This hamburger spot is fantastic. Huge choices. Proteins offered are angus and kobi beef. Grilled and Chrispy chicken. Lamb. Also falafel and salmon. Reg size burgers 1/3 and 1/4 lbs. but offer also slider size. I ordered the two slider option with angus beef and crispy chicken. My husband ordered angus as well as lamb. Perfect size especially if you ant decide between beef and chicken. With this you can get both. Lol. Onion rings and fries crispy. They have a three slider combo as well. Came here with the family and the food was amazing! There were so many different options and there was something for everyone, I ordered the mini trios and they were so good. The garlic aioli fries were delicious and so were the wings. Even the kids meal was a good portion and the burger looked good unlike some places where is like a dry sad little burger. The bacon is pork! They say the patties are halal but they put pork in the burgers that have bacon. I do not know if they use the same grill that they grill bacon on to grill the patties. I'd stay away from this place. Phonies. Shame on you people. read more

Burgers are good. Just FYI- The bacon at this location isn't halal. It's pork bacon. I mentioned halal bacon when I ordered and paid extra for it but found it after I opened the burger to cut it that it looked like regular bacon. The chef confirmed that the bacon isn't halal and made me one without. I have to say, it's a very strange situation to be in, if you know the history of the franchise. read more

Just tried burger IM and it's a really nice and clean little place by staples in the Tracy pavilion. The food consists of little slider like burgers that u can order in a pack of two up to a party box with 16 of them. You choose your meat selection from all kinds of different beef to chicken or lamb and many other choices, then you choose your bun and toppings. I ordered a DUO with two burgers a drink and ur choice of side which I ordered fries. The fries are round potato slices deep fried and very tasty! It was $6.99 and enough food for me and my boyfriend to share and we both enjoyed it! To top off the experience one of the employees came over to see how the food was tasting and when she noticed my 4 year old was not eating she asked if she could get her anything, I told her that she had already eaten before we came and she offered to make her a complimentary milk shake and a balloon! Such exceptional service and good food! We will return and I highly recommend to try them out! Lastly their fountian soda was over the top fresh and refreshing! Came here for lunch with my boyfriend and it was ok. The food is definitely fresh just kinda greasy and lacking flavor. We both got the wayu beef burger and while it was very tender it was no flavor. I got the chicken sandwich California style and it had "Cajun" mayo but it tasted like regular mayo. And my burger was cowboy style which was ok but has the most bland bbq sauce. Overall I'm glad we tried it but we kinda just left saying eh wasn't great but wasn't bad. We tried nearly every combo of meat and toppings, and found that overall everything was very bland. It's food but not tasty and exciting food. Also, the circle fries just plain suck. This attempt at novelty fails, we want crispy potatoey treats, and these limp potato circle don't get it done. If you want a good burger and fries there are literally 10 options within throwing distance, Red Robbin, Five Guys, In & Out, Squeeze In, Wayback... pretty much everything is better. Our first time here and Marisol at the counter explained everything to us. She was patient and very thorough. We got the duo (angus and wagyu beef) and Hawaiian style Salmon burger. The salmon was moist and juicy! I was a little hesitant at first with the cole slaw topping but it all worked together! Food was hot, tasted fresh and delicious! Everything tasted really good! Ordered the angus burger with everything including grilled onions . Burger meat was juicy but not greasy and very flavorful. Coined-shaped fries were crispy on the outside and not heavily salted like some other fast food joints. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Inside was clean and orderly. The food has really good flavor, specially their patties which is a huge plus compared to other burger restaurants. I love the fact that every time you come you can basically have a different burger since there's so many different combinations you can do to your customized burgers. First time eating at a Burger IM and I was ready to go back. The food was great and for the price, it was worth it. I ordered the trio combo (angus, lamb, crispy chicken) with bacon & cheese fries. The total came under $15. Theses burgers didn't look like your typical sliders. You put a regular slider into a little person's hands and it still looks like a slider. But when you put one of Burger IM's sliders in a little person, it'd look like they're eating a Big Mac. Thats how NOT small these sliders are. All three burgers had the same ingredients. The angus and lamb, I honestly couldn't tell the difference. I know there should be a difference in taste, but did not notice or see it. I didn't eat them back to back though and I was using ranch and the house sauce. Probably should've taken a bite without any sauce first. Maybe they screwed up and were both angus? I think they should be labeled in some way though. The crispy chicken was really good. Thats probably going to be one of the must-have patties whenever I get the duo/trio deal again. Would be interested in a spicy crispy chicken. The bacon and cheese fries was a huge surprise. I wasn't expecting much, but pretty much every place I've been to, adds toppings on top of the fries. Here, they added the cheese and put another layer of fries on top of them so all that topping isn't just stuck with the top layer. These fries were delicious though. I don't know if I would even want to try any of the others sides they offered and just stick with this option. All in all, superb first impression and definitely.... I readily admit to eating at BurgerIM twice a week. Why? Great food at a very good price. Ironically, I usually opt for the grilled chicken duo over burgers. The chicken portions are quite large and of course, very tasty. I can't make chicken that good. The burgers are better than anything around. So many options too. I've never seen anything like the burger selection. The Uncut Burger is quite good. Possibly the very best vege-burger I've tried. Someone attempted to compare WayBack Burgers to BurgerIM? You have got to be kidding me. If you like flame broiled burgers, you can't beat BurgerIM. If you like McDonald's, you probably would like WayBack, 5 Guys or In and Wait Burger. This place was simply delicious. The service was excellent from the front end guy who couldn't have been older then 21. He recommended dipping sauces and brought the food out promptly.
