Not only is the food great but the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue once with a misjudgment on my part and the manager quickly resolved it. Even though I was wrong she ended up giving us a gift. True customer service along with great burgers! The food is pricey but worth it. Amazing akaushi beef, grilled chicken is awesome, and the hot dogs are are great too! Would recommend to anyone. read more

Ordered online and they really screwed everything up. Mine was way over cooked and my wife's was under cooked. They forgot the chili for the fries even after I double checked and they assured me it was in the bag. Skip the cheese sauce because it's more like chipotle sauce. I have dined here many times and must say it is probably my absolute favorite burger and shake restaurant. The quality of the food is excellent and the service couldn't be better. I even get grouper here, on occasion and it too is amazing. My daughter loves their shake and a half and I must say, I love to finish what she leaves behind. The burgers are really good. However, for an 8oz burger with brie and bacon (extra), fries, and a malt - 23 dollars... No matter how good the food is, thats an insane amount of money for 1 person for a burger, fries, and malt. The price completely eclipses the value. Staff is friendly. When I went there, not many people here. But the people that walked in before me were driving a nice mercedes... If you're not driving "those nicer mercedes" you may not want to eat here :-) read more

My second visit. I gave this place my full support on my prior post. Sorry to say that I will not go back. First visit was perfect in customer service and food. This visit as I always do, ordered the exact thing. I was not asked how I wanted my burger cooked. The frys came up immediately and sat there until the order was complete. The burger took 5 minutes to come up. On a to go order this is everything. They came home cold, soggy and greasy. The burger was just okay. I make better ones. The burger left a film coating in my mouth. Customer service was awful. The person was a million miles away. read more

Got take out from there tonight as they are so close to us. First time there. The burger I had was one of the best I have ever had. And I've had a lot of them. I got mine Medium-Well and it was cooked to perfection. Juicy, and delicious. They are pricy, but worth it. Wanted to pick up the meal at 5:00, and it was right on time. Love the place! Tasty burgers and probably the best milkshakes I have ever had. I would come here more often, but I can't resist their shake and don't need all of the calories! This is like an upscale Five Guys. The only downside it that it seems expensive for what you get. Our family of 4 usually spends around $55. I gave this 2 stars for the fries and the plates and silverware. While it's nice to receive your food on actual plates and be given silverware with which to eat, it doesn't really matter if the food is dreadful. Our burgers with various toppings were relatively flavorless and weirdly unpleasant. The meat patty had been overworked to the point of mushy and had received absolutely no seasoning prior to cooking. When you serve me unseasoned, bland burgers at an establishment that specifically features hamburgers, it first angers me greatly and then I have to wonder if anyone at corporate tasted these failures or does the staff lack training? Why were my sautéed onions flavorless? How do you make sautéed onions flavorless? The chopped salad had a semi-ok flavor but had several strange unrecognizable bits in it and an again flavorless crouton/toast on top and wound up not being finished along with our half eaten burgers. The fries were tasty but were exceedingly thin and grew cold quickly. I wonder if they have a return clientele because I would never come back. Did I mention it was also pricey? Fail. read more

I gave Red Robin 3 stars. Burger Monger has better service, and not to mention they use KOBE cattle breed. Not to be confused with actual purebred KOBE cattle from Japan, but darn close to it. I like the Antibiotic free, perfectly marbled beef. The burger is smaller than Red's but what lacks in size, is made up in flavor and quality. It is very juicy. Every one was very polite, and eager to serve you...I will have to come back to this review in about 6 months when service at a restaurant may or may not go down. On weekdays, there are deals to save a buck ($5.00 burger monger Monday) . A group 4 can eat there for 40 bucks and be very full! Overall, it's clean, quiet, Giant T.V.'s everywhere, HAND CUT FRIES and an array of dipping sauces. Great place to grab a bite with the family, minus the bar atmosphere. I love the fact that they have Hagen Daaz Milk shakes and Chili Cheese fries. It's guilty food, without the guilty bloated feeling after one eats burgers anywhere else. Def. worth a visit! read more

My family lives nearby and eats here often. The quality of the burgers and fries here is always good, and I have ordered their chili dogs and salads and enjoy those items as well. BurgerMonger is more expensive than most burger places, and I don't think the quality of the food is quite good enough to justify the price. The food is still good though and definitely better than fast food places like McDonald's, so anytime my family is in the mood for burgers we eat here and enjoy it. read more

This restaurant is ridiculously over-priced and disgusting. I had a plain burger and a basket of fries and I will never go back to this restaurant. The fries were burnt and completely brown and the burger was over-cooked. I instantly felt disgusting after this meal and ultimately, I ended up throwing up straight grease. I used to eat one or two burgers A YEAR. Now that we have Burger Monger in the neighborhood, I am tempted to go every WEEK or two. They will cook your burger exactly the way you like it, even rare (Akauschi beef). And the toppings! My favorites are: kraut w. spicy mustard, caramelized onions, sauteed red peppers and mushrooms, all piled on a delicious, juicy burger. Fingerlicking good. Great salads too. We ate there last week and the burgers and fries were very good. They have different size burgers and even had gluten free rolls. The wait staff was patient while looking over all the selections. There are many toppings to choose and the wait staff was very friendly. Would go again when I am in that area. read more
