They automatically take out 18% gratuity. And I did not like that because she should've told me that you don't have to leave cash. Taste: Pizza: There's a funny little story: supposedly, Marco Polo went to China and saw pies, but didn't know how to wrap the filling inside, so he just put it on top--and thus the pizza was born. COCKROACHES ! There were Cockroaches on the TABLES. There were also cockroaches on the counter behind the registers. The waitress thought I didn't see but I did. It was under the coffee machine. Apparently she's told the manager but he hasn't done anything about it. Not to mention the cook used her bare hands to touch the food after touching her germ covered phone. She stuck her fingers IN MY BURGER to pull out a tomato because she made a mistake of putting tomatoes when I specifically asked for none. Also one of the old waitresses use to be a close friend of mine and told me their supervisor/ manager, a man, has been sexually harassing the females there by kissing them when they don't want to be or saying nasty comments regarding how sex must feel good on their period or how he likes the position they're squatting in. She also told me one of the females there has access to the security cameras because her boyfriend works for the Business. Apparently she watches the other employees without permission and uses this against them. This restaurant is disgusting and there are so many things wrong with this place. Plus they use FLOOR CLEANERS and WINDEX to clean the TABLES! Oh and THE SALADS HAD MOLD ON THEM that's how old the were. Also, one of the waitresses, a heavier set Hispanic women was giving out GREY milkshakes. I think her name started with an M. You could tell no one had cleaned the machines because it was GREY rather than white. I'm speaking up because I know the women who work there are afraid of losing their jobs if they do. We are Burger Hunter Dew and Burger Hunter Zack, we had the Combo #2, recommended to us by the owner. Two patties of freshly ground beef with two slices of cheese, freshly grilled onions, thousand isle dressing, lettuce, and tomatoes, all in between two buns! I tried making it myself, but it does NOT taste just as good as theirs! And also, their fries are hand made! Fresh right when ordered! Okay so im new at yelp but i decided to give it a try since yesica convinced me. Yesterday was my first time trying burger broiler and i have to say WOW . The restaurant is really clean which is always a great thing to see when entering a restaurant not only that but the costumer service from her , she was so kind and talkative unlike other places where its just a how are you doing and thats it. She helped me narrow my options down. And i have to say the food is amazing. Burger was so delicious, the fries were so fresh and they gave me this fry sauce that was so good and i had a strawberry shake which was the icing on the cake to my first burger broiler experience. Ever since they opened, I've placed my order over the phone and then a friend and I would go pick up. I'd drive around the block while he ran in and picked up the order because there are never any open parking spaces. Tonight called to place my usual order and was told by a very rude woman on the phone that "You have to pay before you order, lady." I asked her to repeat what she said because there was a lot of background noise which made it hard to understand her. She said, "Lady, you have to pay before we take your order. Sorry, lady, that's how it is." Not sure when they changed their policy, but I will now take my business elsewhere, especially since there is never any available parking. read more

I have been going to Burger Broiler since it first opened and there has been nothing but improvements since then. Fresh burgers and great atmosphere makes this burger joint better than most i have been to. I do have a few issues with how the burgers are made. Too much lettuce kills the flavor of the burger patty. I like crunch but i also want flavor. I do like the rewards program as well where 100 points is a free meal. It adds to the experience knowing what you are working for. Sure, every point equals $1.00 but being rewarded for returning to the restaurant makes the overall experience nice. Fresh food, nice people and a clean environment makes this a must visit for anyone! read more

I don't get to go out for Greek very often because I have picky little eaters. Today I found myself childless so I wanted to get my Greek eat on. Sooooooooo yummy!!! We had the Cheese Saganaki appetizer. It's toasty melted cheese served with flatbread. The added lemon elevated the cheesiness to a whole different level. I could totally get fat on that. It was the perfect starter! My friend and I split the Greek Combo for Two. This meal can easily feed 3 people. The food was pretty good, the milkshake however, something that I've been thinking about for weeks…read moresince going there. Their milkshakes are amazing and I would highly recommend trying one. However, it seemed that a lot of the decorations were unfortunately AI generated which makes me deduct a star. Service was great as well and timely.

Juicy burgers, filling fries, sweet staff…read more Super fun place to bring your kids. They are cooking out of a truck type of culinary establishment. But they hold a lot of seats inside their storefront right next door. We were able to enjoy cold crisp air conditioning and a clean place to sit while eating. Our fries were flavorful and crispy. The cheeseburgers were incredibly delicious/seasoned savory. It was the perfect place to stop by while shopping for toys and comic books, thrifting for clothes, and eating ice cream. The manager is such a great guy, who loves the city and his community. He goes out of his way to making sure customers are enjoying what they order. We will be back!
