The burgers tend to be meatier than McDonald's, but sometimes they can be mushy. My beef (no pun intended) is that I'm fed up (again, no pun intended) with them lying to me. On four occasions I ordered a Whopper with cheese. On those four occasions I got an "Impossible Whopper", a vegan burger that's crap. Each time my wife didn't want me driving while mad, so I never when back to let them have it (double entendre intended). I can't trust them and you shouldn't either. Welcome to we deserve 20 dollars an hour. Walk In no soda machines napkin or any other items in the lobby except trash cans and tables, then 3 employees, no cashiers navigate their menu and place your own order, BUTTTTT, you have to pay through them, 1 whopper meal, 1 jr whopper meal over 20 dollars. The girl who took our payment at least thanked us. Very thin burgers that don't cover the bun, a big chunk of pale white lettuce in a jr burger, cold mushy fries and the drink tasted terrible weird taste to it. Never again. Okay I'm impressed and I've never been this impressed at a fast food restaurant before. The employees are so kind! I never thought I'd say I'd get my day made at a Burger King but that happened. Ordering was easy and she was so pleasant. The gentleman at the money window gave me a crown for my son because he saw the car seat in my car and he wished me a blessed day. I was impressed w/the Burger King over the others in the area. I can't even go to the BK in Bowie on Laurel Bowie road because they ALWAYS mess up my order. I got an Impossible whopper and it was very good. I got three meals and we all loved our food. The employees seemed to care about giving us good customer service. I stopped in for some fast food on my way home from the Maryland Renaissance Festival - I'm trying to cut most fast food out of my diet - but I was to damn hungry. I've always been a fan of Burger King's fried chicken sandwich, but it's been a long time since I've had a good one - the Burger King in Centreville always screws up the sandwich somehow. Anyway, I ordered the Chicken Club - with cheese and onions added. The sandwich was perfect. The chicken was hot and crisp, the bacon was crisp - not soggy and undercooked and the lettuce, tomatoes and onion were fresh and crisp. The fries were also perfectly done. read more

To the person that said, "Shut it DOWN!!!!!" Unfortunately, I agree with you. I visited this location on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. I ordered a veggie burger combo and there was a BAND-AID in my fries. Thank God my car is in one piece because I was driving to work when I realized that one fry in my grab was damp and saw what it actually was. I had my best friend on my car's Bluetooth and she asked why I screamed. When I told her what it was, we both wanted to vomit. I left my job to handle this. When I returned for a refund, the employees were very nice. However, the wait was extremely long and no manager visited to apologize or get further details on the situation. This makes me think that there is probably very little managerial enforcement. And that is probably why whoever made my meal obviously had on NO GLOVES for a BAND-AID to get in my fries. No one asked how I felt (Are you okay?). And NO, I was NOT okay. I was sick to my stomach to know that I swallowed fries that were in this contaminated, nasty "meal." I contacted corporate and they apologized and said this is not up to their standards. However, they never resolved the matter. I never received one email. However, they did have a manager at this location call to apologize. I got the voicemail, but I did not return the call. I do not want to hear from them because I will NEVER return to this location. This incident scared me from eating fast food for WEEKS. And even now, I barely go. But if I do, I do NOT eat Burger King. Where I may go, I thoroughly check--even after watching my food be made in front of me. read more

I usually avoid this location because years ago I saw a young worker deal with the trash and come right in and take orders! I stopped going to this location about 7 years ago because of that! However, I was in the area and thought, that dirty boy couldn't possibly still work here and perhaps they have been better about their hygiene practices, so why not! Walked in at 630 on a Monday, 3 early twenty's/teens were on their phones by drive through Window. I waited for 5-10 min before anyone noticed, then two girls ran to the back saying the next person would help me. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm sad I had to pay for the meal based on the poor quality food and service for the time I stopped by. One of the young ladies had her mask pulled down as a chin cover with her nose exposed while handling my food. Especially in the middle of a pandemic, I hope a manager speaks to these employees on their poor performance. Will not be coming back any time soon. read more

Have gone through their drive thru twice. Both times the service was very slow (once almost 15 minutes), both times out order was filled incorrectly. The second time we called back once we got home and caught the errors, the manager told us to keep the receipt and bring it on our next visit and we would get our order filled correctly for free (since we got two kids meals vice regular orders -- a difference of almost $10.00). On our next visit we brought the receipt in but the manager refused to honor their offer and correct the error. Bad service with no desire to correct an error that cost I money -- you won't get my business again . read more

Why is it every time I go here there is a problem?! People working inside are rude or like tonight the reason why I'm writing this is they close at 12am I see the people inside, I'm in the Drive-Thru they won't answer me at the Drive-Thru. Drive up to the window and look right at them, my car is quite loud by the way and they won't look at me I called a number and no one answers. A bunch of employees standing around chatting. Employees were arguing to see who would actually do work and make the food. Very unorganized and very unsanitary. People making food were not wearing hair nets. The trash collected outside the establishment was taken through the areas where food is made. Obviously management and supervision is slacking. NEVER GO HERE!! My husband and I just wanted a simple breakfast after an exhausting week. He ordered the pancakes & sausage platter and I the double croissan'wich with sausage & bacon. Sounds simple right? They put his platter in a salad bowl! My sandwich was burnt and missing the bacon that was supposed to be paired with the sausage. Lastly, my hash browns were cold. The only thing that they go right was the sweet tea and my orange juice. From now on we will take the extra drive to Village at Waugh Chapel. The child in back seat knew he wasn't getting fries but tater rounds would do. Since the speaker for the drive through covers most of the menu I just ordered the only thing I could see. The lady on the other end of the speaker seemed to have just lost her puppy and hated me for it. The manager I'm assuming was manning the window since he didn't know what was in bag, didn't give the drink and didn't ask for money after he gave the bag. I asked for a medium but they went ahead and rung up a large. Food was just as good. The tater rounds were salty even for a kid but they put a small round sack in so there wasn't too many. My 'wich seemed to be stacked ala Frank L. W. I did not however have to pull off the road to explode all over the shoulder...so that's a plus.
