I thought I would give the place another try since its close and I had a dying taste for a burger. Admittedly I was sold on the pictures. We got the trio of sliders and a create your own burger with a side of onion rings. The trio from the site didn't really have a description of what they were supposed to be, but I'm pretty flexible with food so I was cool with "dealer's choice" on those. First off, onion rings didn't come. Once we realized that we decided to check to see if the rest of our order was correct. We landed on...maybe? The toppings were so sparsely applied we didn't know if they forgot them or just went super cheap. For example we had to disassembled the build your own burger completely to find a few diced caramelized onions. I guess this is them? One of my burgers had a single slice of mushroom. One sliced mushroom. Is this supposed to be on there? Was this an accident? Toppings aside the burger meat was bland and flavorless. Ironically one of the burgers in the slider trio did have a single onion ring on it, guessing it was some BBQ Texas thing going on, and the onion ring was the best part of the meal. We were excited to try this place for the first time a few weeks ago. We came in around lunch time and wanted burgers and beer. The bartender was great. She gave us samples before we committed to what we wanted from the tap. There's free hotel WiFi which was nice but extremely slow. That's where anything positive ends. We ordered two burgers- the lone-star or something like that and one that was supposed to be 'pork crusted'. The patties were good, flavorful, but overall underwhelming for a place with burger in the name. The selection of burgers was pretty pathetic and all 'basic' burgers I could get from any diner but almost twice the price- like think there were 6 or 7 to choose from. The fries were mediocre at best and the Cole slaw was in a tiny cup that looked like it should have been a Jell-O shot. The 'pork crusted' patty was just a burger with some pulled pork tossed on top after being cooked. I don't think we got what we paid for and I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Maybe an expanded menu of burgers would be a positive change. read more

I'm staying at the Holiday Inn and this place is in the building. For a burger place, it's pretty good but not much of a specialized burger selection as say Red Robin but the prices are fine. Beer selection is decent as well with a $5 daily pint special. I think some of the bar staff are still honing their bartender skills judging by the way the way some of them handle the jigger and refer to the menu description for the cocktail ingredients. The chicken wings for $10 are well worth it. Flash fried then tossed in buffalo sauce. The chicken strips are also pretty good $10, if you pair them with a side salad $5. It's a new place that is clean and every employee was very nice. I have eaten here three times and would recommend you at least try it out. read more

I have been here twice now. The first time was when they first opened. So i just figured I would chalk my experience up to them just opening and needing to learn "the ropes". Well not the case. The food is not bad and the beer selection is decent but what killed both experiences for me was the service. It was literally over an hour from the time we ordered til we got our burgers. I'm talking two burgers and fries. On top of that they really didn't come to check on us for drinks I had to ask a passing server to get our server to get another drink and after she took that drink order it was 15 mins later before I got that. I don't know what goes on there but the waitress would disappear into the back by the kitchen and be gone for ever. Maybe she's also the cook. Bottom line if you don't mind waiting a long time for mediocre food then this place is for you. read more

Sooooo happy we randomly gave BT a shot ! The appetizers (firecracker shrimp , buffalo wings,broccoli & cheddar soup ) were delicious , hot and brought out promptly. I got the "Bruben" burger(coke slaw , fresh corn beef,medium cooked angus pattie , Swiss cheese) on a regular bun instead of rye . OMG ! It was literally a piece of heaven ! They have a solid brew selection , I'm a craft beer guy so I went with the Stateville Stout from MyGrain brewery and man Was it a hit ! The servers were engaging and very nice , the food was delicious, and the decor is really smooth and up to date . Great place to grab a good meal , have a nice drink and watch a game on the many flatscreens throughout the place. I'll be returning soon ! read more

Wasn't a fan of the location, inside a hotel, but gave it a shot. Inside the decor was nice, modern with local fan fair and pictures. Then it went downhill. I was told that, despite bring on their extensive list, they were out of my first 3 beer choices. My son and I ordered the BT boss burger and my wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Asked our server if she could change the channel to a local game to which she seemed annoyed and then struggled to work the remote. The burgers themselves were ok, juicy and cooked they way we ordered, however I couldn't taste the bacon that was supposed to be stuffed in the burger, my son agreed. Fries were good. After we got our food, didnt see the server again. When we went to pay the bill we found out our server was also the bartender. Definitely agree with the other reviewers that service here SUCKS. However, the food is delicious. Everything was very hot, juicy and tasty. The onion rings were great. The fries had a very good seasoning on them. Food wise everything was great. However, the waitresses was slow and very clueless. Bill was wrong and she just blank stared and acted totally clueless. Hopefully the owners look at these reviews and take into consideration the types of waitresses/waiters they have and possibly retrain them. read more

This is such a lovely place. The restaurant was so nice. The interior looks simple yet lovely at the same time. The atmosphere and vibe are really comfortable. The restaurant was also spotless. The food was good. I only tried the house's burger with fries and a drink, and I can say that it is good. The burger was very fresh, as were the fries. I specifically ordered their farm fresh burger, and, based on its name, it was really fresh. The burger was so juicy. I love every single ingredient of it. The roasted red peppers and the roasted garlic mayo really hit different notes in the burger. It has a good portion, and I think it is also reasonable for its price, plus it also has a side of a handful of well-seasoned fries. The fries were also crispy and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was not busy when we ate our lunch, but we expected a long wait for the food, because we really waited longer than we expected. I guess waiting for the food was really worth it because the food was really good. The staff were also friendly and helpful to us. Visited over the weekend and tried the make your own burger. Was initially thinking about the triple but decided on the double with bacon and an egg. Wife had the creamy cajun pasta and my son had the kids chicken fingers. Was a decent crowd so the food took a bit to make but when it arrived we were more than impressed. The burger arrived just as I ordered and was big. That being said, the burger was AWESOME!!! My wife said the pasta was very good and had to fight my sons fork from invading her plate. My son liked the pasta sauce so much he was also trying to dip his chicken fingers so we eventually asked for a side of sauce for him too. This place has great potential once but since they are new there were a few delays but none that would prevent me from coming back. My only recommendation would be for them to flatten the burgers more because unless you are adept at eating large burgers or unhinging your jaw you're going to have issues if you get the double or triple. read more

We waited for like 5 minutes to get someone to even greet us at the door, then when we were sat down it took another 5-10 minutes to get a waiter to come, after giving our order he never once checked on us for more water for like 20-30 minutes...then they give our appetizer to the wrong people when there is simply only 4 people here, we got our food and it was average, again everything took forever and food was just okay. This was my first time at Burger Theory. I really enjoyed everything. I started with the Buffalo Shrimp, it was very good. Next I made my own burger and had the single. I thought it was very fresh and tasty. There were a lot of options to make the burger with about 30 choices of toppings. I upgraded to the Onion Rings which I thought were spectacular. Finally I finished with the Brownie Sundae, which the brownie was so great. The service was friendly and attentive. We had Jessica as a server and she was very attentive. Bad news: I stopped by when they first opened and did so last month & a few day's ago. Totally unbelievable service is still horribly beyond slow. Waited 15 minutes for refreshments/drinks; food felt as if it took over an hour. Also, the waitress needs to ask if one is finished with food/drinks before taking them away. Just tried this place with my boyfriend and loved it, we will definitely be back! I had the caesar salad and he had the sriracha burger. We asked for both to be extra spicy and the chef was happy to accommodate us, made my salad with sriracha-caesar dressing instead and it was DELICIOUS!!!! the fries are a must- try. Honestly the food is great with decent prices. We've given it a few chances because the food is good. It seems like no one is managing the staff and they are always overwhelmed no matter how many people are in the restaurant. I give it a 3 based solely on the food. If it were on the staff I would give one star. We've been when it's busy and slow. The staff openly complains about the kitchen and the customers. It's not a pleasant environment to dine in, actually causes more stress because I would love to jump in and help manage the staff. I would recommend more customer service training and remind staff to work with a sense of urgency and not just walk around confused. Many guests weren't even greeted upon arrival. read more

I ordered a Blue Moon which came a bit to warm for my liking. When I mentioned that to our server she asked if I wanted a frosted glass. My reply to her was "you don't serve frosted glasses." She said that you have to asked for one to get it. That is not right. The best part of the meal were the sriracha wings. Very tasty. We were greeted immediately & we taken to a booth, but the waitress seemed confused on where to seat us...? Afterwards we ordered an appetizer & our dinner.
