I brought my car for wash and one of the mats had lollipop stuck in one corner and smoothie spill on the other corner. I asked during drop off if this could be taken off and the guy seemed nice and offered to try. In my opinion he should have said that he doesnt have the right tools or skillset to clean the mat rather than offering to try at the cost of damaging the mat? It turned out the mat got clean but the corners looked sanded/grinded and the rest of the mat has a design of some sort. I messaged the guy at pick up, who said the design will go away when dry - it didnt! Then upon drying, i took the mat to show him the design and sanded corners and he said it will go away with use - i dont believe it! It's hard to believe this business cause the goal post keeps moving. No amount of brushing the mat is making the pattern go away. The more concerning thing is that the owner completely disowned his business when i called him, he gave me a run around and then hung up on me. His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! His tone was offensive and rude and he obviously didnt take accountability of whatever happened to the mat. I would have liked the business to replace the mat THEY damaged or reimburse me for it. That would be the right way to handle an incident as such! The owner was in not apologetic of what happened, instead deflected what happened.

The staff who work here were considerate and took the time to check on every detail for repairs needed to the damage done on my car. Every staff member I encountered was professional, straight forward and understanding. I could tell they had seen it all-- and knew how to fix it. When I dropped off my vehicle, it was a smooth check list process. They are also AAA and Honda Certified which applied to my vehicle. This made it easier for me to know the parts I would be getting were Honda and the mechanics knew how to install it. They even requested a car- rental shuttle to come pick me up to my rental with Enterprise Rent a Car. When the repairs were completed it was 6 days ahead of their estimated time frame!
