I love this place! Best drinks! Smoothies, fresh lemonades, Boba drinks, so many different varieties of teas and speciality drinks! Family friendly! Wonderful and safe place to be the kids. They have a free games area for the kids and even 2 video game stations! BEST YUMMY FOOD - freshly made and very reasonably priced! Crispy chicken rice bowl is my favorite. Best Bahn Mi sandwiches too! You gotta try the fried chicken and waffles! Family owned restaurant. Lovely couple that love people! that love kids! That love to cook for their customers! THANK YOU MO' TEA!!!!

If you're in the suburbs this weekend and craving Vietnamese snacks and drinks, check out Mo' Tea & Banh Mi! They have a great variety of banh mi sandwiches, snacks, and boba. I was so happy to see Viet Iced Coffee on the menu! It was very icy at first but I gave it some time and it was good for the area. You order at the counter and seat yourself at one of their cute booths. Service was friendly and quick! Such a fun interior theme and a great place to study/hang out. : Grilled pork banh mi sandwich, crispy chicken, Cajun fries, Vietnamese ice coffee

Cutest place ever especially for the youngsters in your life. Located in a non descript strip mall I would have never noticed this place. We had bahn mi sandwiches and yummy yummy drinks. I had salty lemonade and I can't wait to go back and have another one. Great service too

OKAY YES!!!! This was EXCELLENT! I used to get boba growing up and since moving here from the city, I have missed it. This place was super fun, colorful and had some great music. My husband got the mango smoothie with strawberry popping, quite delicious. Absolutely hit the spot - flavorful, sweet and savory. we also tried cajun fries and they were SOOOO GOOOOOOD. Salty, crispy, kind of spicy YESSSSS. Sadly, I realized we didn't take a picture of the fries, I guess we ate them before remembering haha! They also have board games to play and lots of fun art on the walls. It's also pretty close to me and in a good location with parking. So yeah, we will be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Hole in the wall place that has delicious food. Seems to be popular with the teenage crowd. The staff is really friendly. The seating are all long booths. Would recommend their pork banh mi and their cajun fries! The pandan waffle was yummy but I made the mistake of asking for chocolate syrup topping which made it soggy- ask for it on the side for max crispness!

I love tea! So I was stoked to learn my group had an event to try Mo'Tea & Bahn Mi. This place has a ton of options! DRINK: I ordered a passionfruit green milk tea -25% sweetness - with cheese foam topping. (My combo 3/5- my fault. Their recommendations 5/5) Next time I'd order this as a fruit tea or try a different combination for the milk tea. I originally wanted a black, but then couldn't decide on a flavor. The lady at the bar recommended brown sugar, saying it's one of the most popular. But, since I don't like super sweet things, I told her I was leaning more toward peach black milk, since I like peach black tea. Then I changed my mind and went with Passionfruit green milk tea with salted cheese foam. It was good, but I agree with her; it would be better just as a green fruit tea. Unfortunately, I was craving milk tea. :) Of note, although it's not mentioned on their menu in the store or takeout menu, you can order it with less sugar. I almost always get 25% sweetness, so that's how I ordered this one and I think that was perfect for me. I forgot to say no ice- but that's my bad. Cuz I always end up with the cheese foam at the bottom that I can't get out of the ice and then it gets watered down. So if you're like me and a huge cheese foam fan (theirs is excellent btw), order it with no ice so you're left with foamy goodness! I can tell their teas are good. My combination was good but not great and that's my fault. My combo 3/5, but their ingredients and recommendations 5/5 FOOD: I wanted to try one of the Bahn Mi, but the chef left yesterday to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year in California- woot woot! Happy Lunar New Year Chef! So, I tried the fried tofu. (3.5/5 flavor, 5/5 tofu) You get to choose how spicy, so at first I said medium, but then she offered to put it on the side, so I selected that. I chose the sweet chili sauce, but she through in the boom sauce as well- both on the side. The fried tofu was cooked perfectly- crispy on the outside and soft inside. It came in a cute to go box- you know the ones you get from an Asian restaurants? The spice powder definitely has a kick, but I didn't taste much salt, which is unfortunate. I think if I added salt it would be great. The sweet chili reminds me of mae ploy which I love. The boom sauce is a mayo based sauce. STAFF: (6/5) The staff is super sweet and extremely helpful. My advice if you are indecisive, get one of the drinks on their recommended menu- it's on the wall next to the register. The rose milk tea with Sakura crystal boba sounds wonderful! I drank cherry blossom tea in Japan, and it was good, so I'd be stoked to try some again. AMBIANCE: (5/5) The place is super cute. I love the design with the neon lights and booths with spray painted cats playing with balls (I assume boba) on the wall. They have board games you can play. And their Wi-Fi is also cat themed =^.^= Hehehe Last but not least, they have a loyalty card where you get stamps for your drinks and after 10 stamp you get 1 free!

What a cute and aesthetic place. Drinks were all delicious and handmade. The ambience of the restaurant was very hip & relaxing. Would be a great place to get some work done/some peace and quiet. Or a great place for friends to hangout. They also have a few games there as well. Staff was pleasant as well, it took maybe a few minutes for a couple drinks? It was awesome to see them busy too.

The first time I went here. It was pretty good. However, the second time the quality went further south. Crispy chicken was decent. It seemed like they cooked it a little too long. Needs to have more moisture inside and just the right amount of crispness. They had it on point when they first opened. Drinks were good. It's a good hangout spot with some games and they open late. However, food wise you're better off just going to a Vietnamese restaurant.

Cute place with a good amount of seatings. Ordered at the counter and I waited a few minutes for my order. I ordered an ice green tea milk tea with almond and regular tapioca which I found adding the almond flavor made it taste kinda artificial. I think next time I'll try another combination with the milk tea or the almond. I had other milk tea there before and it's always hit the spot. I think I just created the wrong combination for my liking. The grill pork banh mi with a fried eggs was delicious. I really like the egg wasn't runny because it would have made the sandwich a little messy to eat. Definitely my spot when I'm craving a banh mi.

A bright and cheerful restaurant inside with large booths along one wall that are partitioned off. You order at a counter and the staff will announce when your food is ready for pickup. The young lady that took our order was friendly and helpful, making suggestions for my husband and me as we never had a boba drink or a Vietnamese bahn mi. The drink offerings are fruit or milk based teas and smoothies. You can customize your drink by flavor and toppings. I chose the matcha green milk tea with boba. My husband had the brown sugar milk tea with boba. Both were so good! We especially loved the boba popping up the straw into our mouths. I never had a boba drink before and I'm hooked! We both ordered bahn mi sandwiches, never having them before. My husband had the most popular one, the Grilled Pork Banh Mi. I had the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. We liked our sandwiches - the bread was crusty with a soft interior, filled with veggies and flavorful meat, but the sandwiches were a tad bit dry. We should have ordered the sweet chili or the boom boom sauce. We also shared the crispy calamari from the snack menu. Very crisp coating and the calamari wasn't rubbery or chewy. The crispy tentacles were my fave. My husband and I shared two dessert waffles, the ube and the cinnamon sugar. We opted for a sprinkle of powdered sugar. You can get them drizzled with chocolate or caramel, too. The cinnamon sugar waffle was flaky and light. The ube (which is a purple sweet potato with a natural vanilla taste) was more like a breakfast waffle texture. So yummy! Don't miss out on the dessert! I'll definitely be back to support this small business. I loved it!

Such a cute place with large booths and beautiful kitty graphics. They served food as well but it seems to be family owned and they were out celebrating the New Year. I love anything rose and enjoyed my Rose milk tea with crystal boba. It's on 95th St & Book in the same plaza as Walgreens.

What a cute little joint - I came to Big Apple Bagels with some friends for a bagel and happened to discover this gem, and excitedly got myself a drink on a whim. The staff were so polite and helpful, and the ambience was so adorable! I chose watermelon lychee for my juice blend drink with boba and it was sooooooooooooo good!!!! Definitely coming back for more!

Thanks to Yelp elite, I discovered this place, which is only about 10 minutes from where I live. My husband and I were ready to try the banh mi sandwiches (never had these before), but it just so happened the chef was out of town on the day I showed up. I was totally clueless on the types of bubble teas. The ladies working were pretty helpful, but I feel like this is the kind of thing I'd have to try multiple times with different varieties to figure out what I really like. I ordered a fruit green tea with blue raspberry and passion fruit poppings. They described it as little flavor bursts in your mouth, which I enjoyed! I don't typically like the tapioca pudding balls much, but I found out my husband would rather have that than the flavored poppings. He also had a mango pineapple smoothie, which was quite good. I ordered the calamari with boom boom sauce and some Cajun fries to try. I'm not a big calamari expert, but my husband thought it was good. I did enjoy the boom boom sauce. The fries were spicy (ordered mild) without really having much flavor. Maybe I'm just a salt addict, but I would've preferred they had more salt. $5.50 for an order of fries seems kinda pricey. In my opinion, they weren't anything special. They were out of sweet potato fries, but I was interested in trying those as well. It took over 20 minutes to get my food and drinks, which seemed excessive to me. Especially since we didn't get any sandwiches. Had to pull into the nearby Burger King drive-thru for some more sustenance, so Mo tea definitely doesn't rank as "fast" food as it took 5 times as long for the same amount of items. They only had 2 ladies working there, so I'm not sure if they were short staffed or if that's the normal wait time. The tea came sealed which was good for me. Otherwise they might have spilled all over my car on the drive home. They have a decent sized space with quite a bit of seating. I'd be interested to return and try the sandwiches! Next time I'd either dine in or order ahead.

Gets crowded. The menu features lots of salads and sandwiches like any deli should have really. Basically it has many of the classics. It's one of those places you order at the counter and they bring it out. There's also many of the customers who get takeout. A bad thing is it can take a long time to get anything. Lots of times they're really slow. It's about $10 for a Beyond Burger. This is one of the main vegetarian options. A pretty typical one with the basic toppings but nothing special to be honest. Of course there's lots of paninis filled with meat. There's also the Reuben made with the classic corned beef, or it can be made with pastrami. Also has it available as vegetarian made with mushrooms. The rest of the menu has the typical stuff like chicken salad and egg salad. For sure it's a great place at lunch except for being crowded. It's located on 75th Street at Millbrook. The place is always crowded so most seem to get takeout.
