I used the BK app today for the first time to order food. It worked great. I had two burgers, one was customized. Both burgers were made as requested. The BK app allows you to pick up your food immediately (5 to 7 minutes) or list a specific time. I selected immediately and my food had just been completed when I arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes after ordering. I definitely will be using the BK app when placing orders in the future. read more

This one is extra special! The burgers here taste just like when I was a kid 35 years ago and no where else!!!! The service was great. and they were extremely patient with my out of control mother who is very indecisive and demanding...Honestly I felt horrible but they knew exactly how to handle the situation lol They even waited on us to prepare our to go order for the rest of the family back in Sonoma. Honestly, no other burger compares to Burger King burgers. They're just in a category of their own. And this Burger King is the best place to get one. My family and I love coming here. They're probably the last affordable fast-food restaurant (Feeding a family of 3 only costs about $24). The are-and I can not emphasize this enough- LIGHTENING FAST. You get your food in (no exaggeration) 2 minutes TOPS. Oh and they never mess up your order! We love all the workers because they're all great but Manny (the manager) is awesome!! He is always on top of everything and makes you feel like family when you come in. We absolutely love coming here and are so grateful to live so close. Keep up the great work you guys!! Very unhappy. they were promoting Spider-Man specials all over their restaurant and order their special burger related to Spider-Man for my 5 year old and we got it and nothing had Spider-Man at all and the bun wasn't red either. Don't do the drive-thru!! Apparently they expect you to know the menu the instant you pull up to the drive-thru. The people, and I mean multiple people, taking orders didn't have the patience to answer a couple questions. I gave my order correctly to three people that seemed angry that I was taking up their time and talking over me as I was ordering. Drove up for a two-cheeseburger meal, complete with a Diet Coke (watching my figure). It took a few minutes for the crew to pass it out to me, but boy was it worth the wait. Both burgers were generously pickled out, and the patties were fresh off of the grill; a rarity these days. The buns, eh, a little bit squarshed, but warm and not lacking in sesame seeds. The cheese? Perfectly melted. The fries were warm, crispy on the outside, fluffy within, and not too salty. As for the Diet Coke, it tasted just as it should. I have no complaints; friendly, straightforward staff and a reasonable wait time. No wonder my grandmother always used to bring us to this BK as kids, they just do it right. Burger King opens up in a space long vacated by a pet food store. they took only 1/2 the available retail space. the decor is quite moden but small. no specials of any kind to commerate the grand opening flatscreen: news samplings: -solf serve cone (.89 cents) on the small side. it looked and tasted initially like the soft serve one can get at foster's freeze. the texture is the same, the flavoring is very sweet, bk's soft serve lacked body. the finish had an aftertaste. ff's frosty has a clean finish to it. -ok, but not as good as foster's soft serve toppings: -regular bk menu -staffed by latinas -drive thru available -so far, parking is available -specials at mcdonald's at end of same shopping comples.: burgers, 39 cents read more

The Restaurant Manager, Mayra, is a fantastic lady. Her restaurant is cleaner than any restaurant I've ever eaten in, bar none...and I'm not just talking Fast Food. She and her District Manager have on many occasions helped local schools by providing food for their successful fundraisers. When a person orders a chocolate shake, they expect it to taste like chocolate. The one I ordered today, August 4, 2019 at around 10 p.m., did not taste like chocolate. The guys who work at this Burger King do not know how to make a shake, they did not add enough chocolate, they did how ever add enough vanilla; but, that is not what I ordered. I start work at 6:30 when I looked it up it said they opened at 6. I got there at 6:10 and it was not open, when I drove up to the window. Ok I gotta give a shout-out to this BK. My step-son likes to eat here and put me on to their deals which he gets through the BK app. I don't eat here but I spent plenty of time coming here and going through the drive-thru ordering for him and on occasions my other kids. I have to say, this location compared to the other BKs in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol and Petaluma, is the absolute best. The restaurant space is the cleanest, including the bathroom. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient. I've seen the same people working here for a year now. I can only assume that they must enjoy working here and that they're actually treated right by their employer. Their positive and upbeat demeanor each time I go leads me to believe that. Otherwise, I'd get the same crappy service I get at other locations. I can't give five stars because I don't eat here, so I cannot judge them on the food, except from what I see my stepson eat. He seems pretty happy with it, but he's a teenager so his opinion isn't trustworthy. read more

Had a burger there with my boy today, we went inside because I don't like the drive threw set up at this location . Late nights they close before posted closing time. The mgr re frys the cold frys which makes them taste terrible and too crunchy. Most of the staff is lazy and half- asses as much as they can do. Mc donalds in same parking lot sucks but is a little better. Keep it up burger king and i will yelp everytime i get a bad experience. Fast food shouldnt be this hard to get right. read more

BK APP Order last night 12/13/19. I ordered at 11:06 pm because online and on their app it says that they close at 12am on Friday nights. I got there at about 11:20 pm and all the lights were off. I pulled up to the drive thru and knocked on the window, some guy gives me the slashing neck gesture to tell me they are closed. I ask for the manager and the person in charge came to the window. He tells me "sorry were closed" I tell him that I placed an app order and tell him that online and the app it says they are open until 12am. He just points to the business hours on the drive thru window. I told him that they need to fix that and then asked him how to go about getting a refund for the money I spent. He then wants to argue with me and tell me that I was not charged and didnt pay since they closed out the registers and turned off the POS system. I assured him that I paid and he told me that I wasnt charged. I asked him how he would know if I was charged or not. His reply is that if I would have been charged the order would have came thru to his POS system. At this point I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone or something. So I said to him "if you closed out the register and turned off the POS system how would you know that my order didn't or did go through? He just looked at me like I was trying to rob the place. He said he left a note for the manager to call me in the morning. Well that never happened. I called all morning and afternoon and the phone just rings. Spent over an hour on the phone getting a refund processed and was told that I will have a possible refund within 3 to 5 business days. lol Anyhow the food is always cold. I challenge anyone to go to this location and order a burger with cheese anytime day or night. The burger will never be warm or hot enough to melt the cheese even a little. read more
