Disappointed. Not much flavor on anything. I had the Tennessee burger and it was about like the Tennessee Vols football team. Looked pretty good on paper but was very underwhelming and disappointing in real life. Could not taste the Jack Daniels honey glaze at all. That's something I would think has a distinct flavor profile. The meat itself had no flavor, rather dry too and the onion straws were borderline cold. In fact nothing on my plate was hot. Fries are nothing special, tots are tots. Service wasn't the best either. Had to ask for ketchup several times because they gave us one ramekin for 4 people with burgers, fries and tots. Drinks were often empty and not refilled. To the point I was headed up to the bar area to get my own refill but was able to ask another server for the refill instead. Overall it wasn't bad. I actually work in Lenox Village, and we live about 5 minutes down the road, so we've frequented Burger Republic a few times over the years. We aren't big "burger" people but sometimes you just get a craving, and this place is a great choice when that hankerin' hits. The last two times we've been, I've ordered the Taste of the South burger, which is pretty much one of the most sinfully delicious things ever. It has some kind of a pimento cheese/bacon/jalapeño croquette thing on top of the burger that is unbelievably good. A whole days worth of calories, but you're not thinking about that at a burger joint, are ya? Haha. My husband tried the West Texas burger last visit and was a big fan - he loves all the spicy things, so it was right up his alley. We really like that they let you choose the temperature of your burger. A lot of burger places don't bother with that, which is unfortunate - but I like a medium burger, with some pink left, so I really appreciate that they ask. They have boozy milkshakes, and although I always opt for a glass of wine instead, I've heard those milkshakes are out of this world good. We'll continue to return! I'm from Atlanta and was in town for a friend's Bikini competition on Saturday, August 20th, 2022. To celebrate, we all decided to eat at this well-placed gourmet burger establishment that adjoined her apartment. We only had 15 minutes before the restaurant closed, but we were seated by the lovely Anna, who sat our party of 6 at the first booth to the right. I'm a flight attendant, and I adore when my customers use manners and other niceties upon a request. Our burgers came out quickly, as the kitchen was closing within minutes, and they were divine, cooked to absolute perfection, juicy, and the fries were piping hot. We had to sit with a very Ill-mannered person that found something to complain about the whole day, including her food, and Anna made her a brand new order from scratch well after the kitchen was closed. Ugh!!! What is going on with the Lenox Village location??? It took 60 minutes for our table of 4 to get our food. No one came to check on us in the process. When the food arrived it was cold and on dirty plates. It felt like the staff was completely disconnected to the customers and they where even using really loud foul language talking to their friends. The restaurant is dirty as well. This place is amazing! we've ordered from them several times and the quality if the burgers is consistent. We've had the Shroomin, West Texas, and the Buy the Farm. All were stupendous! The fries are good but you don't get many at all...like maybe a child's handful. I tried the buffalo tots and they were a let down so now I just stick to fries. I also tried the fried pickles and jalapeños but they were greasy and not flavorful. Wherever I order through Uber Eats, I can never get ketchup packets as requested...and I mean never. Seems small but my kid is a ketchup lover and it turns into an ordeal for her every time. So, looking for a great burger? I definitely recommend Burger Republic. Burger Republic in the 'boro has a lot of potential but the people making the food absolutely sucks! The negative......the burgers are very small for the price tag or maybe because our burgers were missing a lot of stuff that was suppose to belong in the burger. For example my husband's shroom'in was suppose to have bacon. It had zero bacon. My 96 burger didn't have bacon or shoe string fries either as both were advertised in the description. We ordered the west coast burger to go for my mother in law and it did not have lettuce or tomato as it's also in the description but had fried onions which was not in the description. Now on to the good part. My husband enjoyed his burger but bacon would had made a lot better. I had the 96, it was good but a little skimpy. The tator tots were very good and crispy! Highly recommend just the way I like it. The fried pickles and peppers were very good too! A little pricy for the portion but it's well worth it. I had the Tennessee burger which was really solid and for my side I had tater tots. I'm a fan of sweet flavors and this burger definitely had a sweet kick to it, I would recommend. We are regulars at BR. It is consistent and delicious with great service. I always get the WEST COAST on a Gluten Free Bun - it is SO good, similar to a patty melt and dare I say even "In & Out" burger. (I literally just realized as I'm typing this review, that's probably why they named it the West Coast - lol). Their tater tot FONDUE is a favorite as well as their fries and truffle tots. I've had friends order fondue and their fried pickles & peppers as take out for party appetizers. My husband, friends and family have gotten nearly every other menu item and I've never heard anyone complain. Their SHAKES are creative and delicious! They also have awesome spiked shakes. BEER options are fantastic - and I don't even drink beer! Friends and family always try something different and sometimes order flights. You really can't go wrong with this concept and this specific location. The server staff and bartenders are usually good attentive and friendly. Not too smart, ask for a desert spoon and they may bring you a ladle. Lots of sports on TVs, but don't count on being able to watch a game because it can change at the whim and the response to any objection will be some lie. More often than not, the kitchen doesn't get the order right. It's best just to accept it because the server will just make up some lie to justify it. I live in Lenox Village which is less than a 10 minute walk. Unfortunately, we've only been going since Covid-19 hit so haven't gotten to enjoy an indoors experience. But their curbside has become a regular go-to when we don't feel like cooking at the crib. They've taken extreme measures to ensure their customers are protected from covid, and their staff are mainly very pleasant and helpful if anything further is needed or an order needs to be modified. Wow. Just received part of my Uber eats order from here and I'm not sure what happened but this place used to be my favorite burger place. While my mom was visiting I wanted her to give this a try, and what was received was a joke. What I received tonight was a burger that was over cooked and had barely any toppings. There were about literally 10 French fries with my order and certainly not worth the 13.50 I paid for it plus delivery. Oh and for the 2nd time in a row they forgot my shake. Went here with my wife and sister in-law to grab a quick dinner on our first night in Nashville. The menu looked great and the atmosphere was great for a nice Labor Day dinner. We sat down at a booth and ordered during happy hour. My sister in-law got a beer for only 3 dollars during happy hour and my wife and I got water. I ordered the ahi tuna salad. Amazing! I am a big fan of Burger Republic in Lennox Village. This is a great place to take a veg head or a fellow carnivore. Both can eat happily in coexistence and leave very, very, very, full. She noted the sauce was delicious on the burger. The fries were very hot when they came out too, which was great. I enjoyed the bean burger, farm style. The bean burger is made in house and is very flavorful and has a good texture. And when you go, you will see farm style comes with bacon and yes, I did get bacon on a veggie burger. (I swear I could be a vegetarian if I did not like pork so much!) We both chose the Brioche Bun for our bread. Seriously, it is brioche...it makes everything better! I had the republic chips with my meal and they were super crunchy and well seasoned. Now the best part about this place is they support CRAFT BEER! There is a selection of Yazoo, Hap & Harrys, Gerst, Abita, Kentucky Bourbon Ale and some others. I respect a place so much when they have fine beers like that on tap. Word on the street is around 8 pm they pick a beer at random and it is put on special for about $3. Now that is a good deal. Upon calling, they always answer cheerful and ready to please. They take my order and confirm everything, then supply a total (with-out having to ask) and the time it will be ready. When arriving, they always have it ready, and everything you need is in the cute bag that you can reuse and keep. Its classy and they presentation is amazing. Take out here is better then MOST 5 stars places... Now THE FOOD. You basically get food chills here when you think about their burgers and shakes. The Farm Burger looks like it's from Heaven! The staff is knowledgeable about the entire menu! Since this was just around the corner and being a big fan of Burger Up and The pharmacy i was eventually pushed to this place, Walking it it has a nice ambiance and the hostess are quite friendly and attentive, will be a line if you go in the evening. Since there was a wait we ended up to the Bar which open and begun with our indulgence. Appetizer - Philly egg rolls - perfectly cooked and the meat extremely tender and Philly cheese like. Melted in your mouth and quite chewy which made it even great. Main - Ordered the 96 and a new burger not yet on the menu which is the west texas burger. The 96 is their prime burger which actually i was expecting to be quite big was a pretty nice sized not overly bloated kinda burger. The bun are custom just like other places but very tasty indeed, the veggies inside were fresh and the patty ... my o my .. super awesome. The west texas - person eating it said it was quite spicy but how can bbq sauce be spicy im amazed as it is more flavor than spciyness, they still ended up killing it. Try it but beware might be spicy. Burger Republic is pretty good and they are taking good care of all the items on the menu and do take extra care to make sure you are well served and happy.
