This place is always randomly closed! The food is always gross even when they are open and I am never going here again

This franchise owner should be very disappointed. I'm here at 12:30pm.... lunch... you know, it happens EVERY DAY and the are the slowest working bunch with NO system. They've helped 4 people and I've been here 20 minutes. The ketchup area is also not stocked. This literally happens every day. You should be ready with a "fast food" chain. read more

I will NEVER go to this BK again. Service was horrible, mixed up my order not once but twice. The counter person was more interested in talking to a friend than getting my order. And 3 times he got into a argument with a co-worker and I heard the F bomb twice as well as other profanity. I really like Burger King food but not enough to tolerate the unprofessionalism of their conduct. The only good thing i can say was there was a woman who was trying to restore order to this chaos. Sat in Drive through for close to 40 minutes, mind you there was no way to get out of the drive through (single lane with curbs, person in front and behind), got to the speaker decided I had been there so long, may as well get my burger, got to the window and was not apologized too for the wait, and was given attitude, so I said I will pay when the burger comes, basically got chewed out, so I left. Asked for crispy chicken he said we don't have that anymore, the only chicken they had was original sandwich, so ordered a Whopper which I didn't really want, then asked for diet coke, he said we are all out of diet coke and this was at noon time. I came here for the first time in almost a year they used to mess up on the food all the time. Last time I came my boyfriend who is highly allergic to onions ordered a burger no onion we had to go through the drive through twice because the dining room was closed. It would have been ok but the girl who took the order yelled at us and treated us so bad. I called corporate but nothing came of it. I was hungry So I gave it a go because new workers and everything well we waited in line 20min which I don't care much about the problem I had though was the lady who handed us the food gave us a gigantic eye roll when we said thank you. Went thru drive up no receipt. Tried to go in doors locked knocked no one came called no answer. 2 other people came up tried doors said do you think they are being robbed? I went back thru line said needed receipt, and asked if all OK are you being robbed. He said do u think I'd be talking to you. Then called me an idiot. I called police. waited in line for 30 minutes because you can't exit the drive through once you're in it. then they got my order wrong. doors are locked so you can't go inside, no one answers the phone. so the only way to fix my order was to get back in line again. wouldn't recommend. read more

Hey, I get it, it's Burger King. My expectations aren't exactly stratospheric. But I swear, this is the worst BK for a loooong ways. The dining room is usually locked so it is drive thru only. But the line at the drive thru is long, the service surly, and they seem to make your order up of stuff lying around so it is stone cold. This was our second time going to this restaurant and both times the person taking the order was a complete bitch. Zero out of five stars. Doesn't matter about grumpy staff, this place is filthy. Standing water by the grill, fries and what not all over the floor. No soda choices, machine broken. No ice, machine broken. The two sodas you could get, completely watered down. No ketchup, 12 years of old ketchup clogging it up, garbage all over the napkin/straw area. The bathrooms were disgusting. Need to get more Organized on the Soda machine, It's Summer, need to keep it stocked up! very little choices to choose from. we asked for No salt on our fries and got salt anyways. Our burgers were Not Hot! A suggestion, Hire a Maintenance person, cleaning Tables, sweeping and mopping floors, doing windows, etc! Filling up the soda machine! On a recent slow night we waited fifteen minutes for our order of four burgers and fries. I don't know what the problem was in the kitchen - they had half a dozen people stumbling around behind the counter, but no food seemed to come out. Every minute or so someone would run a bag out to a drive-thru customer. Ketchup was empty. No salt or pepper. Bucket of dirty water and a cleaning rag resting on the counter next to the drink machine. The dining room was relatively clean - hard not to be when you have no customers. Wouldn't it be interesting if a restaurant developed a streamlined system for preparing and serving food in less than a minute? We could call it FAST FOOD. It would make millions! read more

Almost every time I go there in the morning the door is locked and on the off chance it's open the staff is extremely rude, with exceptionally slow service.Tried going to drive up window and the workers were looking at me through the glass and one of them actually turned his back to me while being on the phone. After a solid three or four minutes I knocked on the window the employee told me that he was on the phone with his boss. I think the boss needs to be there. Went in to order was greeted by a grumpy and unfriendly cashier.Ordered our food looked for a table and literally every empty table was filthy there was only 7 customers at 2 tables in the building and they were already eating. When we asked if someone could clean a table all we received was a snappy we were just out there? We were handed our tray of food and with still no place to sit once again asked if someone would clean a table please. They then snapped back we were preparing your food and we were really busy, huh what 7 customers? We cleaned a table ourselves and sat down. They then came out and slammed a chair down behind us and semi cleaned a few tables. Some more customers came in and cleaned a table themselves so they could sit down. The food well, I ordered 2 of the XL double jalapeno burgers, what a disappointment one burger patty was cold and dry the cheese un-melted and very few condiments, the other burger was hot but what a mess. after what we experienced we would never go back and with all of the choices I am afraid I will never go back to this Burger King or any Burger King in the future. Sorry Burger King you need to be more selective on franchise owners or maybe with your billions of dollars hire a few people to make surprise visits and inspections. read more
