This place is nestled in the doco upstairs next to the movie theater they have different options of burgers fries and chicken sandwiches and some vegan options as well. They have a spacious dining area it was well lit, the service was fast, you just order from the kiosk at the front. I ordered a mushroom burger and fries along with a drink, the mushroom burger wasn't bad Ive had better, and the fries were not any better the teas were kinda weird but i mixed two different teas together and it tasted a lot better. This place wasn't bad i say try it maybe what you order might be better.

Stopped by here before watching an NBA game. As expected, the place was fairly packed with only a few seats available. Fortunately, everyone was trying to rush and get something to eat before heading to the Golden 1 Center. The place was clean despite all the foot traffic - the workers were very busy cleaning and tending to patrons which I appreciated. We both got bacon Bleu burgers and one order of fries + beers. After ordering, we got our orders within 10 minutes. Fast! And very delicious! I rarely go to the burger lounge but after this experience, I'm officially adding it to my list of options when I see any within my vicinity. Thanks!

My family and I stopped here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon (post Christmas). It was fairly quiet, we entered and ordered our food on the kiosk. The table we sat at was a little dirty, and I asked an employee to please wipe it down and she was very kind and promptly cleaned it for us. The food arrived fairly quickly. I ordered my burger with a gluten free bun, and I was pleasantly surprised with how fluffy the bread was and how well it held up. The fries were perfectly salty, for my taste. I will say it was a bit on the pricy side, about $90 for 4 burgers, drinks, and one order of fries and one order of fries. But maybe with inflation this is the new norm? Overall, I like the fact that these are grass fed burgers, and they have options like gluten free buns, and vegan cheese.

I was in the area and wanted a quick meal. Their sign outside promoting their $6 Turkey Lounge Burger, $7 Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and $8 Western Bacon Burger piqued my interest. Indubitably, I had to order all 3 on the kiosk by the counter. Given the place was nearly empty, I'my burgers arrived relatively quickly one after another. And in the order in which they arrived, I gobbled them up one after another.. Overall, they all tasted decent -- I'd say the Western Bacon is my favorite. Not something I'd crave, and definitely not at it's regular price.

Impossible Lounge Burger with vegan cheddar and no BL1000 sauce (vegan)

I don't DoorDash often, but sometimes your coworkers are putting in an order and the craving for a burger strikes. If the rare staff order is for Burger Lounge then I'm jumping on it. The Impossible Lounge Burger with vegan cheddar (minus the BL 1000 dressing) and carmelized onions is junk food deliciousness. Their fries are good too - thick cut, crispy, and not overly salted. The BBQ sauce is also vegan so of course I'm getting some. The bun is also quality, and does't crumble like a lot of them do. They used to have more vegan burger options (RIP Flora & Fauna burger) and a vegan BL1000 sauce option used to be available. Bummer. Without those options this has dropped to a once in a blue moon kind of splurge when I crave a basic burger.

Burger Lounge!!! I LOVE this place!! One of my favorites!!! Burger Lounge is located in DOCO (Downtown Commons) in-between 4th and 5th, and K and J. It's on the second floor, by the Panda Express and across from the old Macy's (RIP). FYI- I would NOT come to Burger Lounge before a Kings game as the place gets absolutely mobbed! But any other time/ day is perfect! Just be aware of lunch rushes during weekdays. Burger Lounge is a GO TO for myself and a former coworker I'm good friends with. Reasonably priced, FRESH, great service, clean... How could you go wrong?? Burger Lounge offers something for everyone. They have hamburgers, turkey burgers, veggie burgers, a wide variety of sodas, milk shakes, and more! When entering one can order thru a staff-member or a tablet. If you do order via tablet, be sure to enter the correct table number into the prompt and bring that number with you! My go to order is their Lounge Burger with jalapeños and "half-and-half" french fries and onion rings. The burger meat is ALWAYS incredibly juicy and fresh tasting! As are the fries and onion rings! (Without being too greasy). Their food is extremely picturesque! Each burger is prepared out using incredible presentation skills. As are the "half-and-half" onion rings which come out in white wrapping paper. It's "old school" looking, reminding me of how Johnny Rockets would present their fries in the 90s (some nostalgia never hurt anybody)! What's huge is their ranch is included at NO additional cost! No need to pay extra like we do at other places, which I absolutely love. I strongly believe that being cheap is immoral. And there's NO nickel-and-diming here!! At Burger Lounge, for $17 (in 2025 America) I can get a hefty, delicious, fresh tasting burger, fries and onion rings that aren't too greasy and don't taste processed, and ranch (lol). All while at a fast/ casual establishment surrounded by other restaurants, shopping, and Golden One Center (home to the best basketball team in Northern California). And as mentioned before, staff are always incredibly helpful and Burger Lounge is always very clean! And you have the option to eat indoors or outside! In conclusion, I HIGHLY recommend the Burger Lounge within DOCO in Downtown Sacramento! For dine-in or takeout. A+++++

My wife and I wanted to go to Yard House for happy hour before the Kings game. It was New Year's Day. It was packed, so we decided to try Burger Lounge upstairs. I got the truffle mushroom burger and we shared the half and half onion rings and fries. The burger was good, but the meat was a bit bland. It was fresh meat, but I felt like it could have used more seasoning. I really liked the fries and onion rings. The fries were hot and the onions were nice and thick. The soda machine has craft, real sugar, soda. Servers were nice, but you can also order from the screen. I feel like it's not a burger I would crave, but I would go back to if I'm in the area.

My first visit to Burger Lounge in DOCO and am very pleased. I ordered the California Lounge Burger, with bacon and avocado, that was not only tall, but very juicy. It was excellent. My granddaughter had the cheeseburger child's meal that came with fries, drink and ice cream. Burger Lounge is upstairs on the west end of the mall.

First tried this place with my dad after seeing a movie Nextdoor. We ordered the truffle burger and fry/onion ring combo. The burger was so good I got one to go for my wife, and since she and I have come back each time we are in the area. My kids love the onion rings and the kid meal cheeseburger. They've got a good selection of drinks, my favorite being the unsweetened ice tea or the milk shake if wanting something sweet! The staff has always been friendly, they offer a self order service that I've used but I prefer having someone take the order "the old fashioned way" which they also offer. The seating is both indoor and outdoor for options, with often sports on the TV inside and a busier setting outside with it being at the DOCO. Note - they have a kids eat free Tuesday. We haven't gone on Tuesday yet, but photo attached. Big fan, will be coming back.

Decided to try this place out after hearing about it from coworkers. Came here during my lunch break from work and met up with a friend. We initially wanted to eat somewhere that had rice bowls, but then came across this place and came here instead. The menu had a good variety of choices from burgers to chicken sandwiches. The interior itself was very clean and the service was quick with the self-serve ordering kiosks. I ordered the Classic burger and my friend ordered the Bacon Bleu burger. We were both extremely satisfied with our burgers and fries and especially loved the fact that they were grass-fed burgers! I can see why my coworkers would say that if they can't think of any other place to eat at for lunch, they always opt for burger lounge!

We came here to eat before a Kings preseason game. Service was great and staff were super kind. We got the truffle mushroom Swiss burger (subbed vegan cheese for Swiss) and Lounge burger. Both burgers were great as the bread was soft and meat was juicy, but they were a bit salty. We also ordered a regular half and half (onion rings and fries) and my god, these were the saltiest sides I've ever had in my life. It literally tasted like I was licking a salt lick and they had doused them both in table salt. The texture of both were great but it was so difficult to eat the fries and onion rings. Drenching them in ketchup helped a bit but beware, or ask for no salt on these if you do order them. I'd still come back as I do typically enjoy their food, but will be wary of the sides next time.

Stopped in midtown midday Monday to take advantage of the limited time, Truffle Mushroom Swiss for $11.17. Sacramento, K st location is my all time favorite! The hiring managers are always on point , because they always have a great crew! Window seat, sun shining great upbeat music! TV close caption on. Great crew synergy! The new truffle is perfect! First bite... love the soft sesame bun perfect amount of cheese. The arugula and mushrooms are a nice blend. I like it!

Five dollar lunch menu on weekdays and it's served until 5:00 pm. The Classic burger is only five bucks during that time. It's a charbroiled beef patty with melted Swiss, onions, sliced pickles, and ketchup. The Turkey burger is also affordable at $11.95. Turkey meat can be dry. (Think: Jenni-O bacon.) But this Turkey Patty was surprisingly juicy. They have their brand name soft drinks, such as the Shirley Temple pink soda. Free refills. The restrooms are gender neutral.

The fries were actually pretty good, an above average standard French fry with salt. The burger however was phenomenal. There was an amazing crust on the outside reminiscent of a backyard bbq. There was ample bacon, lettuce, cheese and sauce to make it a balanced bite. The bun was high end brioche style, they really went all out on quality of ingredients. That will be fun to hang out and eat your burger and fries in there, especially if A/C is provided. The cute patio is also open to leashed dogs that are well behaved. I love that they offer combos with a shake or a fountain drink. You'll find burgers, shakes, fries, chili, and hot dogs. The menu is very reasonably priced too. I got a single Lucky burger combo with a large banana peanut butter chocolate shake (you can mix flavors), upgraded to chili cheese fries, and also ordered a separate fountain drink. The cashier was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Service 10/10. Given a buzzer and found a table inside. Food came up in about 5 minutes.
