My favorite burger in the area by far! Light and filling and always the best quality ingredients. Awesome staff as well. Highly recommended!

Glorified 5 guys burgers. They just give you more choices of things on burgers and same fresh cut fries. About the same price as 5 guys. Dont get me erong burger was good but nothing made it stand out above the rest. read more

I initially placed our pick-up order online. I received an error message after placing the order that indicated I needed to call the store to confirm the order. The order was never received by the store so I had to repeat my order for 6 burgers, all with different toppings/condiments, 1 hot dog and fries over the phone. The person on the phone repeated the entire order to me and it was correct. However, after picking up our order and returning home, only 2 of the 6 burgers were made as ordered with the correct toppings. Three burgers were missing some combination of lettuce, tomato, sauce, relish, onions, cheese, ketchup and mustard. And the fourth incorrect burger, which was a veggie burger, consisted of a bun and condiments BUT NO VEGGIE PATTY! Needless to say we will not be repeat customers. The burgers are good but it's not worth the price. At the end of the day, it's just a fast food burger joint. One shouldn't have to pay $10 for a mehh burger and fries. Wouldn't recommend because of price and mediocre food. read more

My favorite is the breakfast all day burger with hand cut fries , make sure you order extra burger FI sauce . The sauce goes great with onion rings too. The free style machine is great way to try different diet flavor drinks. You are not stuck with one diet flavor that you normally have at most restaurants. The service was great and gets my order right and I never wait to long for my order. Great place to meet your friend right after work. They never make you feel you need to rush out. read more

DISAPPOINTING!! I was looking forward to coming here for the first time. Judging by the Yelp comments, the managers don't read them because the problems are still the same. Pigsty!. First walked in and noticed the garbage was.overflowing from the garbage cans and dirty trays stacked above the overflowing garbage cans. We still approached to place a an order. The cashier placed the order and goofed something up so she called a coworker over for help. Neither one could figure out how to make change from a payment of $30 and the bill of $24.47. Thy gave us $1 too much. Thank goodness we are honest and told them. Turned around to sit down. All of the tables were empty but they were all dirty. I had to clean my own table. Went to get condiments. There was 1salt pack and 3 pepper packs in the tray. 2ketchup dispensers were empty. The last one was almost empty. Workers were standing around chit chatting. Garbagecans still overflowing. Someone finally washed tables, they just knocked the crumbs on the ground, never swept, then went back & chitchatted. Floors were wet & sticky by pop machine. We were ready to leave and still no one cleaned the garbage cans or dirty trays. We ended up leaving our used items on our table. This is just an overpriced (and boy are they overpriced) Burger King. Oh, the onion rings were excellent! We will never back. read more

I had a terrific experience here. I made a visit on a very busy Friday night. Restaurant décor is stunning modern/contemporary. I ordered the veggie burger grilled, burgerFi cheeseburger, onion rings/ fries and a concrete. Veggie burger was for my wife and she told me it tasted fantastic. She loved the wheat bun and the flavors of the veggie ingredients. I myself had a burgerfi cheeseburger and that it was delicious. I loved the way the bun(potato bread bun) and patties with cheese all came together. One of the best burgers I have tried. Onion rings were very tasty with the batter being seasoned with some type of parsley flakes. The onions tasted sweet and the batter was crispy. By far the best onion rings I have ever had PERIOD!!! The fries were also no joke, they were crispy on the outside soft on the inside with the perfect amount of salt and seasonings. We had the chocolate peanut butter chocolate concrete mixer and this was also delicious. I have had other concretes at culvers and Kopps in Wisconsin and in my honest opinion this concrete was simply tastier, richer and was the perfect mixture of peanut butter and chocolate. I took the time to write this review because even with how busy the restaurant was the staff was very friendly and courteous, took our order correctly(picky with my burger toppings), had our order in less than 10 minutes, the restaurant was clean and tidy and the bathrooms were spotless. This will be our new favorite burger spot for years to come!! I have yet to try the craft beers but that will be on my next visit! read more

If you want a burger that leaves you hungry, this is the place. I've been coming to Burgerfi out of sheer convenience because there is no Smashburger or a Five Guys nearby. Over the course of time, the quality and the quantity has been on a steady decline. Their signature Wifi burger has a "double patty" but the size is small... to the point where I wouldn't be surprised if they cut a regular burger in half just to call it a double. To make sure the ratios are right, they also skimp on their lettuce and other vegetables. I had to lift my bun to make sure the lettuce was even there. Is business on a decline to the point where they have to save money on ingredients? I ate a wifi burger and finished my urban fries (over 10 dollars) and felt as satisfied as I would if I had a mighty kids meal. Next time, I will make the 15 minute extra drive to a Five Guys or a 25 minute drive to Smashburger. I will refrain from coming here again because at this rate, the burger may shrink even more and turn into the size of a slider. I wish I could give it 2 mini stars just like the 2 mini patties they gave me. One of the stars was for the newer coke machine, but don't they have those everywhere now? read more

7-31-13 Overpriced! Bad customer service! Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money! We went there last night to try it out. Turned out to be a bad move on our part. Never going back again! Our to go order was clocked in at 7:28 p. m., we ordered a veggie and a double burger with bacon and a large fry. It took 20 minutes to get our order! That is unacceptable! $ 5.57 for a double burger is high, especially because there was very little meat in it. Three bites and it was done. Also charging an additional $ 1.57 for bacon that was hardly on the sandwich is robbery. It cost $ 7.14 for that poor excuse of a sandwich. It was really pathetic! The veggie burger was mostly filler instead of veggies. Charging $ 3.97 for a large fry is a bit much considering it cost them $ .25 cents to make it including product and overhead. At least ten people came in after us and were served before us. I approached the counter three times to ask where our food was and the cashier told me that it would be up in a minute. It took a total of 20 minutes to complete our order, even though there was a small army in the kitchen. They didn't seem too concerned so I approached what looked like a manager and told him as I received my food : " Just for the record. This is unacceptable to be waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 large fry. This is a bad first impression." He looked at me as if I had offended him. He didn't seem apologetic at all! No Customer Service Whatsoever! Our total bill was $ 19.66 with tax included for two burgers and one large fry. Way Overpriced and Under Portioned. Be Warned...Don't Waste Your Money! Go across the street to North Branch. There you will get a burger that is at least ten times better than the Slop they are serving at BurgerFi. BurgerFi was just a step above White Castle, which isn't saying much at all. They don't even deserve one star in our opinion. The Service and Food Sucked!!!! read more
