I came for a doordash order and waited from 12:00 to 12:30 (keep in mind they closed at 12:30 so I waited 30 minutes prior to closing) and they took smoke breaks and said "our kitchen is closed we can't help you" after I waited 30 minutes prior to their closing. They never came out saying "hey we're having issues and have to close early", they just ignored. I also came for 2 doordash orders around 11pm and also waited 20 minutes because they ignored me. When we first came, I hesitated at the drive thru for a little, and the person who was taking our order was VERY rude and inpatient. When we got to the 2nd window as she told us to go to, we asked for the guy in the window to check for 2 onion rings, he said yes, after which I had to use the bathroom. When we got back to our resort, we found we only had one. Whilst I was in the bathroom the toilet came clogged, I unclogged it, used the bathroom where it backed up again, to which I had to unclog it again, then when I exit the stall, I find the drain had backed up and had "Bad Water" coming out of it. The lady that took my order was great. However when I got my meal the Chrispy chicken sandwich was not Chrispy and tasted like it was in the microwave to long. The chicken was hard to chew. Every single offer in the app says it isn't supported by the store. When I asked for help to work understand why I didn't work I was just talked in circles with 0 satisfaction. POSITIVE: friendly service, decently edible food.. a whopper still somehow tastes uniquely like a whopper... NEGATIVE: Apparently the staff does not see the dirt, or does not care. The mens room sink is just dirty... I'm talking old stained-on dirt, not "someone just made a mess" dirt. And the faucet doesn't fit the sink, so you can't wash your hands without hitting the dirty sink. Leaving the rest room, the door handle is just gross... again, obviously, it just doesn't get cleaned. OK, I can kick the door open. Don't look at the push-buttons on the "serve yourself" soda machine... they're disgusting. I spilled soda all over my hand because I was trying to fill my cup somehow without actually touching the button. NEXT TO LAST GRIPE: yes, they have live plants, well... most of them are alive... but the two hanging baskets where we sat were dead or dying. FINAL GRIPE: we can refill our sodas ourselves as many times as we want, but you don't trust us with napkins??? There are no napkin dispensers in the public part of the restaurant, as the lady explained to me, "you get them with your food." We explained we wanted some to wipe off the dirty table where we wanted to sit, BEFORE we got our food... we were graciously granted a few napkins in advance. POSTLUDE: my friend didn't chew his burger well enough, so we sat through a few tense minutes while his overly large mouthfull was stuck somewhere in his throat (below his windpipe, luckily.) It finally went down, so we did not have to call 911. I asked him to please start nibbling on things like a mouse instead of taking giant-sized bites. Said I would never go back to this Burger King after my first visit... gave it another shot based on convenience but our attempted visit was anything but that. We approached the unlit and dark drive up at 8 pm on a Friday night. The doors to get in were locked. The car in front of us at the drive thru waited several minutes before someone finally acknowledged them. After they placed their order I pulled ahead and waited 4 to 5 minutes and no one ever answered, so I proceeded to leave. The girl was able to quickly tell me the difference between tender grill and chicken whopper and after this distraction didn't ask again if I wanted a meal, I didn't. This tender grilled chicken filet sandwich was perfectly cooked, splintering apart like my finest slow roasted Bell@Evans whole roasted chicken and it even tasted similar! This was 3 times better than any previous fried or grilled chicken sandwich ever.
