I was there with my father on our first mutual day off in weeks, and Buffalo Wild Wings decided it was a good idea to authorize fire alarm testing at 2:30 pm. One of the servers walked into the floor and warned everyone they should "cover their ears for awhile." The alarm repeatedly went on and off for about twenty minutes before our server came back to ask how things were so we asked for our food to be wrapped up and to speak with the manager. This girl asked what the problem was as if she was surprised that there was an issue, and after arguing for ten minutes about how "this wasn't her fault" offered to give us "five dollars off because that was no problem." For a busy Sunday afternoon in the middle of football season i must say they're fast to bring out our food. Very impressive I must say. Wings were lacking a bit of sauce but starting to notice most bww doing that. But our server Khrystina was the best. Very nice and made sure to check up on our table often on our visit. Just had the worst experience I've had at an eating establishment in my life. Arrogant, incompetent staff and terrible policies combined for a complete disaster. Arrived at 7 pm with a party of two and was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a table. 30 minutes later I asked where we stood on the list and was told we weren't even on it. I took a look at the list and noticed a Jack party of two circled. I asked if that could be us (my name is Josh) and the hostess said probably. I told her ok, can we please be seated. She responded by saying someone else must have wrote my name wrong and we would have to wait. She was the hostess who greeted us and I told her such. Ten minutes later we were finally seated. After another ten minutes a waitress came to our table and I ordered a beer. I showed her my ID and she said she had to show it to her manager because it was from out of state. The manager returned to my table and notified me I could not be served because there was a price listed on the back per buffalo wild wing policy. While I understand he had nothing to with creating the policy, the way he executed this interaction was extremely rude. I told him I was 25 and offered to show him alternate forms of identification. He said it doesn't matter, I can't be served. He then told me I should have gotten a new Id because I turned 21 four years ago. However, my Id does not expire for another two years. After waiting in line for 50 minutes on the UFC finals night we finally got seated. I was with my 23 year old friend from Europe. We wanted to order blue moon, and she showed the waitress her European Union ID. The manager came and told us that he can't serve us because he is not sure if my friend is legal age. Then we showed him her drivers license (also with the birth date and her picture on it) but the manager did not want to serve us anyway.(!) It was really disappointing and funny at the same time because we obviously were legal age and we have been to the place lots of times before! And we never had any problems with the service. I suppose going here when it's semi busy is one thing, I understand that at times when a dinner rush happens or something of that nature, that having enough servers can sometimes be a challenge. But when you have on the floor in our area, at least 4 servers covering roughly 20 tables, and of those maybe 8 of them occupied with parties of 2-10, let's be real here. Okay so let's just scratch that for now. Explain to me how upon being seated by the hostess, that it took us 10 minutes to even get noticed. After being noticed two servers "debated" in front of us if they wanted to take our table, then after deciding, our present server took an extra 15 minutes to come out with out beverages (wrong ones by the way) then dropped a wing on the ground, after nearly another 30 minutes of wait time. After that though, another 15 minutes for our check. Also, being I've never personally been into BWW often - when one asks where a restroom is, I recommend you don't say, "where the sign says 'restrooms'". Such a shame that you did though, we wanted to give you a tip, we truly did as we often do so generously. Here is your tip BWW of Willowbrook as a whole- fess up and understand customer device. I just don't know what all the hype is. I've tried it multiple times to appease my friends and hubby....but I just can't seem to like it. The service was horrible, had to keep asking for things over and over again. We also had to ask other severs because ours was never anywhere to be found. We drinks, 6 wings, and dessert (45 min wait). Server got my drink order wrong. Desserts were ok, but nothing that would persuade me to return. This is pretty much a huge sports bar disguised as a buffalo wing restaurant. The wings are mediocre, mostly because the sauce was more like paste and the wings themselves came a few degrees from cold. Even the tiny hamburgers we ordered as an appetizer was nothing special. At 10:30 PM, the service was friendly and we sat watching Sports Center with no sound and playing Buzztime trivia. Now, this has nothing to do with the food or service, but this crazy guy sat at the bar with two consoles. I think he may have been drunk, insane or both. He kept coming to our table and talking to us in a slurred barely intelligible voice about the last question. We kicked his ass in trivia. There's televisions everywhere, excellent food, the music is great and upbeat, but the service... ATROCIOUS. Our waitress Peyton had such an attitude. She barely spoke to us and I myself have some experience in the restaurant business so I can tell you she really was a bad waitress. She didn't up-sell or ask us if we'd like any more food, refills or sides. She checked on her other tables far more than ours because I kid you not, she didn't check up on us once! While all Buffalo Wild Wings look the same; same decor, television setup, bar area, and all else, each one I've been to has still been vastly different when it comes to service and quality. I will have to admit, that it was darker than normal in the place when we first came in on a Sunday afternoon. It was what I called "hangover lighting." Everything was dim, most of the lighting coming from the televisions. There was garbage and crumbs strewn all about the floor, and it looked more like the night crew had not done that great of a job cleaning up the night before. Unlike my last foray to a BWW, where the service was atrocious, I found our server here to be competent and friendly, which is always a pleasure. Unfortunately, the food quality, was way under par. My wings (tiny- very tiny) were fine, but the boneless wings I ordered were one step away from inedible. I don't know if they were leftovers from the night before, or if the cook decided to take a nap while the batch was in the fryer, but these nuggets were super crunchy, and very dried out. If I wasn't from the school of "eat everything on you plate because there's starving kids in____" I would have left these miserable excuses for chicken well enough alone. Ordered delivery pretty late to my hotel. It came 10 minutes earlier than expected, and my order was right. The delivery guy was efficient and friendly. I ordered traditional wings (wild and blazen) and I felt that they were under sauced. The onion rings were good; they are amazing when dining in, but that's on me! When we said it was wrong she doubted us, until she looked at the ticket and realized we were correct. Then she huffs and puffs because she had to correct it. Went in last night for the boneless Thursday. The place wasn't as busy as we expected it to be so we figured we'd be seated and served quickly and with ease. We had to wait 5 minutes for a table but when we got to it it was completely wet and the menus were stuck to it. After drying it off with our utensils napkins we got to ordering. When the wings came they were really undersauced and hard like they had been sitting out for a bit. The outside was almost like biting a rock. This place always does a number on to-go orders. Just picked up an order they forgot the salad and when they did make it put the wrong dressing all over it. Which is usually on the side. My chicken wrap looks like they dropped it from a building- the wrap is all ripped there's one tomato and forgot to put the ranch inside. My husbands boneless wings are completely dried out. When i call they put you on hold before you can finish your sentence then they pick up and hang up on you. This place should be shut down. Horrific food and service. read more

We had been here multiple times before and it has only been getting worse. Their "special" was a tall Bud light for $3.75. Which is not a special as the poster listing that price is on the wall every day. This last time, we ordered food to start the day and were drinking while watching the playoff games. We had walked over, due to the weather and the fact that we knew we would be drinking. We were there for a game and a half before management came over and cut us off. This was after we had previously talked with our waitress about walking, not to mention the fact that we had other members that joined us just an hour earlier and were going to drive us home.
