Customer service is fantastic! I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he from my initial phone call to purchase, he was friendly and informative. Had a nail in my tire, called a previous shop I had been to before and they were so rude I was determined to not give them anymore of my money. Called the Tire Shop and decided to go in. He thoroughly explained why I couldn't get a patch due to the nail placement. They didn't have a new fit that I needed and couldn't get it from the warehouse since it's closed on Sundays. They gave me a loaner tire and will be getting tire replaced tomorrow. Plus, the prices are more than fair. Will definitely be coming back for all of my tire needs in the future. read more

Great and reliable place .. highly recommend! I was told that run flat tires can't be fixed but they were able to help me . Guy there suggested that it can't be patched but either replaced or plug in . Anyway I got thing done for $10 instead of $370 read more

My tire got flat on the Saturday night and next day was Sunday and I really needed my car. Almost ever tire shop was closed besides The Tire Spot. They are open till 4:00pm on Sundays. They are like an emergency for tires ! Tim who helped me was a VERY nice guy. He quoted me on the phone and gave me really good price. My car started shaking badly when driven. Took it to the " chain tire shop" next to my work. They said I needed new tires and I had a separation in one tire Tires have less than 15k miles I take back to Costco where tires were purchased. They say there is nothing wrong. I say my car shakes violently at speeds over 50. Costco still says al is ok. I say it's not okay at all. So that's when I go back to the place r never should have left. The Tire Spot. I thought they might be nice just to get a yelp but not one did the repair man mention leaving them a yelp for his service. They are super fast and friendly. I don't really know anything about car and tire. My tire got donut because I hit the curb. The guy at the shop explain it to me super clear of what happen. Very much appreciated. New tire cost me 109$. They don't have it in stock at the time but they call as soon as it got here and took them 20 mins to finish the job.
