My little sister loves this place. I took her during a school day (she had a dentist app't close by and I took her to Build-a-Bear as a treat before taking her back to school). The place was almost empty. There were two staff members, but they didn't seem to want to help. It took way too long for everything. The girls working there were not helpful at all and seemed a little rude at times.
