I thought burger was excellent. Ordered bumper 2 bumper double burger (with cheese). Fries and fantastic looking and tasting cookies and cream shake! YUM The burger meat was succulent - bun very thin and soft. Didn't matter about the lettuce, tomatoe and bumper sauce - the only thing I could taste was the meat! The burger looked to be on the small size but I think that is because the bun is not large. The fries are dense texture. Will not need to order next time - too filling. Great flavor - great service. I live on the southwest side and found myself up north in Aurora. I'm always looking for a great burger and saw Bumper 2 Bumper. I've never heard of it so decided to give it a try. The best burgers are A1 wagyu or Kobe steak burgers but good look trying to find a great burger. When I read the story of Bumper 2 Bumper, I was encouraged to know they take pride in making their burgers juicy. Bumper 2 Bumper did not disappoint. After a friend highly recommended. Used drive thru after 7pm. Took forever, 30 minutes. Sat at window for 10 minutes. Only ordered 1 hotdog, 1 burger, fries and sodas. When finally got food burger cold, drinks were warm and had a bad taste to them. Burger over cooked. Reason for the 1star, the fries were alright. An EPIC fail. . Good food, I've been here about 5 times and I've recommended it to plenty of people. The problem is the operations here. Getting a dial tone when calling in to speaking to someone who doesn't put in the order properly to then going to order online for a time pick up only to arrive and find out they haven't even started it yet. Even drive thru takes 30 minutes. Your food isn't good enough to put up with the mediocre service and not even apologize after each time you're late. Had a chicago dog and seasoned fries yesyerday. I got there shortly after opening was second in line at the drive up. Took over 10 minutes to get my order. When I got home and ate it the hot dog was just warm. The seasoned fries were good. read more

I ate here back in the late summer; I've debated whether to post this because some people will think me trashing them unfairly. I stopped in an off hour in mid-afternoon. We walked in and there was only other customer ordering. No one in the drive thru lane. We ordered burgers and fries, and took them home (3-4 minutes away). It was not a good experience. Like a fool, I forgot to inspect my order before leaving. I had ordered a double cheeseburger. Unfortunately I only received a single. The other two orders had minor fixings mistakes. All of this with only one other patron there. On to the quality of the meat, I will be honest and say that it was literally the worst hamburger I've had in a decade. The meat tasted terrible. I couldn't figure out why the burger tasted so poor. My father, who worked as a food chemist before retiring, thought the burger had filler in it. He couldn't prove it, but that is what he thought. He didn't enjoy it either. The size of the burger was small relative to the price, or the price was too large relative to the size of the burger. In short, the burger was overpriced relative to size, they screwed up the order, and most especially the burger tasted horrid. I've seen a lot of people rave about their food here; let's just say I had a completely different experience. The french fries were mediocre, perhaps a C-. Nothing to rave about or to rant against either. But the burger was putrid. Every time I drive by on Main Street I smile in remembrance of such a poor outing. Not going back there again. read more

BEST HALAL BURGERS IN TOWN! If I could give this 10 stars I would! Burgers are so juicy and perfect. They give you a lot of fries on the side. Just a side note: the fries are soo good when they are hot. BUT once or twice I have received fries that were hard, which was disappointing but the burger made up for it every time so it didn't really bother me. We haven gotten take out from there twice and have not been disappointed. The burgers are huge so I stick to the bumper burger and they do not skimp you on the fries. One regular size is probably great for two people. We have plenty of fries leftovers to reheat in the air fryer the next day. Burgers are cooked well with a fun sauce. This place is probably the best Halal burger in Chicago. Their bumper 2 burger burger is very good, shakes are not as thick as they should be but good. I would have given them 4 stars but the guy taking orders is about 3 feet tall and the rudest troll you'll ever come across. He was being very short with me (pun intended) , rude and when I asked for a tray for drinks they were out of them. There was also a white trash lady in the kitchen dropping F bombs. We LOVE Bumper2Burger. Definitely our regular go-to when craving a burger and fries. We are huge fans of In-N-Out on the West coast and feel like Bumper2Burger is Lombard's own version. Burgers always taste super fresh, not overly greasy, and they really hit the spot. The shakes are sooo yummy. Their seasoned fries aren't my favorite, but they give you so many that it's hard to complain. Haven't tried anything else, but based on the long line that usually wraps around this place, it's hard to imagine they make anything that isn't delicious. Don't ever leave, B2B! read more

Went to the restaurant it was clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly. However I got their bumper burger. Honestly for the price I'm pretty disappointed. The bread of soggy, I had to assemble the burger properly (this was not how I received the burger in the photo. This photo was taken after I fixed the burger to take a somewhat decent photo) I had cheese all over the side of the foil. There was no taste To the burger. It had no spices nothing it was bland. 13 bucks for a meal is kinda steep but I get that it is Halal so they over price everything and that isn't the restaurants fault but never the less they could had made it presentable and the bread not soggy. Mind you I ate it in the restaurant so before anyone comments saying hey it got soggy on the drive home. No it did not. The fries I'll give them a 3/5. The seasoning was on point but the fries could have been cooked a little more. I have a couple of frozen ones in there that I ended up just throwing the whole bag away. Everyone said it was good but I guess I got the bad end of the stick yesterday. I'd love to try it again but as of now i wouldn't come back. My favorite burger place to date! I personally like this place better than Burger Lounge and even Epic Burger. The meat speaks for itself; it's flavorful and juicy! And the fries OOOF, those fries are amazingggg! God bless! They have fresh cut fries and you can taste it when you bite into it. If you come here, you HAVE to get a side of fries (but lightly salted)!!! They have the best fries from any fast food in my humble opinion. This place always have great halal hamburgers , we all family friends use this Lombard location a lot but then as usual no one keep it up with their good work they unfortunately change the method of their hamburger delivery container to same cheap style plastic container which whenever you take it to your home get your burgers all soggy with the heat and buns get so messy , they used to have a their signature paper box which when you open it becomes a plate to eat your burger and your burgers stay dry and hot, i was so disappointed and probably stop going there. read more
