We went through the drive-thru and used a paper coupon that we got in one of the mailers for two whopper juniors and two medium fries for $5.99. The staff were very friendly, especially the woman who gave us our food at the drive-through. She had a great smile and a wonderful personality. Our food was hot and delicious. So, saw the commercial for this new burger and it was a must try! Stoped in this location today. Haven't been to burger king in years, but again this new one caught my attention. Didn't disappoint! The American Brewhouse Burger- Sandwich features two flame-grilled beef patties totaling more than 1/2 lb.* of beef, topped with thick-cut bacon, crispy onions, tavern sauce, American cheese & creamy mayonnaise served on a sesame seed bun. Did the combo with a small drink and fries. Less than $10 & bigger/ better than most local brew spots I've tried. Cheaper & better tasting! The King of burgers is doing this one right! Don't know how long this particular burger will be available, so go get yourself one. LOL Only downside (4 instead of 5 Stars) was the employee that was upfront was running the front counter and drive thru at the same time. I can't believe the average yelp review for here is 1.5. That seems high! I drive by here all the time at night and never knew it was open. Barely lit and always looks like it's closed. Even the building is embarrassed. I went for the ChKing sandwich and they were out of chicken. To be fair, things happen so running out chicken was not a big deal. I settled for a whopper with cheese and small onion rings. My gf had whopper junior, no cheese, and small fries. Almost crapped myself when total was $19 ! At least it was cold. Probably shouldn't have. The burger was basic. Not nearly as good as other burger joints like Red Robin or Rocket Burger. Fries were lackluster. Again, much better in places like Red Robin. Shake was mediocre. I felt a bit nauseated later. Reminded me why even with a coupon I shouldn't go to fast food chains. Something about them leaves me feeling unwell. Staff was not rude (unlike what I see in other comments), but they did seem like they didn't want to be there. But, credit where it's due, they were responsive and helpful. I stopped here with the family at around 430pm there was no one in the seated inside. It was filthy, our feet literally stuck to the floor every time we stopped moving. There was trash everywhere. It was gross and the staff literally didn't care. The girl taking the order seemed to have an attitude because she didn't understand what we were saying. "We would like two of the two for six, the first wed like two spicy chicken and the second we would like a spicy chicken and a whopper, no onion or tomato on the whopper"... all of the tables were gross, there was standing water inside the restaurant. We asked if there was a manager and the guy that answered that he was didn't really seem to care and said, "ok I'll have someone clean it" we left immediately. I rarely, seldom ever, pretty much never give a 5 star ratings to an establishment of the fast food nature but I realized the last 2 times that I've checked into this particular Burger King how low the ratings are. as the Duke of this particular location I can say that I've been here more than most. I'm always greeted energetically, I'm never told no for something that I want that's "special" and I've never had any issues with their food. My meal has been right every time and they always go out of their way to make sure I'm happy. I'm a moderately attractive dude so I know they're not trying to impress me because of my awesome looks.
