parmesan Wings are super SPICY. Might want a bottle of water on your table with those wings. Overall look is that it's a great place for any chicken wings. This includes my favorite, the Parmesan wings. This is for BWW on 83 in Willowbrook. Went there Saturday night. This was a one and done deal. Definitely would not go back. There were lots of small things that were bad like we could not sit in the bar even though tables were open. The lights in the dining were crazy blaring and bright. Kids running around....felt like a Chuck E Cheese. Place was dirty. Sh*t all over the floor and on my menu. Disgusting. If your place is that dirty, turn the lights down and to hide it a bit. :) Service was slow but were not in a hurry so that is fine. TVs are all old, small with some malfunctioning. Not a good place for a game. But the number one reason....the food was just bad. I had 6 blazing boneless wings and I swear they were like eating rock candy they were so dried out. Beer was okay and was cold and the waitress was nice but we both left the food because it was just subpar. I haven't been to BWW in a great while so we decided to go today. Probably the biggest regret of the week lol. The floors were FILTHY as can be, all the tables were full of dirty plates. I understand alot of places of short staffed and I do appreciate our waitress being so nice and attentive. But the fact the floors were full of dirty napkins and food was olain disgusting. Literally the worst experience of my life last night. I would give this places zero stars if I could. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and walking to our seat there were two kids running around one who left around three and the other one may be like a year and a half. Didn't think much of it walked to our table sit down. As we sat down and everything, the same kids that were running around were continuing to run around. The parents were not doing anything to stop it. The part that disgusted me the most was when the little girl came and licked the chair that my child was sitting on. That same little girl picked her nose and wiped it on the back of my daughter. Again the parents are not doing anything. I brought it to my service attention and she advised the manager of the situation, she came back to tell me the manager would handle it. However he did NOTHING!!! Being that we are in the middle of a pandemic, and a child wiping their boogers on my child and licking the chair does not sit right with me. I don't know where their parents have been if they've been in contact with anybody that has Covid or anything like that. Obviously we take the risk stepping out with our children to go have what was supposed to be a nice dinner, but never in my life did I expect to be exposed to somebody licking our chair and having nothing done about it. Of course if this was an adult they would be charged for doing such an action. These parents were not watching their kids the manager and staff seemed like it was no problem having these kids run around throwing their magnetic tiles at people etc. and when we were getting ready to leave our waitress was nowhere to be found I sat at the table for 20 minutes and eventually took my bill upfront to pay since I had not seen my waitress in a long period of time, and the young man that was at the front with the long hair and glasses with the bandanna hanging over his face, he refused to cash me out up there and told me I had to wait for her. I expressed to him I was waiting for 20 minutes already my toddler where is getting impatient and if there was a way I can pay he told me no and proceeded to text on his phone. I am so disgusted and disappointed with this place. And I will be contacting the health department and all necessary people for what happened last night. $65 I spent here in one night, and left highly dissatisfied and I felt like we did not matter to the manager, as he never spoke to that family never came over to speak to us or anything. Brand new location in our neighborhood. Very nice setup. The place is very new and has been really busy every time I've gone in. I've never had to wait for a table, however, because I choose to sit in the bar area. The bar area is surrounded by bays of huge TVs with all sports on. The place is usually loaded with kids, which can be a little annoying. I try and avoid this at all costs by sitting in the bar. The food is good, not great. The wings are their specialty and they are ok, but overpriced unless you get there on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the wing specials. The rest of the menu is average to below average, IMHO. Service is pretty good. Friendly people to deal with. Also fun to play trivia games at this location. Good place for some wings and a game. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30. Party of 9. Only a few people in the restaurant at the time. After we got our drink order, we didn't see the waitress for quite awhile. After she came back for food orders, again she disappeared. We had to ask another server for water refills and such. The second waitress brought several waters. When our food finally came after 45 minutes, many of the plates were cold! One order was a pretzel with cheese dip. The dip was cold and had a hard layer too it. The rest of that order was missing several items. French fries were cold to room temp at best. The double burger my son ordered was over cooked and almost burnt (waitress never asked how he wanted it cooked either). The only orders that were edible were the wings. We also had to find a server or manager to get utensils. We had plates of food and zero utensils and napkins. We got a manager to complain too. At that time someone brought a tray of napkins and silverware all piled up and just plopped it on the table. I had to hand them out to everyone Would have been nice if they were all individually put together or at the very least the server pass them out. The manager was young and looked half scared and confused. A couple of the plates were sent back (cold or wrong orders) and told to remove them from our bill. Never saw him again. When the check came, the items were still on the tab. So that had to be dealt with. We got a different manager that time...an adult woman who took care of it and comped our bill a little extra. We all travel a lot for sports and eat in large groups. This by far was our worst experience for mediocre food. I was there with my father on our first mutual day off in weeks, and Buffalo Wild Wings decided it was a good idea to authorize fire alarm testing at 2:30 pm. One of the servers walked into the floor and warned everyone they should "cover their ears for awhile." The alarm repeatedly went on and off for about twenty minutes before our server came back to ask how things were so we asked for our food to be wrapped up and to speak with the manager. This girl asked what the problem was as if she was surprised that there was an issue, and after arguing for ten minutes about how "this wasn't her fault" offered to give us "five dollars off because that was no problem." For a busy Sunday afternoon in the middle of football season i must say they're fast to bring out our food. Very impressive I must say.
