Nasty. I come here all the time to pickup deliveries and I've seen all the unsanitary crap their staff do while making food such as scratching their behinds, no gloves, picking their noses, etc. Not to mention they purposely ignore and like to make people wait even after you get their attention or saying excuse-me. Stopped in yesterday to try the impossible burger. Wouldn't say we were wowed (tastes about like soyburgers available from your grocer's freezer), though that's not a knock on this location. The sandwich seemed well made, but that item just has flavor limitations you can't work around. The onion rings we ordered with them were hot and crisp, so all good there. The service is really the reason for the two stars. The place was nearly empty around lunchtime on a Sunday. There was one couple ahead of us at the counter, and they'd clearly already ordered. Not much of a line at the drive through as far as I could tell. Still, we waited several minutes before the counterman took our order. And one he did, it was rough sailing. He seemed to have a question in response to everything I said, and he mumbled them. It took a few tries from both of us to get them answered and he seemed to be getting annoyed with me. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Went to the counter because they forgot to give a small and medium fry for my sister and her kids (I didn't order anything). Patiently stood back a little from the counter because I noticed two employees talking, I'm not sure about what but it seemed important. While I was standing there, neither one of the employees acknowledged me. They ended their conversation about within 2 minutes and walked away from the register still not acknowledging me. I am still standing there about 7 minutes total now, waiting, while another employee walks in front of the counter on her phone not asking if I have been helped or if I needed something. Another couple walks into the restaurant and they ended up leaving because it seemed as if no one was working there. The company's motto is literally "Have it your way", but I in fact did not have it my way. I was told that even if I wanted to pay for it I wasn't allowed to have more than what I got on these. I didn't even care if I needed to pay extra for it, the amount of onion I asked for versus what's on these sandwiches was unacceptable. Insult to injury, the one sandwich (Whopper with Cheese) we didn't want extra onion on had way too much on it, and came with bacon when we didn't order any on it, and was completely wrong. WORST PLACE EVER. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. I had asked for a large Dr Pepper, when I got to the window and saw my small drink I asked if I could get a large and I'd pay for it. I visited this Burger King for late-night to-go dinner with my girlfriend, and had a bland experience. We parked quickly, and were greeted inside by a kind though slightly disinterested employee. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, a veggie burger and fries, which amounted to slightly under $8. Within a few minutes our freshly-made order was ready. The bacon cheeseburgers were run-of-the-mill, and the fries were a little oilier than I was expecting. The veggie burger was a little better in my girlfriend's opinion, but I didn't think it was anything special. It was actually really good, and with some Satisfries... girlfriend, I'm there! I haven't been to a BK in several years, and when my friends suggested it for a quick lunch today I could have gone either way. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the tables, and the very nice staff they had working. The Whopper we ordered was like the good ol days! The Whopper Jr. however, was a mess. It had 1/2 a cherry tomato, hardly any lettuce, and a 1/2 of a pickle round. I received a flyer with coupons for free Frappes and smoothies as well. I thought "hey I'll give it a try". I went on 3 separate occasions. Twice in the afternoon and once in the evening. The workers in the drive through were super friendly, but MAN even when I was the ONLY person in the drive through and no one was in the store, it took almost 10 minutes to get a small frappe.
