Absolutely delicious burgers. Both times we have been the burgers are cooked perfectly their fries always fresh and crispy and the fried pickles and mushrooms were also delicious. The staff was very friendly. I love Mountain Dew and was so happy to see their drink machine had it. The fries were good looked and tasted like fresh cut and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers were just ok. They weren't bad and weren't great someplace in the middle. It's an ok burger. My 14 year old son had the Philly cheese steak and he did not care for it at all. Only took a few bites of it and ended up throwing the rest away. I would say that you may or may not like this place. For me it was really in the middle and probably will not got back. I say this not because it was bad by any means just that it was average and if I'm paying $55.00 for burgers for a family of four I need it to be better. read more

First time here and we weren't disappointed. We ordered to go and food was ready right on time. Inside of the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The burgers were HUGE and very good for the price. Ordered fries and there were so many I couldn't eat them all, they had just enough crisp on the outside, just the way I like it. The good: Hamburgers are excellent and probably the best buns I have had in a long time! The bad: we had onion rings and they seemed to be frozen. The onions didn't have any "meat" it seems like all we got were outer skins of the onion. read more

As others note, these 6 oz griddled patties are served on a brioche bun. Only giving four stars as I thought the burger had a slightly metallic taste to it; not sure if a griddle requires break and seasoning, but I don't think so. Also found the bun larger than needed for the patty, and fixings on the bottom made the burger a little less balanced. The tomato slice also had some of the green stem. Fries looked good but as I'm watching my calories I didn't order any. read more

Burger 82 gets 82 Stars this place is fantastic. 1) The portions are huge 2) Variety on the menu 3) Salads, Burgers and Fries were all very tasty. This place is brand new in Allen on Exchange Parkway across from the hospital. Online order is super easy. Pick up is efficient even on busy nights at dinner time. The burgers were amazing prior to your temporary closing. Since reopening the burgers don't even compare - are you using a cheaper beef? The veggies don't seem as fresh. The brioche bun is so big and the hamburger patty is thinner smaller and dryer. If you need to raise your prices to produce the same product I think people would be willing to pay it..... read more

I'll start with the good and reason for the second star. The burger was OK. I was not asked how I wanted it cooked, and the bun was too big for the patty, but overall it was a decent tasting burger. I think they used ALL the salt on the fries, my lips are still burning. The onion rings I feel like came out of a frozen bag from Sysco. The worst part was the service, I regret leaving a tip on my order. I specifically went to the restaurant to order, so I could be sure my food wouldn't be sitting around getting cold waiting for me to get there. The cashier did not take my name, not that it would have mattered in the end... I sat waiting for my order at the first table/chair in front of the order station in a very noticeable location for a to-go ordered. I noticed they ring a bell and call people's names when their order was up, ok maybe it's not a big deal as they're not crowded, not too many orders to remember, maybe when mine is ready she'll bring me the bag to go or ring the bell. Then I noticed the people who ordered after me got their food, then 1 other person, at which time I noticed there was nothing else being cooked, so I went to see if one of the to-go bags sitting on the counter was mine... Sure enough it was, sitting there for 10 minutes, not sure how they expected me to know it was ready, absolutely no attempt. Sure enough as expected when I got home the fries and onion rings were cold, I don't live far, I think they sat on the counter longer than in my car on the way home. Luckily the burger was still a little warm, not hot but warm enough to eat. With as many great burger joints as there are around Dallas, you really need to hit on all cylinders, service is a big part of it. I'll stick with my normal go-to burger place in the future. read more
