How do you sell a $450,000 home with a German cockroach invasion? I don't know where they came from, or why and I didn't care! They just showed up one day and I wanted them gone! Pretty stoked about this place! They have multiple locations which makes getting supplies pretty convenient across the valley. Plus it's all commercial grade stuff! No joke! Don't plan on Home Depot prices because this stuff is not diluted and is literally the commercial stuff. I went in to get an arsenal to destroy all scorpion life around my house and walked out with a few different types of chemicals and a sprayer for $230. I got the nicer sprayer which was $75 and the chemicals turned out to be about $150 which I was told should last about 6 months. That's only $25/month for COMPLETE coverage and a 3-stage protection barrier for my house! Not only do they sell the good stuff, but they will teach you how to mix it, how to store it and how to use it! Pretty awesome service! They even offered to service my sprayer for free when necessary. I will definitely be going into the bug control business at my house. This way I know it's done thoroughly and done right with the right chemicals at the right concentration. Plus these guys have a little bug display that is cool for little kids and big kids like me! If there was a 105 star review star, it would not be enough to say how much I rate this company. I live in a small condo size home, with no neighbors attached. Could not figure How I contracted Bedbugs. I went online to see how to get rid of them, and tried half dozen ways, supposedly, guaranteed to work, but they worked a day or two, then bugs were back. This went on for three weeks. My VERY expensive mattress was only couple yrs old, and I did not want to get rid of it, for another new one. I was soooooo stressed about this, being as I had not ANY types of bugs in my home. Not even a fly or ant.....where did these nasty creatures come from.............. A coworker referred me to this company, so I visited their Mesa AZ store and had Pleasure of meeting Tonya. I explained to her, my plight, and everything I tried, but failed. I was soo miserably stressed out, to the point, I am just shy of burning down my home, and everything in it, minus my Bulldog. She was so patient, pleasant, and I listened to everything she explained to me, about the bugs, how I could have gotten them, and what products they had to rid them. Our "professional" exterminating company was less than stellar. Monthly service fee was increasing along with our bug population. Spoke with a neighbor who recommended this company so that we could do it ourselves. We were not disappointed! We needed information/education/products on how to do it ourselves with better outcomes than our now fired exterminating company. Devan to the rescue! He was patient and explained all aspects of what to use/when to use it/how much to use etc. We have saved a lot of money by doing it ourselves. And the population of bugs has decreased dramatically! Bug & Weed Mart is where I went to get some termite pretreatment for a house remodel I am doing. They explained what I need, how to apply it and the time frame when it needs to be applied. I am very happy I chose to drive the 18 miles from Queen Creek to Gilbert because it was a great experience with the knowledge, clean store and friendly advise. If all businesses gave the shoppers this type of shopping experience I would not buy off of the internet so much. We bought a home and shortly thereafter found there was a fairly significant scorpion problem. We had an exterminator out SEVERAL times with little relief. We went to Bug & Weed Mart, got a free consultation at the store and purchased the recommended products. WOW! What a difference. Our scorpion problem is almost completely eradicated. We have nothing up on the house. We only found one on the edge of the property where it wasn't treated. We're very happy. Bugs seem ever present in Arizona and even with a professional service, we experienced scorpions etc. Then I went to Bug $ Weed and followed their advice. I bought granules and spray and have applied as directed (easy) for almost eight months and we have not seen one single bug of any kind. ZERO!!! I love this place. I have used them several times. I live in a home with 16 mature citrus trees. We began to have problems with roof rats. I met with Mike White. Talked with him about our problem. He hooked me up with an amazing bait and my problem is solved. I purchased an old cabin on the Mogollon rim, unused for 3 years. Lots of rat droppings. Again Mike White helped me. We are totally vermin free. I get occasional sewer roaches at my house. Got some poison, and have not seen a roach in 3 months. We discovered our bed was infested with bed bugs and Bed & Weed Mart helped us get rid of them. I regularly buy chemicals sold at Bug & Weed Mart to control scorpions, so I went to them after confirming we were sharing our mattress with bed bugs. Along with providing printed instructions, Devan was exceedingly helpful in providing a complete course on how to use the kit of chemicals they sold which included a protective mask and gloves. While it takes several hours of careful inspection, preparation, and treatment to do the job following the instructions, it was well worth it. The bed bugs were eliminated the first time and a quick spray two weeks later put a period on the end of that episode. Rented a gopher probe and purchased their poison. Got home and removed the containers top only to find the interior seal had been removed and the material seemed half empty. Took the poison back and was told by the "Manager" he opens the seal at times to show customers what the bait looks like. If in fact this is the case he should mention this at the time of sale not after the fact. read more
