This was my first visit so I had no idea what to expect. The place was somewhat busy since it was game day at UCF. We were able to order immediately and I explained to the cashier that it was our first time there. She explained the fact that everything is fresh and cooked to order. All meats are grass fed and natural. I noticed that they use peanut oil for their frying. We opted for the BurgerFi Cheese Burgers, with fresh squeezed lemonade and a combo of french fries and onion rings. I must warn you that the onion rings are gynormous!!! We were given a tracker device and was told to place it on the mat in the center of the table and they would find us. We proceeded to get our drinks. They also have several craft beers and wine available. We waited about 10 minutes for our food which wasn't bad considering the restaurant was pretty packed. Our food arrived and I am glad we didn't opt to get 2 orders of the Cry + Fry (Onion ring and fry combo) because it was enough for 3 people. We opted to get the Parmesan and Herbs on our fries which were freshly cut and fried perfectly. Honestly I could have done without the flavoring as I didn't really taste it. The onion rings are fried in what I think was a beer batter and they were very good. Not too greasy. The burgers were smaller than what I expected. The pictures make them look pretty big but they are about the size you would find at a Wendys or McDonalds. But I have to say that these burgers tasted so good that I was willing to pay an additional $7 for another one....LOL They had great flavor, weren't greasy and were quite filling. Love the potato roll that they come on. Everything was fresh and crisp. As far as pricing goes it was a little steep. For 2 burgers, 2 drinks and the Cry + Fry we paid almost $30. Thats pretty darn steep in my opinion. A family on a budget may want to think twice before coming here. I always order the bacon cheeseburger and am never disappointed. The patty (I only order 1 because it's SO MUCH FOOD) is so flavorful and juicy and never disappoints. The bacon is always perfectly crispy and adds that special crunch to the burger. It comes with lettuce, tomato and special sauce; the vegetables are always fresh and never soggy and the sauce is delicious, whatever it is! The fries are pretty great and even better if you add the cajun seasoning for an upcharge. They taste very potato-ey and not at all greasy which is great. They're a perfect mix between crunch and soft and they've never come out soggy. The only reason it's a 4/5 is because I prefer 5 guys fries to these guys - but they're still excellent! The service is hit or miss. Today for example, the girl taking my order was sweet and efficient and super helpful to some of the newbies in our group. The guy dropping off our food was less friendly and helpful and a random worker completely cut me off re-entering the restaurant and flew by me and a couple others who were walking out of the door. Hands down my Favorite place to get a burger. Yes they are a "chain" but they barely have 100 locations. Quality Grass Fed Beef cooked to perfection. Their hand cut fries here are pretty darn good as well (cooked in peanut oil). You can opt to order the Cry and Fry which as you would expect is a mix of fries and onion rings. Feel free to bring friends/family as they have Vegi burgers and dogs. Burgers can be build your own (pick what you want) or a pre-selected burger such as Breakfast All Day which includes egg, bacon, hash brown and maple syrup on that burger patty. Should you not be stuffed from the burgers (or hot dogs) and fries they also offer milkshakes, floats and concretes. When I crave a burger this is the first place that comes to mind for me. Absolutely one of my favorite veggie burgers! I typically go for the conflicted burger that has the veggie patty and the meat patty. Afterwards, I always think that next time, I'll just get veggie bc it is the best! Along with the 4 burgers I got yesterday, I also ordered a large truffle style fry. This came with enough fries to satisfy 4 people. While they weren't the crispiest fries, they definitely did have a good taste to them. My only complaint was that it took a while for my order to be taken, but that was only bc there was one girl up front and she was working her butt off running out food and such, so I can't fault her too much for that. We came here on a Sunday for lunch and were in and out the restaurant in less than 30 mins (A++ for me!!!) What I loved about this place is how nice the staff was. The patty in this burger is basically fried quinoa with some carrots and other vegetables. I loved how crunchy the patty was. I also asked for jalapeño and was expecting pickled jalapeño but they gave fresh ones, which was very nice. My sister ordered the conflicted burger, which had the quinoa patty and a beef patty. She has had this many times before and said that it is one of her most favorite burgers. The Cajun fries were good as well. They were fresh, hot and came with big portion. But I don't eat red meat, so I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was really, really good. With every bite I took, it tasted even better. It's super spicy and has a hint of honey too. The burger is a solid 4 stars. It doesn't feel overpriced, especially for the quality. The fries are crispy and delicious and the onion rings are great. They have a combo where you can get both fries and rings. I've only tried a couple of the burgers but each time they were really good. I'm even tempted to try the meatless burger at some point...maybe one day. What makes it go from a 4 to an overwhelming 5 is the service. It's friendly, attentive, and above the call of duty. I know, it might be because the location is fairly new and they want to create a buzz. Either way, my personal experience (along with my wife's) is that it was fantastic. The true measure of good service is when it keeps coming even when there is no further benefit for them, i.e. check has already been paid, purchase has been made, no chance to add on anything, etc. I don't give out 5 star reviews very easily. Look it up and see. But when a restaurant goes above and beyond it would be wrong not to reward them with some love. Here's to more burgers! read more

I may be slightly biased since the last time I went here one of the employees gave me onion rings for free! I guess they made an extra one so they just offered to give it to me so it wouldn't go to waste. The employees are always super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. They have no problem answering any questions you have and offering advice on what to get. I like the cheeseburger with a fried egg on top. It's a bit pricey, but most of the restaurants around UCF are. I would recommend getting the fried egg on top, it deff makes more interesting than just a regular burger. It is quality meat, and not greasy like most burger places. I never leave here feeling gross after eating this. read more

I don't think it's worth $11 The fries and onion rings are very good, got the "Cry Fry" combo ($6) I also enjoyed the Coffee Mocha Shake ($4.50), the texture is silky smooth and it tastes great! I highly recommend it. While I enjoyed my meal, it cost me $22, so if you're into burgers with sides and a shake, it's pretty expensive. You can get a good burger with fries and shake at Steak'nShake for under $10 If you're going there for lunch, get there early because parking is very limited. read more

The food is typical of these higher end burger places -- not many choices of food (burgers and hot dogs), but lots of options for those burgers and dogs. French fries are some of my favorites. They also have the Coke "your way" machines, which is nice for lots of drink options. The restaurant itself is not huge, but not too cramped either. Vegans do not eat animal meat products or their derivatives, I am vegan and Burger Fi is a restaurant that caters to vegans more so than other restaurants because they ensure that they have vegan meat substitutes and buns on their menus and prepare the burgers and fries separate from their non vegan options according to their company values and guidelines. With all that said, that is the reason why I frequent this restaurant yet this is the second time that my vegan order has went terribly wrong. The first time they put bacon on my Beyond burger, which I had gotten to go and didn't discover until I got home, bit into the sandwich, watched bacon fall out then violently spat out what was in my mouth. Sorry to be graphic but imagine if I was allergic to pork and even if I wasn't if you're going to serve vegan products and guarantee food safety then it shouldn't be that hard to check the orders before they go out. That was a easy strike one. I didn't write a Yelp review because I simply reported it to management and they supplied me with apologies and reward cards, fine, honest mistake right? Well folks with no pun intended it's gone BEYOND bacon now because tonight I've been granted the gift of receiving a full blown REAL BEEF burger with REAL DAIRY cheese, now let me reiterate for the 50th time: THIS WAS A VEGAN ORDER!!!! It says it plain as day on the ticket. And I again only discovered this AFTER driving all the way home. It's partly my fault because I should've followed my instincts that something was wrong after my order was supposed to be ready at 8:22 and I sat in the restaurant for another 15 minutes watching the main cashier waltz around the floor not paying attention to the orders that were ready. I mean I looked her dead in the eye multiple times as she walked right past the ready window uncaringly whilst she visibly saw customers waiting on their food. After getting tired of waiting I flagged down the other food runner and asked about my order, gave her my name and she replied "no not yet." I gave it three more minutes then after seeing another customer get their order before myself I asked her again about my order, she walks to the ready window and says "Oh this is it, I'm sorry I thought you were an Uber order." Inattentive staff always equals disaster each and every time. I grabbed my order, hopped in my car, got home and well you guys know the rest. Take a gander at the evidence below. I advise any vegans or folks with food allergies to CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! Because you apparently have to do the job of the employees. These were two grand mistakes and though I am conflicted about wanting to return because they are one of the few convenient vegan catering restaurants around UCF, sometimes you just have to put your foot down and demand change. This was our first visit to a Burger Fi and while my friend first thought it was a glorified Five Guys, it's much better than that. Why? The burgers have more flavor, and while they are skimpy with toppings you order, a double burger with bacon, cheese and grilled onions packs taste. We didn't try any of the pre-designed burgers on the menu, rather made our own and were content. We left remembering two things: the fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade and hand-cut french fries. Both were much better than average. In fact, the lemonade becomes addicting after a few sips. The fries aren't greasy and you can tell they are hand cut, rather than frozen and dumped in a frier. Why come here for a burger? It's a fun, laid back place, with great service, it's clean, modern and affordable. Hi. First off I encountered a kitten that needed rescuing and I tried to help it but the problem is people keep feeding it. So if you see the little guy don't feed it. So it will go in the cage and go to a great rescue group who will help him. Now I had the greatest time but I can say that a two burger burger is not for people with little mouths. This is the new Burger Fi location across UCF below the Plaza on university house complex. I came here 10 minutes before they closed at 10pm and didn't realize they closed pretty early for a UCF area eatery but nevertheless was impressed with the costumer service by the young man at the cash register. He was happy, upbeat and patient as we decided what to order even though they were closing soon. On to the food- my friend and I both had their vegetarian quinoa burger and oh my goodness it was delicious! This vegefi burger comes with with white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, burgerfi sauce and your choice of bun. I got the multigrain bun and that it was good, not hard like others.
