We couldn't finish it all! You can tell it's all homemade, which is nice. A lot of places don't make their chilaquiles sauce from scratch. We'd definitely return. The only thing I'd pass on is the Vietnamese coffee. Maybe it was our fault for ordering this at a Mexican spot, but it tasted more like cold brew than Vietnamese coffee.

Still one of the best waffles anywhere! Rosy's waffles are somewhere in my top 3 restaurant waffles!! Soft and spongy, evenly cooked- no need for a lot of butter and/or syrup. Note: One of the few Mexican restaurants that doesn't automatically offer/promote salsas with the meal. At home, I love a bit of salsa with my scrambled eggs with cheese. Instead, I would get a regular pancake and a side of the ube coconut cream! 8/10 - The chorizo burrito: My bf said that this was also a pretty good option.
