I have T-Mobile and I received a digital coupon for a complementary Whopper for T-Mobile Tuesday. I placed my order at the drive thru let them know that I had the coupon code, I only have 15 minutes to use the coupon once I claim it and I only have 5 days to use. The manager refused to honor the offer reason she gave was that it wasn't Tuesday, I tried to explain that the offer was good up to 5 days she still wasn't accepting the offer so I Am Done with Burger King the have done the same thing for coupons on the app. Burger King get your act together. read more

Probably the worst experience I've had as a customer. I'm usually always as nice as possible because I know how difficult working at drive thru is but this was something else. Taking our order was fine then we get to the window and wait a bit then get our food. we mentioned before we wanted ranch but as soon as we got our food we waited for the guy to walk up and ask us what else we need because the only issue we had was we needed ranch. we watched him walk around inside, ignoring us and as soon as we drive away he opened the window. really needs work on customer connection read more

Stopped here at 1:45pm. All tables were dirty. Soda machine was out of all diet flavors. They had Coke and Fanta. Catsup container was empty. The Sweet Treats container was empty - no desserts. Floors, soda station and garbage area we're disgusting. If it looks like this in the front, what does the kitchen look like? Also they were not that busy. Needless to say we won't be back. read more

Still the worst BK I've ever been to. I swore I would never go again but here I am giving it another try after months of not going. I hate that it sucks cause it is so close to my house. Only reason I EVER consider it. I must be so tired that I'm delusional to think it will he a good decision. As I don't think I have ever had a pefect order. They either don't get my order right, food is cold, they don't have my first choice, etx. Today, was exceptionally BAD!. I got my diet coke....took a sip no ice and was warm. Ok. I drive away and go for that one in car fry....cold. now to get home and open my chicken sandwhich...cold and hard as a rock. And whats wrong with this bun? It doesnt taste right. Oh cause they cut a whopper bun on the shape of the chicken sandwhich. Must be out of buns. Seriously, this place needs to just shut down so when I'm tired it isn't an option. If I could give negative stars I would. I tried calling to complain, but no one answers so I guess I'll resort to Yelp. I ordered chicken nugget combo, small with iced tea. Upon trying it, it's disgusting. I got home & removed the lid from the cup, the "tea" is a milky brown color. This indicates that tea is super old, & I mean days. The nuggets were also old, cold, and unpleasant. It will be my last Burger King experience ever. read more

Me and my friends went through the drive through and when we were ordering my friend decided to change her order and the woman who was taking our order was very rude about it and implied that we were dumb. When we came to the window she was talking down to us and even said "have you never been in a drive thru before?" with a very snarky tone. If could give it zero stars I would . Our order totaled to 27 dollars which was ok we know what we ordered added up but the nuggets and chicken fries we got tasted awful , like old oil was used . The two rodeo stackers we got did not have bbq sauce we had to add it ourselves . And to top it off the place was dirty . Trash on the floor . I used to enjoy coming to this location as the staff was always friendly and my order was always made correctly. I'm not sure what's going on over the last few months, but the last three times I was here, my order was made wrong. Yesterday, I went though the drive-thru ordering a whopper with cheese, no pickles, onions or mayo (not that complicated, right?). I decided to check my order before I left the drive-thru window this time so I didn't get all the way home to be stuck with a burger made incorrectly yet again. The first whopper I received yesterday didn't have cheese, so I explained I asked for cheese when I ordered. The gentleman gave me a new whopper, the one had cheese, but also had everything I originally asked to be excluded, so I explained AGAIN how I ordered it. The third whopper I was provided didn't have tomatoes and was very sloppy...lettuce was all over the wrapper instead of on the burger. The FOURTH whopper I received was finally correct. I'm sure the line of cars behind me were all as thrilled as I was for the delay. I also didn't receive my receipt, which i can only assume was intentional, but filed a complaint on the website anyway. I never received an apology from either of the workers, which should have been the first thing that happened. If this wasn't the third time this happened in a row, I would have chalked it up to a simple mistake. Please train your employees to pay attention to detail and teach them basic customer service skills. I'm very disappointed in this location. read more

It's been a longtime since I ate Burger King. I was browsing through door dash when I saw a photo of a glorious looking breakfast croissant sandwich at Burger King. Now I know the pictures always look better than the food so I wasn't expecting an amazing sandwich but the monstrosity that arrived upon my doorstep was not even what could be considered as food. It looked as if it was run over by a vehicle's tire. I braved through and took a bite. My mind raced to place the taste. I've traveled and eaten all over the world, tacos el grillo in Mexico, Frog Eggs in Asia, horse meat in the Yucatán but nothing was familiar. I didn't even know you could have something dry and slimy at the same time but they did it! It had a rancid smell like the bacon grease container my grandmother had on her counter in the 1970's. The croissant stuck to the roof of my mouth like peanut butter. Truly the most disgusting single bite of what might be called food I've ever had the displeasure of sliding down my gullet. read more

My family and I have been coming to this Burger King for a long time now, and We've never had bad encounters until recently. We were in the drive-thru when my sister asked the very polite employee to throw an empty cup away for her. Then, a manager with short hair and glasses starts yelling at us for asking to throw trash away. She was very rude and has been unpleasant every time we go there. It was very unprofessional. It made my sister, myself, and the employee very uncomfortable. We understand if that's a policy, but the way she addressed us was out of line. read more

I just moved to Gilbert and have gone to this location a number of times. Why you ask? Is the only fast drive thru place I can find open within a couple miles of my house. So just from pure convenience and definitely not on quality of food and even more not on quality service. This is by far the worst Burger King location I've been to. Everytime something is bad. The first few times I've gone there, I would keep getting cold fries and learned to order their satisfries as they would have to make those as they weren't popular. Well that led to BK getting rid of them. I've gone a couple times to order ice cream and told the machine isn't working. The staff is never friendly and the wait is always longer than it should be for BK and when they are never busy. I have sat at the speaker for awkward periods of time waitng fir someone to take my order. When I pull up to the window I feel no energy from the employees and their faces express they could care less about the customers or their job. I don't mind waiting as I think I'm getting fresh food, but never seems to be the case. Even tried Breakfast once and the biscuits were crunchy and the hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old oil and just like the fries weren't hot. Last week I have them one more chance (again out of convenience and being late and I was tired). I pulled up and was very rudely told they weren't serving burgers or fries due to their grill catching on fire. I get stuff happens, but why do you have to tell me in such a rude tone and why are you open if there was a fire and can't serve your 2 main items?? As I pulled away I questioned why they couldn't serve fries if the grill caught on fire. You don't grill fries?? I've given this location way too many chances and I'm done. I will drive a few more miles and keep hoping more options open up in the neighborhood. I don't put high expectations on the big chain restaurants, so the fact I'm taking the time to write this review on such a place should tell you how bad it is. Trust me, go to McDonalds a few miles north on Power. It will be worth the extra time as you will just be waiting the same time for cold food and cold service. read more
