There were 5 of us, the waitress filled tow of glasses with refills, not good with spices stuff. The veggie basket was overcooked and tasted as though they were cooked in old fishy tasting oil. The wings were good, expensive, the bathroom needs refreshed badly and cleaned. It wasn't busy for a Friday night. This is a very casual place. They take the Payment at the table which leaves the register area open and uncluttered which is good. The TVs are numerous with something on for everyone instead of just sports. Crisp wings with great sauces complimented by the best natural, spiral-cut fries you will eat. Buffalo sauces are excellent from mild through hot. Good combo of flavor and heat with a good gradient between mild, medium, and hot. Through in some garlic for a different kick too. BBQ sauces are excellent too, though I cannot distinguish between the different BBQ sauces as much as buffalo sauces. Teriyaki sauce is good, but not as good as buffalo and BBQ. The spiral-cut fries are incredible and you get plenty of them. They are great with ketchup but the table has vinegar also enabling you to make a great salt and vinegar option too. AYCE options on Wednesday. Good dinner combos as well. Carry-out is an option as well that is very good with plenty of sauce. read more

Eat here! My husband got the wings with half Asian and half hot barbecue and couldn't decide which one was better. They were both fantastic! I got here right when they opened, so it was nice to not have to wait. Often there is a wait here, even at lunchtime. My server was very friendly. She even offered to send me off with an extra lemonade to go when I was finished. I got the small wing lunch special with the Extra Spicy Garlic sauce and the Hot Barbecue. My fries came out way before my wings, but they were freshly done and crispy so no complaints. I appreciate that they have vinegar on the table for fries - my favorite condiment for them! Their sauces actually pack some heat, which is nice. They both seemed very vinegar based, so if you like your sauce that way you should leave happy. I just had the strangest touchpoint at Buffalo W&R. This is certainly an exception, thus I called it a touchpoint as opposed to an experience. My review is not based on my customer experience on the whole, rather this one visit. 1. Atmosphere - excellent. I had a window-seat full of natural light and extremely roomy. Games were playing on all the TV's but it wasn't overly noisy. 2. Food - my fries and cheese were banging. They were hot and tasty. My fries were fried to perfection not limp just the right amount of crispness. My burger, I'm taking home. I didn't eat because the bun was a cold as a freezer. It was literally rock solid. Normally, it's hot and tasty with just the right amount of charbroil to it. 3 Service is where it took a major nosedive. Like steep downhill dive. My server was curt, borderline rude. She never introduced herself and her overall manner was just awful, I tried to use a synonym, but plain and simple she was awful. I mentioned that the bun was ice cold. Her exact words were "you don't want it" it was at that moment I realized that she wasn't to be trifled with. She was in an obvious bad mood. I still chilled and ate my fries and enjoyed my drink. In my opinion, these are the best wings in The Fort. They're always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They do get pretty busy during dinner, but that's because they're so good!! I always get traditional wings, medium, dry, all drums. I don't like my wings to be super saucy and for there to be a ton of sauce at the bottom of the basket. So getting dry prevents that. read more

I've gone to Buffalo wings & ribs for almost my whole life. Tonight I picked up a carry out order for my family. I requested ranch and celery as our vegetable side. They forgot the ranch. No big deal but my kids didn't eat the celery without it and I didn't have any in the house. When I called to tell the manager that they forgot the ranch and so we couldn't eat the celery, she offered to refund the ranch but refused to refund the celery. Don't get me wrong, it didn't break the bank, but I have just never encountered a restaurant manager (and it was the manager I spoke with) that would rather save a couple bucks, refusing to refund it to a customer that just spent $35 and is a repeat guest, when her staff made the mistake. A pretty cheap and shortsighted call on the managers part. Wonder how they'd treat you if you didn't get the sauce you like in the wings - You still have the wings...?!? read more

Four plates. No compliments. I don't get the appeal. It's a reheat and eat situation. Tenders and fries are from frozen. The basket of fries wasn't even shaken as we had chunks of fries, so the main curls were near raw while the broke ends were done. Sauces came in little cups and sure didn't taste homemade. Half dozen sauces on the table, none worth even mentioning. Room is a sterile rectangle with small TVs that distract in a bad way for a place that I think gears the dine in business for families. It's unappealing to have to be able to see the bathroom door from half the seats. Took a long time to get the food and considering there was no from scratch food on our plates I don't get why. Had a commitment elsewhere at a set time or I'd have asked for better/different food. Not giving one star due to potential - use fresh chicken and potatoes, and put up high backed booths - and because we didn't attempt the wings. But I doubt I'll be back to try them. Bottom line - you can make this food at home using prepared bags of frozen and bottles from the shelf at your grocery store. read more

Pretty decent wing joint. The wings are smaller and crispy, the way I prefer them. I ordered the rib and wing combo (pic posted). The ribs were perfect, fall off the bone, finger licking good. The only issue I had, based on another Yelp review, was that I ordered Shanghai Red. Way to sweet when you combine it with the ribs. The BBQ sauce is ultra sweet. Bonus, they support local craft beer. I gave it a 3 only for the fact that the layout sucks. The tables are crammed in and on top of each other. The place is noisy. On one side of me, I had a lady raising hell with her husband about the hot wings being too hot and on the other side was two families eating out with their five toddlers crawling all over the place and screaming their ass off. read more

This is by far my favorite wing place . I have had so many birthday dinners here I have lost count . First let me say the sauces are really good . My favorite it the hot buffalo of course. If you are someone who likes hot wings but not too hot then the mild would be perfect for you. The mild have a lot more butter in the sauce and it's not as spicy. The fries are really good too but a word of advice they don't keep well and do not taste good when you reheat them. It is best to eat them immediately rather then taking them home as a left over. You can get a choice of cheese dipping sauce with the fries and it is delicious. This place can get extremely busy especially on wing night. read more

I spent almost half an hour in the lobby, supposedly waiting on fries, while a guy that ordered at the counter while I was waiting got his food (including his fries) and went out the door.
