Went to Burger King Menands drive thru to order breakfast. Window attendant very rude. When giving order they stated I don't need to know that. Order was very simple ordered cream with my coffee never got it. They never said thank you just was handed the order which was wrong and the food given was cold will never go there again. read more

It could have been a 5 if the kids had not spent 5 minutes squabbling about water sports or some nonsense and made me (Yelp customer) stand in line. Then they served to-go orders first and spoke with a row of cars, made me wait again. That said, it's Burger King m'kay.. I am not a regular of this sort of food and especially not in this area. Staff is a bunch of chatterboxes. Chefs are a bunch of hottentot jumping jacks. Ordered some mozzarella sticks, chicken sandwich, nugs and a slice of pie. It took like 12 minutes. The food was fine. The mozzarella sticks were jammed in their cardboard box with what seemed like no grace and a big fist. Burger was short on lettuce. The dessert was plopped in the bag upside down. It is the little details that us Elite Yelp!s take care of and note down. Details! When my order was up, it wasn't the kids who served it - they were too busy jabbering and horsing around (get those kids to settle down and do their jobs) - no, it was the female manager who came out from back and served it. I stopped in after an appointment for breakfast and had their 2-for-$4 croissant sandwich deal. I get that this is cheap breakfast food from a fast food chain but I expected a bit more from BK. They weren't busy (9:30AM) but there was only one gentleman running the front counter and the take-out window. I didn't have to wait super long to order, but I am surprised by this since it wasn't during their conversion period when lunch items come online. Perhaps someone called in, or was on break. I have managed a McDonalds before, so I get the drill. What bothered me was that the croissant sandwiches appeared to be premade and waiting on the heating area. There were half-a-dozen when I came in, and that many or more when I left. They are popular for sure, but keeping them on the warmer might lead to dried out food. Which is exactly what I got in mine! The sandwich was chewy and stale, not fresh, and the bacon was in tiny pieces because it was clearly overcooked. I love crispy bacon, but this was beyond that. Ironically, at the time of this review the picture for BK is of over-cooked bacon. Even though there are very few options for food in Menands, I won't be back here for breakfast. read more

On 8/1/22 at 11:45 I ordered a 2 for 10, one of them an original chicken. Sat down. No chicken. Went up front and showed the manager named Janay. She very rudely said she'd get me another and yelled across the restaurant "she ate the chicken out of it." I was pissed and when I tried to talk to her, she ignored me. I asked 3 times for the District Manager's name and was ignored. When the second sandwich came, I opened it and there was no chicken. I said "I was standing right here. Did I eat the chicken out of this one?" She told me to "get the fuck out". Still didn't have a District Manager's number. No apology. Everyone else was really nice. One of the employees (a tall African American man) pulled a five out of his pocket. I've never had a problem at this restaurant before. I can see why they have the ratings they do. read more

Ordered cheeseburgers with ketchup and onions. There were no onions on them. BK has the best sliced onions have to have them. I was told that they had not sliced enough onions for that day so I was out of luck. That was a new one for me! I then asked the girl why she didn't tell me when I ordered that there were no onions so that I could maybe order something else and she looked puzzled by that concept. Too bad for BK. Everything was really good, I don't know if these are new or I never noticed them on the menu but BK has really good veggie burgers! Every time I come in everyone is smiling and looks like they are having fun working which seems rare with workers in fast food. Definitely a nice experience! read more

Like the legend of the phoenix, this Burger King has risen from obscurity and death! When I relocated my life to New York, this building was a hollowed shell that held the promise of burgers worthy of a monarch, but was shut down. For two years the location was "Closed for renovations". My friends, I come before you now to tell you it has risen! The service is fast, efficient, courteous, and friendly! The interior is clean! The bathrooms are well maintained! The food is at the upper end of the Burger King spectrum! It's so exciting that every sentence here gets and exclamation point! It's a new and nice Burger King that gets kind of busy around noon, but is otherwise great for a quick bite. read more

I cant believe that people have left anything but bad reviews for the Burger King in MENANDS not Albany... I work and live near it... I've been there a hand full of times and almost always they try to serve me old food.. Brown lettuce and hard buns... I just left there and the bottom bun on my burger was ROCK hard... There was barely two chunks of bacon. (I would take a picture but i brought it back for a refund) when I asked for a refund the "worker" gave me an attitude.... If you call the number on the window - Carrols you get a recording and no one calls you back... They obviously dont care. Wish I could leave negative stars. read more

Hello I'd like to report a LIE! The impossible burger does not taste like meat. It tastes like GARBAGE.

Once again this place proves their complete incompetence. Forgotten items in our order...guess I don't get to eat lunch today since i don't get a second lunch break to go back and have them "fix" their mistake. Call to the restaurant to request my card be credited resulted in a half ass promise that if we come back in the future she will credit is a sandwich. Terrible customer service. When you go to Burger King you expect nothing less than the pictures you see on the commercials and on the menu, but Burger King is incapable of meeting that expectation. When you order a burger from burger king the lettuce is slopped everywhere and so are the condiments. The burgers should have at least a little closer to what they advertise them to look like. The only thing that has a good presentation is of course the one and only chicken fries, that they should permanently put on the menu. They take the chicken fries on and off the menu, which is really disappointing. The portion size is nothing too big or nothing too small but it is highly over priced for fast food and the amount of effort they put towards making it look nice for the customer. Once in a blue moon someone with an actual personality will serve you at Burger King and just might strike up a conversation, instead of just asking what your order is. Burger King is never to overly busy because it is not a place you would go to for dates. It is fast food. If you do go there get the chicken fries, if they still have them because they are the best things that Burger King puts in front of their customers. I wouldn't advise to get the regular fries with your chicken fries because whenever I go they are either too salty, not salty enough, or cold. The salads are like wilted leaves that have probably gone bad and well nothing looks appetizing besides the chickens fries. The chicken fries are on point. There is nothing worst than have cold fries with something that warms your soul. The cleanliness is absolutely pitiful. I went to use their bathroom once and there was a cheese burger on the ground that looked like it had been sitting there for a while and there was something green in the sink. They also do not take good care of not only their bathrooms but the tables that people eat on. There are always crumbles and debris from the person that had eaten there last. I would say try your best to avoid this restraint because it is so poorly managed but if you are in a hurry go through the drive through and get as many chicken fries as you can eat because they won't be on the menu forever. read more
