I, like another reviewer, was not willing to fight for lunch at McDonald's... and so I travelled up the road to Burger King. I haven't been to a BK in years and have heard several quips about their "new and updated menu." I got a Whopper Jr. meal (no update there). Their fries are good, more satisfying than other fast food restaurants-- "now with sea salt"-- as if that makes them more appealing. The Whopper Jr. itself is just... meh.. I'm sorry, I don't do mayo. I do appreciate the fresh (?) veggies on top though. Soda seems syrupy here to me. If McDonald's is busy, head here. They DO have a nice outdoor patio, though. And Iike their workers' uniforms better. Does that count?? read more

The staff especially the assistant manager is super rude and doesn't care if anyone is listening to him complain about paying customers. They serve food that isn't fresh. I love Burger King but will try to stay away from this location read more

Just a quick stop for a burger, it was made as I requested completely, temperature was good. Dining area needs to be cleaned much more often by the staff, not the customers. Floors need sweeping too. My table was not clean so I wiped it off. read more

Every time we're passing to or from Phoenix to Nevada we stop and every time they're rude and mess up orders, don't request anything different then how it comes because their sign and commercials say " have it your way" however they claim they're private owned so that doesn't apply, I have allergies to certain things like sesame seed, so naturally I ask for a potato bun instead of the original whopper bun on my Impossible whopper like I do at any Burger King and this is the only one I've been told they cannot do it!?! Why? They had at least 7 vehicles in the lot that had orders messed up a lady and child that were visibly upset, had been waiting 30 minutes for a remake of their order! The cooks and cashier have their face masks under their chin, which is not acceptable!! I would not recommend going here you are better off at Taco Bell next door, clearly they don't care for their job or the customers! They will be taken off the " go to " list from here on! read more

This is kind of my Go To, Road Trip stop when driving from Phoenix (area) to Laughlin or Vegas, which I do a few times a year. Burger King's are all about the same, just some are in lousy neighborhoods compared to others. But the usual 2 Whoppers for six bucks deal usually does me right, and once again, it fit the bill. Employees are a bit nicer here than other BK's, and maybe that's just the small town atmosphere of Wickenburg. read more

My go-to fast food. Left drive-thru line, along with 3 other cars, to dine-in. Line just wasn't moving! Newbie cashier was left on her own, yet managed to greet EVERY customer kindly. Manager was rude to staff and not helpful to Farrah, the newbie, just slamming buttons on the register, instead of teaching her how to do it. My Whopper was ice cold. I returned it and heard that rude Manager state, "I just made that!" No apology, just more of her yelling at staff. The kind other worker apologized and I got my hot sandwich. At several points, the manager stopped cooking in the kitchen altogether. A customer came in after a 20 minute wait in the car, with the incorrect order. The manager was her usual rude self! What she should have done is comp the meal and/or given free coupons and profusely apologized. Nope, didn't happen! We're going to another restaurant next time we're local!!! read more

16 minutes and counting for 3 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. Dine in. We waited at the counter for 4 minutes before yelling at them to come out and take our order. The family in front of us were just served cold food that they took back and are still waiting for replacements. Iced tea tastes like dirty water its so weak. The floor in the dining room has food all over it. Bathrooms have no paper towels. Food ready finally at 20 minutes. It's barely warm and rubbery like it's been in a warmer pan all day. Go ANYWHERE else but here. To top it off, one of the employees wanted to get smart and tell us 'luke warm is better than freezing". Disgusting Burger King. No wonder its been years since we've been here. We weren't missing anything! read more

I just got home from ordering takeout at Burger King. If I could given this less than one star I would but it doesn't allow me to. First the diet soda tasted like it was half of the syrup it should be. Second the fries were cold even though they directed us from the drive-through to a space to wait for our food. It took about seven or eight minutes to get the food. When we got home I had ordered an original chicken sandwich it turned out to be a fiery chicken sandwich. It tasted disgusting I almost vomited. My husband's whopper looked like a patty of processed dirt. There was nothing even resembling hamburger in that sandwich. I called the manager it took me 10 minutes to get through as the phone rang and rang and I called back three times. When she finally answered she was rushed and had an attitude. I nicely explained to her what happened but stating how upset I was at having neither my husband and I being able to eat our planned dinner. I demanded that at some point over the weekend when I'm in the area that I would stop by and get my money back. I was never given a receipt and explained to her who I spoke with and that he would remember me because we had a specific conversation. She said ma'am you can't get your money back without receipt. Since she had an attitude and was not going to give me any type of resolution I told her I would be placing a review on yelp. I live in the town in which this Burger King is located. I plan to tell every single person that I know not to go there not that it will probably make a difference but I can tell you this was the worst takeout experience I've ever had. The Burger King store in Wickenburg is an on-going disappointment. We stopped in early December, hoping things had changed for the better. Sadly, they have not: cold burgers, stale buns, skimpy fries, and the shake machine was down. Again. I recommend you choose a different fast food place. One star is to much even ! This burger king is one of the most dirty, disgusting fast food restaurants I have ever been in. I am 50 years old. After contacting there corporate office in Florida, and telling them about how dirty the place is, they send me a form email, offering me a free Whopper, with no apology at all ! I would never go to another Burger King again, ever ! My suggestion to any of you reading this on the road, pass this place by, if you do not want to get sick. The place smells as you walk in, like a old mop, sour and mildew . The soda fountain area, is disgusting, trash all over it, and food, the drain stinks, and is black with crud. The floors were covered with old food, carpet was even more noticeably dirty. Ice bucket on the floor, ice scoops, on dirty top of ice maker. Drive through person handling money and food without hand washing. Flies every were ! Dirty restrooms ! Manger that is about 18 years old if that. Not much to say about BK. I enjoy a few things here, but mostly because it's cheap. The BK stacker is small, but good. I like how they serve it HOT with melted cheese on it. Probably need to order 2-3 of them to get full, but it's tasty and inexpensive. I also like coming here for the cheap sundaes although they have a bacon sundae which just sounds terrible and I wouldn't try it unless it was free. You get what you would expect from this BK, nothing to great, but it's quick and cheap. read more

I have been at the new Burger King, recently New building, and have ordered a hamburger the way I like it. Every time the burger was not as ordered. People as for their order to be a certain way because that is the way they like it. You can make a new image by putting up a new building, but if the service is not good, it defeats the reason for the cost of the new image. I will give them one more try and if the same thing happens, I will never go back. read more

What a great surprise I haven't been to this Burger King since the new opening. Very beautiful and sleek. Service was exceptional and friendly. Previously I didn't like coming here due to the dirty and ugliness of the property. Now - all I gotta say is wow. My travels to Las Vegas will be better now that I found a new place to stop. Its Burger King.. I was in the area for work and stopped here on the way out of town.. I'm not a big fast food guy in general, but when on the road, I'm usually not all that motivated to look for better places. Anyway.. the food is Burger King food - its the same everywhere.. and what you'd expect. My complaint here was that they had a sign on the door for free Wi-Fi.. so I went back to my car to get my laptop. Got my food, sat down.. no Wi-Fi whatsoever. Then again.. its Burger King.. Its not like I went there for the free Wi-Fi.. Eh.. shouldn't eat fast food like that anyway.. But for a Burger King, I guess its fine. read more
