Food was ok. My shoes stuck to the floor it was so dirty and I had to wipe off a chair inside to sit as it was also filthy. The girls inside were eating French fries off the line and talking about some nonsense and not really paying attention to the customers. Then some guy came from the back into the seating area and threatened a young kid that was already in the restaurant. Didn't get the story there just thought it was best to leave. First time trying them but we weren't very hungry. We decided to get a couple of "New York" hotdogs and some truffle fries. We ordered and paid, then sat outside. After 20+ minutes, someone finally brought out the order and the hotdog was cold (not outside air temperature...I mean cold) with almost no kraut (which is I guess the thing that makes it a NY dog?). Anyway, not worth waiting for another order so we ate them and enjoyed the fries. With so many other places to go, sorry but won't be back. read more

I actually was looking for a new iPhone battery when I noticed for the first time that BurgerFi was in the same shopping center as the battery store. I went to check it out because I remembered seeing a BurgerFi up in Winter Park when my wife and I were helping our son, get into his new apartment after getting out of the U.S. Marines. Semper Fi! So you see why I wanted to try BurgerFi! Anyway, I got a chocolate custard shake and it was good enough for me to want to try the burgers. I signed up on their webpage and enrolled in their Rewards program, and coincidentally they emailed me a promotion for $3.00 cheeseburgers that was good today only. I took my wife and we both got the deal, both of us loved the burgers (especially at THAT price), also loved their fresh-cut French fries and we talked about it being one of the better burger places we've been to in Bradenton. We even had a nice chat with a manager (or owner). We'll definitely be back. The food was so good my wife and I both thought it would be a good deal even at the regular price. read more

The burgers were extraordinarily JUICY and tasty, considering they were 30 minutes from closing and made by Andrea, Josh, and Clove on September 15th. Everything came out ideally better than anything before. It was late at night, and Andrea provided excellent customer service. Worst burger i ever had, the bacon was burned and unfit for consumption . The whole order was wrong. I showed a staff member my bacon and she said thats bacon not acknowledging that it is burned, i will never order from there again. This is the second time, I learned my lesson this time. read more

First time here, and not overly impressed. 15 yr. old cashier, stated the Chix sandwich could not be grilled, just deep fried. Ok, not happy. We ordered the CEO and regular double burger. Can't order medium, they only prepare them well. Ok, not happy. Asked the cashier which beer was dark, she said she had no idea. Ok, not happy. The wait for the food was about 20 min., not bad. Did not like the tempura style onion rings (as pictured). The batter fell off the over-sized chunky pieces/rings of onion. Burgers were good, but very greasy. The cashier asked if we wanted to add a tip to our already $35 bill. Seriously? I don't tip at Mc'D's. If you don't get their Fi sauce (1,000 style), they charge you another .59 for any other sauce. Not happy. Did not use the restrooms. Ample free parking. I agree with previous posters, no one came out to clean the tables after previous patrons left. I don't think we'll be going back. The manager of this establishment needs to be reading these reviews and making improvements. For $35, we can get a burger & 2 sides, plus a grilled chix sandwich & 2 sides, plus two glasses of wine at Applebee's, AND be waited on. To start, if I could give a zero star review then I would. I attended this establishment with my beautiful girlfriend and expected a nice burger and fries. However to my surprise, I instantly regretted the decision to come here after I saw the price for the food. Bout damn near 50 dollars for burgers fries and drinks.
