The admission prices are already very reasonable, but we ended up getting an annual pass because you can easily make your money back within just a couple of visits. The annual pass also includes free parking, which is a nice bonus. Even better, the membership gives you access to a network of science centers and museums around the country that are part of the same organization, so when you're traveling, there's a good chance you'll be able to visit another participating science museum for free or at a discounted rate. The Discovery Cube itself is much bigger than I expected from the outside. You can easily spend several hours here, especially with younger kids. Pretty much every exhibit is hands-on and interactive, which makes it much more engaging than a traditional museum. My favorite exhibit is the supermarket. You get a shopping cart with a screen and go around the store scanning different items based on the game or challenge on the screen. It's surprisingly fun and also sneaks in some learning about nutrition, shopping, and making healthy choices. Overall, this is one of those places we're happy to keep coming back to, especially with the kids. The annual pass is absolutely worth it if you live nearby and plan on visiting more than once or twice. One small tip: bring hand sanitizer. With so many interactive exhibits and kids touching everything, you'll definitely want it!

Upon entering the museum, there was a display of build your own racing cars where a lot of kids were racing their creations. It was definitely a fun site to see. As you venture throughout the museum towards the back area, you walk into the dinosaur exhibit area. This is where they talk about fossils and various dinosaurs and there's also an explorer kit that you pay extra to try and find items and clues. Upstairs, you can have a better view of the space missile rocket that's on display and it's quite fascinating to read about rockets. Towards the back right of the museum currently there is a Scooby Doo Halloween exhibit so it was also fun to experience that area. Lastly, the most famous area is still the indoor Minh water area where you can see where is fish and stingrays. Overall a great experience for kids and adults. One less star as you have to pay $10 to park in their parking lot. I remember many years ago I used to be free, but I guess since it's more popular, you have to pay for parking now.

I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. The games kept them entertained without the parents having to manage everything, while the adults were able to relax, eat pizza, and actually talk in the party room. When our reservation ended at 12:30, our guests helped us clean up and we finished vacating around 12:40. RGB was very reasonable and didn't try to charge us extra while we were actively cleaning and leaving. The party even continued afterward with some of the kids playing at the outdoor chess area nearby. Most games cost about 5 nickels at most, which is about a quarter per game. You can order quarters in bulk, 3, 5, 9, or 10$. It is a baggie filled with nickels for whatever price point you decide to buy. You can also request additional baggies to separate your coins between People or baggies for your tickets. Admission is about $2 per person to get in, but it is not expensive at all. With $20, the four of us spent a good 1 hour and 30 minutes having fun. We were also able to get some really cool prizes at the end. My kids loved it, and although it is a drive for us from the San Fernando Valley, we will be making this trip very often because it is so worth it. Highly recommend this arcade spot.

The food is also pretty decent here. -There are many game machines that line the front area leading to the playground (think Boomers Vibe). -The party room towards the back of the facility has decent size, I would say it can fit up to 30 people. -The process is simple: we go to the counter where kids enter to play, pay the tickets, fill in the waiver forms electronically with QR code, then the kids/ adults get the paper wrist bands and can enter the playground. -No shoes inside the playground (there's a cubby for shoes past the playground entrance). Anti-skid Socks are required in the playground and can be purchased if we forget ours. -Employees are pretty nice. They look really young (around early college years just after high school). I hope they are trained well in regards to emergency situation when it comes to kids (this is neither positive nor negative so I'm keeping it a neutral perspective here). The cons: 1. There used to be a person at the door checking people entering and leaving the place to ensure kids don't leave with strangers (just like Chuck e Cheese). We didn't see anyone here upon entering but I ocassionally saw an employee coming back to that spot (maybe their job is not stationed there all the time? Which is strange). 2. They charge one adult ticket, on top of kids' tickets for kids under 7 yr old, which is unreasonable considering adults don't "play" in this area. 3.
