Ike's specializes in sandwiches with their Dutch Crunch bread and Dirty Sauce, both unique in its own way. I personally am not a super fan of the Dutch Crunch bread since I find it a bit too harsh on the palate and somewhat dry, but love the Dirty Sauce (make it extra or on the side).
