Great food and nice and friendly and always clean and nice I love Buger kings food too

Just went through at 5:28pm and got a number 2 with a sprite. Got to the window, overheard the cashier call another employee a dumass and the read off a Bacon King with a coke. I said, "it's supposed to be a sprite, is that a number 2?" He said, "yes". I'm tired and on my way home but sorry to who ever want the sandwich, it was good. Enjoy the double whopper. read more

This location is kept immaculate, the food, good, and the service by Silvia exceptional. The worker never stopped - even cleaning and wiping down surfaces when she was not actively helping a customer. read more

I don't know i its me or just because I'm black but everytone I get to this b king they always have a new rule exactly for me first time I wont there I hade an electric scooter I brake it have and be patient in the line to wait an minutes before the was some people with the same kind of it inside and they never said anything but when I had they said I need to leave outside or I can't order and guess what I leave it outside and they still it that's one second time I won't there and then I order some items and they tell me I can't comb them or add anything and next day I ge there in a different shifts and they did and also tell me the lady just dont want to take my order and last one sometime the kids just ride they scooter and order at the drive through and today I get there in a bike I get at the window and try to order a fries she looks me from the bottom to the top and tell me I can't order cause I have a bike I only can order if I have a car just Leave cause they not gonna take my orde and I'm tired from all this crap. read more

Silvia the manager is extremely rude!!! And should be FIRED!!! After ordering through the mobile app for delivery (which I will never do again) my order never arrived so I went to this Burger King that I ordered from to pick up my food and when I showed Silvia the manager my receipt, she claimed that her system never received my order that I had to speak to someone on the app then I walked to my my car to try to contact someone which I could not because it's only through Chat I walked back in highly frustrated and crying because I have been waiting for over an hour for my food. I had spoke to another employee that ended up finding my order and then the manager Silvia came to the computer to try to show me that it wasn't there, but then the other employee with just one touch of a button pulled up my order in front of her face and then she proceeded to throw my receipts at me and they claimed that I was supposed to pick it up, which I corrected them and showed them that on the receipt it says delivery and on my app I put it for delivery. She used profanity when speaking to me she lied to my face obviously does not know how to read and does not deserve to be working as a manager the other employee obviously knows more than her. The King is back @ golden gate city An update is necessary here. A major upgrade at this location. I guess they finally felt the need to keep up with the other Fast food places. They have friendly staff. The interior was renovated with high and low tables with booth. I guess the fast food places are trying to make people comfortable instead of making the seats hard and uncomfortable they are now soft to keep the customer longer and possibley buy desert or coffee snacks. before or after lunch. Came here for the angry burger but the special is gone along with Carmel bacon sundae. I wasn't paying attention they had hot brownie chocolate sundae. So I'll need to swing In for that some time soon. Food 4 Ambiance 4 nice improvement. Lighting and furniture. Service 5 fast not rushed. Polite and caring. Ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 fry and 8 PC nuggets with online delivery. Receipt on bag clearly states those items and nuggets were missing. I did not order drinks just make it simple, but obviously this did not work. Only reason I ordered online is because of other personal inconveniences that did not allow me to drive. I've eaten at Burger King many, many times over the years and didn't expect much as it is the same most everywhere. Looking at the reviews, I was worried about this particular location but we were hungry and wanted a veggie burger. The customer service was actually good. Again, based on the reviews I was unsure of what I was going to get. I was hoping to charge my phone while eating, but there was only one outlet in the main lobby and someone was using it. Oh well. My veggie burger and onion rings came and tasted as I expected. Nothing amazing. I always like their onion rings and the burger is okay but because they microwave it, sometimes the end of the burger becomes hard, which was the case here. Overall, the restaurant was clean, staff friendly and burger okay so I'll give them an A-Ok rating. read more

Used to love going to Bk because my grandkids love it. But this last manager that helped me with a pick up my order was so rude and chaotic

Came in to BK on my way to the Tampa/St.Pete area for business. Needed some quick food on the way to my destination and found this BK along my route. I got my usual of a double cheeseburger and some chicken fries. Nothing special, standard BK fare but it tasted good, and the food was hot and it certainly hit the spot. I was in and out of there with my food in about 8 minutes. If you need a quick bite to eat on the way to wherever it is your going...this is a good place to get some fast food. read more

Signed up for the burger King app. I was trying to use one of the deals, 9.99 for 2 whopper meals. It would only let you pay online. Total came up as 18.46. Deleted order, tried again. Still same price. Went inside. After waiting 10 minutes in line ( I was 2nd) I showed the alleged manager the issue. She said there is nothing she can do and I have to call burger King corporate. Really? I'm not going to waste my time at burger King. I don't expect much from them but they really lowered the bar. read more

Would rate 0 stars. Last night I went to Burger King and the woman taking our order was immediately rude. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to be taken. We say "Hello?", for a response of "What can I get you? Like I've said like a million times" from the employee in a super rude tone. We inform her she must've pressed the wrong button because we didn't hear her. We place our order and pull forward. At the window when we go to leave, she shouts "Bye crackers!". I didn't catch her name but she was black, young, and wearing braids & working on the window on the night of April 11th, 2021. Her attitude is completely unacceptable and prejudice. Stopped in quickly for a bite and bathroom while traveling. Bathroom was beyond disgusting! An employee was in the other stall and when she came out I told her to please let the manager know that the other one was beyond disgusting. She then said OK to me and left without washing her hands. I walked right back out and spoke with manager myself who said I'm sure she washed her hands here in the kitchen. Of course, she did not tell him about the disgusting bathroom. Only 2 cars in the parking lots and I was third at the drive thru, we sat there 22 minutes before it was our turn to order, then another 11 minutes until we received our order! Once we did , the order was wrong! Had to walk inside to fix our order ... another 7 minutes! This Burger King is absolutely the worst Burger King I've been too. Staff are rude, don't listen when you ask a question, rushes you all the time. I ordered a double whopper without onions and yet they give me a number one with onions. They always mess up my order. About 95% of the time my order gets screwed over. Don't come here for fast food, it's a straight joke. No matter what time of day you come they can never get an order correct. And the forget the drive thru. There was a guy, I don't know was he Indian or Hispanic. But he made this visit - my best experience yet with Burger King. Extremely friendly! I don't know his name, but he was in a dark blue polo, and I think he was the only one, who was not white. Hope he is not working for 8$/hour. If he would be in Sarasota, would defiantly offer him a job in my company. It's hard to find nice workers these days. Every time I go ... It's the same manager that ALWAYS has an attitude. Not just with me but with ALOT of ppl. Half the cashiers aren't trained right. The hispanic man who is a manager is very rude. He even hung up the phone on me when all I wanted was to know what time they close. He is a bit of a jerk. But the small white lady that is a manager ... She is a sweet heart:) great food.
