The restaurant was empty and kept clean, we ordered the 2 meal set and the cashier asked if we wanted it in large or medium and said medium, so how the cashier said it wasn't accepting the coupon and called for help and after 4 other employees and manger over and told her, because it is not for a medium it is for a large order and everything worked out. The order came out and we started to eat and we noticed the French fries were on the cold side and not crispy, so my wife went up and asked if we could have hot French fries, which they agreed and apologized for the wait to get the hot fries. They all were nice and helpful, it was worth stopping at this Jack in the box in Kaneohe. The only problem was the restrooms had out of service signs and there was no hand sanitizer around and with burger and fries you need to use your hands. Hope they can fix the restroom and put in hand sanitizer with Covid on the rise it would be good for the workers as well as for the customers.

Ok, so reviewing a chain fast food joint is not why I joined Yelp, but the owner of this establishment must be an idiot. The one reason I liked this spot was zero line, ever. Which speaks to the national trend and why burger kings everywhere are dying. With a KFC and a McDonalds across the road this location has the only advantage of being on a corner in the Kailua bound direction and never having any line at all. However, the owner has now decided to alienate 70% of its customer base by posting signs for a gubernatorial candidate with zero chance of getting elected. A candidate who is a probable wife beater and an anti-vaccer/anti-masker. Not somebody I'd want to buy anything from, forget about food. Owners of stores need to realize that supporting controversial candidates have consequences. BJ Penn is a poison pill. Plus, I went their to get the new crispy chicken sandwich and they gave me that horrible pressed patty from 1980, that tasted like it was left over from then. Having two menu items with the SAME name is also stupid. Not as stupid as throwing up a sign backing BJ Penn, but still.. Lost my business forever. They are down to 9 customers now. What chain do we want instead? Popeyes? Chick-fil-A? I give them 14 months at best. read more

These reviews are hilarious. The one time I came here, I swear it was the most meal I ever purchased in my life . The nuggets were stale, cold, and so were the onion rings. I should have asked for a refund and gone to McDonald's that day. It makes me so furious that someone would carelessly hang me a meal in that manner.
