This place is well maintained. We provided service here recently and seen pretty bad stuff at other fast-food places, but these guys care. I'm not talking about the Lobby or Bathrooms, though those looked fine too. I'm referring to the Kitchen, and Food storage/prep areas. All good! The only reason not full 5-stars, is that I've seen the drive-through quite slow. Feel sorry for the BK customers who thought they'd get a FAST meal and go. Hopefully they'll improve on this as they get more training. And the food is same as you'd expect. Yum as it gets at any BK. read more

The assistant manager took my order then handed it to me. I went home and realized it was the wrong order. Went back and got what I ordered. I went home and the order was wrong again. Called, no answer. The burger had two tomato ends and one solid piece of onion. Do not go at night. The place is very dirty and the assistant manager could care less. read more

I really love this place because the food quality is always pretty good, and you can use their app to save lots of money on your food. It's a little slower than the other fast food in town, but it's worth the wait. Staff is always friendly and bathrooms are usually clean. read more

My husband and I stayed in Crescent City during our vacation a couple weeks ago and stopped by this place to grab a late dinner. It was probably around 10pm. We went through the drive thru and it took forever! We probably waited 30minutes+ as there were a few cars ahead of us. Not a good first experience in that city. read more

Not usually one to care about a fast food chain, but I must say, we were starving when we got to Crescent City and this greasy palace hit the spot! Our car broke down in Brookings, and we were stranded for a while, and needed something NOW. This burger king provided that, and it really was the best bk experience ever. I went in last night and it was great the food was hot and the guys in the back were really nice for how busy it was. I was surprised how fast the food came out since the bigger guy in the the back was training the girl. As a loyal Burger King eater I've notice the food is better at nights since that bigger guy joined the crew. Went in for lunch today. On a budget as usual, ordered a double hamburger with no cheese, small fries, small drink. Burger seemed a little thin when I unwrapped it. Sure enough, there was nothing double about the burger. One thin patty of beef and, oh yeah, there was cheese on it. Talk about skimpy! This was the worst I've ever seen. The staff is nice but the service sucks... 35 minutes in the drive thru is a little crazy and it happens all the time. They are always having problems with their ice cream machine or out of ice cream. Makes me think they just don't want to deal with it. read more

The food is OKAY. Sometime's its just mashed all together, and it looks sloppily made. A few times i tried to pay the $0.23 with coins and pay for the $3 with my card, and the idiot cashier charged my card and kept my change. Are you retarded? We literally were in line for an hour and they still managed to mess order up. I don't think they should charge 40 cents for a single piece of cheese you may not think that's alot but it adds up. Also there's a hair in my burger GROSS. Talk about us calling them. Would not recommend that will be our last time hearing at that very terrible place. If I could give it a zero I would. read more

Very slow drive through. 10m wait just for one person in front of me. Sandwiches were sloppily made. Lettuces were soggy, wilted, a little dirty. Sodas tasted like cheap imitation drinks - coke tasted like a mix of root beer and diet coke and the sprite tasted like lemon water. Fries were mushy. I've had lots of quality whoppers back home. I lived in Crescent City for 10 months and ate here constantly. Why? Because there is very little competition, especially after 9pm. As a traveler I'll say this: Burger King is the slowest of all fast-food chains. With that being said, this is the absolute slowest BK I've come across thus far. Their drive-thru is almost a guaranteed 15+ minute wait. In the fast-food world, this is forever! And don't think you can just park and go inside to avoid the long wait. You'll be waiting in there too. I read a review saying that the kitchen was clean, etc. He must not have looked out into the dining area. Or perhaps they cleaned it up knowing a service provider was coming. The place always looked dirty. The employees appear to have already given up on life and are just there to make enough money to support their vices (if you're from CC, you know what I mean). Overall, it's a Burger King, so you know what the food is gonna taste like. Just don't expect to be out of there quickly. read more

20 minute wait in the drive-thru to service 4 vehicles. I ordered a XL burger, small fries and a small Dr. Pepper. Not quite sure what soda I received, but it is not Dr. Pepper. The XL burger was, well...NOT. They took a Whopper bun, laid the two meat in the middle, overlapping, and then used a knife to trim two edges of the bun to make it appear to be a long bun. read more

yesterday i went through the drive through and it took about 5 min to get to the order board... then i ordered and waited about 15 minutes to get to the window... and when i got to the window they told me ohh sorry what was your order! THEY NEVER EVEN PUT MY ORDER IN!!! then i just left i wasnt going to wait longer than i already have... then today i went to try one more time and they were out of biscuits! i told them just to put it on a different bread ... they told me it was going to cost more.. i said no i waited 15 minutes yesterday and never even got to get my food and if they dont just sub it then im just going to drive through.. he said go ahead and drive through because your not going to get it... when i got to the window i asked for the corporate number (not rudely just simply asked) he said "it is on the front door get it yourself" i said no you can get it and i turned my car off to wait... he went and talked to the supervisor ... i asked to talk to the supervisor and he came back and said "my supervisor said if you dont get out of the drive through she is going to call the cops" i saw someone else i know that works there and asked her for the number and she pointed at it on the DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW! the guy could have told me it was right there... what rude ass people I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN! read more

this burger king is consistantly the slowest fast food restraunt that i have ever been to. they always get the orders wrong and the place is a pig pen-and writing to corporate headquarters doesnt seem to help. on the plus side it sits between highway 101 north and south. read more
