I are a brat and German potato salad from new fall menu . Brat was good, potato salad tasty but runny. Service by Janessa was excellent. Phillies and Eagles games overlapped and she accommodated customers with both games on adjacent TVs. It was a good evening so far as games still in progress. We had a party of five and arrived at Mick's at 4 PM. There was a few people at the bar and several tables full. The bartender was also the waitress of the entire place. She did a great job taking care of us. We have been going to Mick's on and off for eight years. It is clear that budget cuts are affecting the quantity of food. One of our meals ordered was a meatloaf served over mashed potatoes with broccoli. The meatloaf was cut up into small chunks to make it appear as though there was a large amount of meatloaf, but there was really probably one thin slice. Mixed in with the gravy. I ordered the steak and spinach salad. I had about 6 2 inch slices of meat. Very small portion of meat. The wings as always were still delicious and cooked as we asked.. very well done. One of our orders was also as cheesesteak which was delicious. As well as the fajitas, but they were also $27. For what? I'm not sure. I did ask for blue cheese and ranch and extra celery of which we were charged one dollar extra for the blue cheese, which should have come with the wings. One dollar extra for the ranch which also should have come with the wings. And $.75 extra for the celery. The bill came to 160 which was not bad for five people which included appetizers and two drinks. I would recommend going for the wings. read more

They just rolled out a "new" menu with new crazy outrageous prices! They have also change their once delicious tomato bisque. It now tastes more like a taco soup with a strange after taste. My salad had wilted brown lettuce in it and was not edible. Service was slow and they don't remove your plates when finished with an item. I over heard a guy at the bar complaining about his burger and another upset patron had to come to the bar to get his check. He said he was waiting 1/2 hr and no one came around. Horrible experience with Mick's and Grubhub. First, placed an for 6 wings and asked for no sauce. My order total was close to $60, but they still updated my to add a $3.00 fee for no sauce. Second, order arrived 30-minutes late. I know it gets busy, but 30-minutes is crazy. Third, all the food was cold. We order quite a bit from different locations. We know that delivered food is never as great as in the restaurant, but this food had clearly been sitting somewhere for a long time. The service is great, but the food is a constant disappointment. My family loves the wings but I think they're dry and overcooked. I used to go for the Pub Salad-- but the field greens are lifeless. (Hint: add romaine to your mix. And go easier on the onions. Ask for the chicken tenders and fries on the side as they further wilt the lame lettuce.) Tonight I had the red beet deviled eggs, having been enticed by the promise of horseradish in the egg mix. Totally couldn't taste it. The mini red beets were standard. Not really too much I can say about Mick's. This was my first time at this location. We were forced into coming here as Penn Cinema has inaccurate movie times online and we needed to kill time. It was nice to have this option so close to the theater especially since I'm told that inaccurate movie times are common. The pub was small but well lit, which is unlike their Manheim location which I dislike for that reason. This location had more of a pub vibe than a restaurant. My friend ordered a crab pretzel just because we had to order something in order to sit there. I sampled it and thought the crab was too runny and tasted like tuna salad vs crab. I wasn't a fan and thought the texture was faux crab meat. My friend said she liked it but left a quarter of it behind. I ordered two Kalua and creams. I'm not a drinker and not familiar with many drinks nor current pricing. I did inquire about the price first - $4.50 - which I didn't find bad for a mixed drink. It was refreshing although I tasted no alcohol and after having guzzled down two rather quickly expected to at least feel a little something since I never drink. Nope, nothing. I wonder how much alcohol was even in it. Our waitress could have been more attentive. Had to flag her down for our check and other than bringing the food (in which I asked for a second drink) she never checked back. We were just at Mick's tonight for "happy hour" for $1 off drinks and $2 off apps, the food was fantastic and the service was as well. This is where the praise stops. Nowhere in the menu does it have asterisks for what is discounted and what is not. The waitress says that money is taken off automatically but when confronting about the discrepancies they say well it doesn't apply to this or that. I would warn you that this is not happy hour but regular prices as long as no one questions the bill. The drinks are not labeled for cost on the menu so who knows what they are to cost. I know we are just one couple and may not matter but tonight was the last that this establishment has seen our business. The rating is for the piss poor business tactic and does not reflect on the service or food. Went here after hearing good things. The server was sweet and they have a really good chipotle ranch but that's about all the positive things I can think of lol. My food was kinda cold and moist when I got it. I ordered the fish and chips. My coleslaw was also expired and I didn't realize until someone else took a bite and let me know lol, I had just thought it was really bad. Someone else in my party was also unimpressed by their beef that they got on the taco salad. In addition it was pretty busy but we waited a really long time. Probably like 30+ minutes at the table with a 20 minute wait until we were seated. Like I said, it was busy so this wouldn't really bother me but I watched some other tables that came in after us get their food like 10 mins before we got ours and we didn't have anything that should've taken super long. Recently had the opportunity to bring our entire entourage from my son's wedding over from the hotel we were staying at. Unfortunately the Doubletree hotel lied about allowing us to have an after party, so they lost out on all of our business. I do not recommend them to anyone as apparently they have a history of telling guests anything they want to hear to get them to book and then saying they don't know anything about it. Thank God for MICKS and the great bartenders they had. I wish I could remember the two women's names. We showed up as Mick's was closing and they reopened for us saying they would accommodate us all for one drink. They ended up staying open for about 2 hours, pouring a lot of drinks, all with a smile and great attitude. They were great! We had lots of fun there and would go again. We questioned our waiter if they were truly the Eggrolls and he grimaced, advising that unfortunately they were. Decided to grab dinner here before going to a movie at Penn Cinema next door. Restaurant was at roughly 75% capacity. Some high tops, booths and seats at the bar were open. As soon as I walked in the smell wasn't "clean." It smelled like dirty carpet. I looked down and sure enough the carpet was a dark gray. Tough to tell if the carpet was dirty, but it sure smelled like it. Got seated pretty quickly. Server greeted us within a few minutes. She was friendly, but her long fingernails tapping away on her handheld computer was a bit distracting. How does someone maintain good hand cleaning with long fingernails like that? Ordered a citrus crush from the bar. I've had many orange and grapefruit crushes and this one was very sweet, but didn't taste any liquor. Tasted more like a carbonated lemonade. Ordered some mozzarella sticks as an app. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them as a 5. The batter was bland and the cheese was ok. For dinner I had fish and chips. Fish was good and dipping sauce was good as well. Fries were cooked properly. Friend had crab Mac and cheese and he didn't want the leftovers. Just ok. So all things considered, if you are looking for a quick bite, and you don't have high expectations, then Mick's is your place. If you want a great memorable meal then don't go here. Living in Lititz for 3 years now, we had heard great things about Mick's, but, despite it being a mere 10 minutes away, had never tried it. We found ourselves with a child free evening and decided to check it out. The location is great, with an abundance of parking, and being connected to a movie theatre can't be bad for business. It was fairly busy for 5pm on a Tuesday (yes, it was happy hour), with many full tables. We were promptly seated, and our server approached quickly. I started off with a drink they call a "crush." The menu states it is 2oz of Smirnoff flavored vodka, fruit juice and lemon lime soda. There were a variety of combos, and I opted for cherry (cherry vodka and lime juice). My husband ordered a Yuengling, which was on special. I can't say I was disappointed with my drink. It tasted great and gave me a bit of a buzz (I'm a lightweight), but I was a bit disappointed in, what I can best describe as, the false advertisement. When you think "crush," you think sno cone ice-like. The ice was just bar ice (cubes), and the drink was basically just a vodka sprite with a garnish. Am I being picky, maybe, but in my opinion, it changes the dynamic of the meal. It did not meet expectations drawn from the name. We started our meal with wings. It's our go to for a place know for it's pizza, wings, and overall bar fare. This was a mistake. We ordered half a dozen with hot sauce. They came out extremely dry and overcooked, and looked as though they were sauced and dropped back in the fryer (ie there wasn't any..they were dry). The "sauce" wasn't remotely hot. Again, greatly disappointed. We were losing hope for this meal. I decided to order the South Philly Pork Sandwich and my husband opted for the French Dip. I decided to upgrade to french fries and he stuck with the chips, so we could share. The Pork sandwich is described as pulled pork with broccoli rabe, provolone and parmesan cheeses on a hoagie roll. It came as such, but... the pork literally lacked any seasoning. It was as if it was simply boiled until it was pullable. The broccoli rabe, which is known for it's bitterness, was abundantly present, and, with the lacking seasoning on the pork, overpowered the sandwich. I wound up removing most of it, and adding salt and pepper, and sadly ketchup, to my sandwich. The fries were, unlike the wings, undercooked and limp, as if they didn't care to cook them properly and drop them into the fryer twice. The French Dip presented well, but again, was technically flawed. It stated on the menu that it came with a crock of french onion soup. That can be forgiven for a french dip, as au jus is the base of french onion soup. We did not expect it to be the full soup crock, complete with bread/croutons and the cheese topping, resulting in difficulty dipping. The sandwich itself lacked flavor. The beef was under seasoned. The horseradish lacking. But the chips were good. Lol. The overall appearance of both dishes looked as if they had sat in the window under the heat lamp too long, which is surprising to me, because we, and it seemed every table, received our food from food runners. It really wasn't busy enough for food runners, therefore, food should have been received promptly upon being plated. My favorite part of the meal and probably the only reason I would return (if it wasn't a special), came from the bar. Mind you, the bartender was slow as molasses, (and this was affirmed by our server who suggest i order my dessert drink when I received my meal to get it in a timely manner), but the drink made up for it. It was a Salted Caramel Martini, and it was divine! The rim was coated in caramel and pretzels (tho i think she did mine in graham cracker as they also had a smores martini on the menu) and the drink itself reminded me of a caramel mudslide. Seriously best part of the meal. Our overall suggestion: ignore the kitchen, sit at the bar, have a drink, go see a movie, grab some popcorn and candy, and your night will be great. read more

Here at Mick's All American Pub, you will be sure to find what you want on the menu. Their menu has a great variety of foods, and you will defiantly be able to find something that your stomach desires, and something to fit your cravings. As a vegan, I was even able to find a fresh salad that was too good to not add into my review. Now about the service. Our wait time was about 20 minutes at 6:45pm. This was a little frustrating, but we understood. Our food came about 30 minutes after we ordered it which was not too bad, but defiantly not perfect. Waiters and waitresses were perky, and happy to wait on us, and there was even a staff member who checked on us to see how our night was going. That was defiantly big for me. The bathrooms were definitely not very cleanly. There was dirt an mildew along the bottom siding of the bathroom stalls. There was also a dirty toilet plunger on the floor of the bathroom. The big stall toilet was filled with toilet paper and was clogged. Not a very good look for them. My last complaint would be the music. The music taste they played was first of all, too loud, and second of all, not likable to all people. My friends and I were practically screaming at each other to talk. I ordered take out from here last night. Everything arrived correctly, and was still hot. The wings were fantastic. They were crispy and meaty. The Amber sauce I chose, an interesting combination of BBQ, garlic parmesan, and medium, was very tasty! The burger was pretty small. The bun was good quality, but bigger than the burger itself (which was okay since the bread was yummy). Tho the burger was small, it was filling. You can tell they are hand formed burgers, not frozen patties. So deff worth it for the taste and quality. The fries had no seasoning and were kinda of blah and tasteless until salt was added, and then they were very good. I will deff be ordering their wings again, and trying other menu items. read more
