I love this place. This is my go to place for breakfast burritos. The people who work here are very kind. I recommend it.

I walked in today (This was my first visit.) and ordered a BLT with avocado and extra mayo. to go. Upon entering, I received big smiles from both the lady at the counter and the cook (cooking area clearly visible from the counter). I was not disappointed from the first bite to the last. One of my test for whether it is a good BLT or not, is if I don't have to move the bacon around, so that I can have a piece of meat in every bite. They more than passed the test. It reminded of when I first learned to make BLTs in high school. In other words, it tasted like home cooking - yummy! Thanks - I will definitely be back! read more

I usually dont give places bad reviews but this was the worst place; me and my friend came here for lunch. Its very dirty and the staff is very unprofessional. I asked for a papercup bevause their dishes looked dirty. First she lied and said we dont have any. Then she said its $1 for an empty cup. They brought my burrito with a huge hole in it.the tortilla was falling apart. I asked for a different one, cause i couldnt eat it. When we were leaving she said to go bags are 1$ but I guess it was joke. I will not come back here, mcdonalds is way better than this disgusting place. read more

My family Stopped here to have lunch ,the food was horrible.My club sandwich had expired meat in it,it Looked to have a green colored to the meat.The drink we ordered was expired to.We tried to tell the lady that it was expired ,but she didn't care.Will never come here again and I'm warning anyone else to stay away save your money !!!! read more

Pretty good place if you need a quick bite to eat. I've only gone there in the morning because it's on my way to work and I work across the bay, so I have not tried the lunch menu. I've tried the breakfast burrito which is pretty big, but is a little dry. It's tastes pretty good, but I think if they added some kind to sause or salsa, it would make it better. The have menu items plasted all over the walls, so you should be able to find something that will help your hunger. And the prices there are pretty good also. read more

Their steak sandwich is a ripout for what they charge. Its so small it would've been better to dice it up and call it a philly. Then again, there isn't much to eat in this area where I work so its good for what it is. Its a good place to go for lunch and relax. I started eating their over 7 years ago and the fod was great. Went their recently and the food was still great, the coffe, ketup and syrup was watered down to the point it had no taste at all. I was one of this restaurants original patrons when they switched over to the new owners. I am very disappointed in our last couple of experiences with them. I frequent this place at least twice a week. I usually call in my orders since it takes a long time when your order at the establishment. Today I called in asking for a BBQ Chicken Plate. They responded with a question "Korean BBQ"? I said yes assuming it was Korean BBQ Chicken. I showed up to pick up my food and waited a couple of minutes. They called my name when the food was ready and I was off. I get to my office which is about 10 minutes away and find out that they gave me Korean BBQ Beef. OK, I figured it was an honest mistake so I called to let them know that I got the wrong order. No big deal. I wanted to tell them ASAP so they wouldn't give the chicken plate to the wrong customer as well. So the first thing they did was tell me that I ordered wrong. The start blaming the problem on me. They said they don't have a BBQ Chicken Plate and only a BBQ Teriyaki Chicken Plate. Are you kidding me? Why don't you tell me that when I was orderinig. You don't just give someone a beef plate when they ordered chicken and then go off accusing your regular customer that they I did something wrong. The lady then just handed the phone over to another lady who said that I didn't say BBQ Chicken Plate. Crazy! I know what I ordered. You people really need to understand that if a regular customer calls to tell you about a situation like this; you do not go accusing them of the error. You should listen and hear them out first and foremost. I really find it irritating when people do not accept responsibility for their mistakes. When business owners follow this practice, it is a sure sign that they will never be successful. read more

Just got here and have my breakfast while waiting for the tires shop across street open, ordered sausage eggs breakfast, the food is about 4 stars bc I had much better American breakfast elsewhere however I must give credit to this little restaurant that is very clean. I wish I would have checked yelp for suggestions. I have seen this place and was always curious about it.. Decided to stop by today. I ordered the obvious which is a burger(1/2 lb).. It was under seasoned and the meat quality was under par. I'm pretty sure its store bought frozen patty. I ordered for here but after observing the dining area, it was very dusty and tables were old and sticky. I changed it to go. The fries are meh . the ladies that work or own are nice and polite. But judging from their signage (no refills) and them keeping napkins and even drink lids behind the counter shows that they are cheap. They only offered me a lid when I changed my order to go. So they show to be the typical cheap owners that cut every cost possible and I'm sure very minimal expense goes to cleaning . there are plenty burger options in Hayward. If I come back it will be because everyone talks about their breakfast burritos . but for burgers, I'll go down the road to dairy bell or buddy's bites n brews. read more

This place is awesome! Especially for lunch..they serve breakfast all day! (well all day until 4pm). Their breakfast burrito is a must, did I mention they serve them all day? I usually get the chorizo with potatoes and cheese. The best part is they make it so fresh that it is steaming hot when they serve it. I've been going here on my back route to work for a long time. The food is always fantastic and the services excellent. I love the hash browns, three eggs over easy and bacon for breakfast. God damn Jean Claude god damn Van Damme! Okay so my friend took me here, and he recommended the breakfast burrito everyone in town is so excited about. Well this place is a hidden gem! There's no big sign, no high tech gadgets, but it's really homey, in a sense that it looks family owned. Don't judge it by it's looks though, the food they produce is great. I had a chorizo super breakfast burrito. That thing was the size of a dork, and it barely broke 4 dollars out my wallet. Sat down, and they served me on a plate, I just looked at it, held it in my hand like it was a world war 1 panzer missile, cause it was hot and huge. Took my bite, and everything just blended together, hot tortilla, meat, potatoes, cheese, egg. It just worked, and you just sit there for like 30 minutes cause that thing is hard to get through when it's so huge, and enjoy. Not a word needs to be said cause all your attention is directed toward that missile of jizzums. TRY IT, definitely coming back. read more

Sad to say but I have a somewhat difficult time understanding the korean English accents of the ladies running this joint. Sorry. However, they're really nice, friendly, and always patient while I stare at the big menu on the wall. I've only had the teriyaki chicken and spicy chicken rice plates here. Both are good considering the random location. Be warned, the spicy is seriously spicy. No joke. It's a good kimchi spicy flavor though. The teriyaki is a bit lacking in terms of depth but still good for a small burger joint. And of course the white rice is perfectly cooked. Fluffy and moist just the way I love it. If you're going to name your business "Burger Road," then you better have darned good burgers. I had their basic cheeseburger and fries to go. The burger only had mayo/mustard (i.e., no secret/special sauce). I added some ketchup, which made it edible, but it was disappointing. The fries were soggy and really oily to the point of saturating through the brown paper bag. Overall it was below average, so if you want a good burger look elsewhere.
