I don't understand this place. We came at 8:15pm and the place looks like this. There's a trash bag on the counter & chairs are already up on the tables. I'd understand if we arrived at closing time, but they close at 10pm. The kiosk to order was malfunctioning, and the staff wasn't trained to troubleshoot and help - not their fault, but I asked them to tell me what's in my order before I pay, but their only solution? They told me to pay. I did, then the receipt printer failed, so they had to check the ticket sent to the kitchen, which I had to return so they could make the order! The french fries were burned! We were craving a nice juicy burger after some intense pickleball, and BurgerFi hit the spot. I got the Rodeo burger with crispy onion strings and jalapeños 10/10 My wife did a build your own burger which was a little disappointing because they missed an item and barely gave her onion strings that we paid extra for. Large fries 10/10 as always and the milkshake was good but more ice cream than milkshake consistency. Overall classic spot for a burger fixing and one of my go to hangover cure spots. Picked up an order today of two Rodeo burgers, an order of the cry and fries, and a BurgerFi cheeseburger combo with fries and a milkshake. Our Rodeo burgers looked like two different types of burgers which is odd as there were no modifications requested on either. One had onions straws while the other only had them because as the hand that grabbed them passed over the other burger. Which is the same story for them having jalepenos. Also, one was extremely greasy. The combo that was ordered did not have any fries. Our cry and fry was there, so yay... Unfortunately, the fries and onion rings were somehow soggy and overcooked. Ordering at the kiosk can be challenging for old guys like us but we figured everything out except for knowing to take a table number sign before finishing the input of the order so the server knows where you're seated. Fortunately, he knew how to find us without a problem. Food was tasty. The cheeseburger was well prepared and the fries were especially good. I typically drink water with meals but I couldn't resist a root beer float. For the cost, I'd think the serving of soft serve ice cream would have been more generous but the root beer (once I figured out how to operate the high tech fountain machine lol) was very good. Ordered the delicious Veggie Burger and watching our carbs we skipped the bun and selected getting it "green style" (iceberg lettuce layers wrapped around the burger patty). Fries arrived nice and hot but looked a little weary like they were fried in dirty oil. The fries tasted hot, but were not as good as we have had in the past. I brought my own sugar free ketchup with me to enjoy with my fries, but my son got Burger Fi Ketchup from the condiment area. The condiment/drink area faces the windows and as the sun sets the rays/heat come through the window and raise the temperature on the table where the ketchup container sits. I don't know of anyone that likes HOT ketchup, and it really was not what we were use to. Please see if you can move the area, or shade the current location so the ketchup isn't so hot. Last comment. I was disappointed to look on my receipt and discover I paid an additional 53 cents a burger for "green style". I don't mind paying more because I did request "green style" but I should have received a credit for the bun at least and we didn't. We walked in and it was clean, nice ambiance, modern, waitress was slow to understand our order (was just 2 cheeseburgers, onion rings, and fries), and for some reason they don't leave their tip jar out. Burgers were on the expensive side, and onion rings were about a dollar per ring, our food was ready very fast, onion rings were crispy and golden, and fries looked awesome. The burgers were delicious, good amount of bacon on mine and cheese was melted well, the onion rings had a nice texture but no flavor at all, and the fries were most disappointing; looked the best, but were dry, couldn't taste any garlic, and just got a bunch of parmesan cheese dumped on top. I'm glad I got to try it after seeing it all over my feed lmao, it was a good experience, would come again but only for the burgers. read more

shocking manager behavior... I'm very disappointed because I like their burgers. I received fries that were burned, and when i asked to get my $7 fries remade, John the manager, immediately got defensive and was very combative over the whole ordeal. Was insistent they were fine, and that's it is normal. He said the only way the fries can be made is burnt or mushy... I realize their fries don't have much starch... but you can't burn your fries to a burnt crisp for them to be "fries" and expect people not to complain. It was very strange and aggressive behavior coming from a manager. Told him just to issue a refund, did so. And brought out their "undercooked spongy fries" anyways. And they were fine. He should have just done that from the start instead of try to argue with a customer. Minutes after another costumer complained about their fries, and he had more attitude and excuses for her. Food was really good, service was great and the restaurant was actively being cleaned as people were dining. A burger joint that reminded me of Five Guys but with more options of food to choose from. The fresh cut fries were great! We had both Cajun and Truffle fries and both were delicious and flavorful. The burgers we had were good as well. Not the best I've ever had but definitely good. I really like that they had many beverages to choose from. From soda, to tea, beer, etc. will definitely be back. Next time I want to try the wagyu burgers. I imagine those would be even better. Everything was cold. The burger had the mushiest onion ring I've ever been served. The fries were extremely overcooked, hard, and old. The chocolate shake didn't taste anything like chocolate. The order cost over $26.00. I ate half of the burger out of hunger, and put the rest of the order down my disposal. The delivery app said the food was on the way. Coincidentally, I opened my front door to see if my garbage cans were empty, so I could bring them in, well, there sat my food. No knock, no ringing of my doorbell, like I had requested. The CEO burger uses wagyu beef, but is thin and not seasoned well. Could be any beef. The street fries sounded great. In reality only Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese, also a smaller amount than a regular fry. The aioli mayo was good I have to say. As a whole the burger in itself was mediocre at best. Ordered a hotdog too. The split hotdog was overcooked to the point of looking like a hamburger? My order was takeaway. Only a short drive, so can't really blame that. The place was clean looking. Usually BurgerFi is wonderful at any location- but the last two times we have been to this location the the food has been awful. I even ordered the CEO burger which has the wagyu and it was dry, small, and almost inedible. There was barely any jam or cheese and my bun was falling apart. I would have politely taken it back but with two crying kids in the car we went home and heated up a frozen pizza. Over $30 for two burgers and soggy fries mostly in the trash.
