I readily admit to eating at BurgerIM twice a week. Why? Great food at a very good price. Ironically, I usually opt for the grilled chicken duo over burgers. The chicken portions are quite large and of course, very tasty. I can't make chicken that good. The burgers are better than anything around. So many options too. I've never seen anything like the burger selection. The Uncut Burger is quite good. Possibly the very best vege-burger I've tried. Someone attempted to compare WayBack Burgers to BurgerIM? You have got to be kidding me. If you like flame broiled burgers, you can't beat BurgerIM. If you like McDonald's, you probably would like WayBack, 5 Guys or In and Wait Burger. This place was simply delicious. The service was excellent from the front end guy who couldn't have been older then 21. He recommended dipping sauces and brought the food out promptly. The food was very tasty and hot. The little round fry's almost melt in your mouth. The Mexican style burger was by far the best of the 3 sliders I had. I have spent quite a few dollars at this place and it has been pretty good. But tonight I ordered grub hub and two hours later it never showed up. Called burgerim to be told our $92 order had been there waiting for us. No call no thing. So, I asked if the food was still hot I was coming to get it, I was assured it was. We went clean plant base eating/Vegan since the beginning of the year. Like everyone else we occasionally indulge in cheat days and find it difficult to find Vegan options in Tracy. We saw online IM had plant based burgers so we thought we would try them. I was so happy and pleased with their plant based options! Their plant based burger was sooo good, we also tried their falafel burger which was very tasty. Their sweet potato fries are cooked perfectly. The cashier was also nice enough to tell us the mayo was on all burgers and was not plant based so she noted no sauce for us. Mixed reviews. First time I was here I really enjoyed it, no real complaints. Food tasted and looked good. I like all the different options and the quality seems high. On my second visit today the food was still pretty good, but some things are off. My bun was obviously a little old so it crumbled apart slowly while I ate my sandwich. The sides seem a little small for the price of the meal $12+ But honestly the worst part was it was 100 degrees outside and they decided not to run the AC?? We're in Tracy and it's gonna be like this for months, you can't be that cheap. People look forward to coming in out of the heat and the fans blowing 90 degree heat around aren't gonna cut it here. Majority of the reason for the 2 stars that I've given has to do with what you are getting in return for the money you are giving. It's not outrageously experienced by any means however I do think it cost too much to get two or three kinds of decent burgers. The staff was great and accommodating, very nice and most importantly patient. However, getting the burger it didn't taste any different or better then a Red Robin or Applebees and yet did cost a little more. I do think it is worth a try, I personally won't be back, but I wouldn't tell anyone not to go. read more

Tried this place today after a couple of years of seeing it and wondering about it. It's tucked in a weird corner of the parking lot across from Staples and Home Depot, and I only ever noticed the back side from driving past other stores. I'm glad I finally tried it. I got a classic 1/3 lb angus burger, onion rings and a drink. $13 and change. The burger was really good- a good grilled beefy flavor, juicy, and seasoned just right. Toppings- lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles were fresh and generous. The bun held up to the juicy burger without getting totally soaked and falling apart. The onion rings were good although I have had better. Overall it was a very good burger for a quick-casual dining. The burger was a comparable quality to what you might get in a pub. They also have beer on tap which I didn't indulge in, but I'll have to come back and try that. The service was fast, the dining area and restroom were clean. Besides beef the menu has chicken, salmon, falafel, and impossible burger (if that's your thing). So plenty of variety including non-meat. I'd be happy to bring my family back. read more

I wanted a better than fast food burger, Dave's is just too big and sloppy and no fries. Tried this place. First the manager was very helpful and explained the menu, as there were so many option it was tough to nail down at first glance. I went basic the first time, Angus Burger. Beef was tasty and well cooked. Bun also good. Fries were a bit thick for me, so next time going for onion rings! Also next time going for 2 sliders and trying the crispy chicken and maybe one of the other specialty burgers as the second. I like the variety. Today was the first time trying Burger IM. I liked the menu and the different selection of meat. The dining area appeared to be well kept and clean. I ordered the Trio combo and being that it was my first time I ordered a mix of meat. I got my order and I couldn't identify any of the sliders and ate them blindly. It was disappointing because I couldn't taste any difference between the 3 sliders and I order 3 different beef. I would suggest that they label each slider so customers would know what they're eating. I got half fries and half onion rings for my sides. The onion rings were nearly perfect with the crunchy texture. The fries on the other hand was not as good and were soggy. So it was it like eating soggy or soaked potato chips. The overall customer service experience was pleasant because the staff was very helpful. I was disappointed with the wait because it was nearly 15 minutes for me to get my food and there was no other customers. Stopped by today for a quick bite. It wasn't busy but I expected that for a new burger place in town. Service was great. The dine-in area was super clean as well. I ordered the duo with fries and a drink. I think their burgers were pretty good! I love how they have different meat options so you're not stuck with the same flavors. I ended up getting wagyu with the California style and the dry aged beef with Cowboy style. Both burgers were delicious! The fries aren't your typical fries at a regular burger place--they're more like thick cut chips. I asked for the garlic aioli for my fries and it was filled with soooo much flavor. Definitely recommend the garlic aioli! I'll for sure come back here in the future! Their burgers convinced me to come back and try their other flavors. I've been waiting for this place to open for awhile so today when I saw the "open" sign I talked my boss into trying it. I ordered the duo...one with grilled chicken, caliente style and one with beef, cowboy style. By far the chicken was the best. It paired nicely with all the fixings. Came out fresh and hot. My new favorite! The beef was also good but I'm only going back for the chicken. I tried the onion rings and my boss had the Cajun fries. Both amazing. Oh my gosh. I am an enormous critic when it comes to hamburgers because they have to be fresh, tasty, and have the right amount of seasonings and fixings before I will call it a burger. Have been ordering Friday night burger night for family for quite some time now. Tried many places but for us Burger iM won out. Ordering is easy & they always get it right! Food has been consistently good across the board. Sometimes in past different places that we would go to would be hit or miss and very inconsistent. You know after you eat you feel like a brick is sitting in your belly! Been to Burger iM since they've opened & can honestly say never once felt that way after eating there (Fingers crossed I didn't jinx it). All my family order something different from me. I get the Angus Burger with everything and a chocolate Milkshake (very good) every one Ce in a while I'll order the onion rings with the burger if am a bit hungry. My wife and I were driving through Tracy and decided to try this new joint. The staff was very attentive and pleasant as it is to be expected from a new joint I bought the trio and my wife bought just the regular meal. We were pleased by the options as they offer a veggie patty and a falafel patty as well! Very cool when a burger joint caters to other people's likes!!! The food was VERY TASTY! The onion rings were delicious and so were the wings!! I'm a big guy and I got really full with the two sliders, the size it's pretty decent!! My wife didn't even finish her burger. I really Hope once they get popular they don't start shrinking the size of their food. It is pretty pricey. As just for two we spend 34$... but, due to the quality, I say it's very worth it.
