This particular BurgetFi is not too far off of Interstate 4 and is overall a good place to head to if you are craving a good hamburger in a fast casual type restaurant. Since it is in a shopping plaza, parking won't be an issue. The staff is friendly and the burgers are definitely enjoyable. The fries are also pretty stellar. I would definitely recommend this particular BurgerFi.

While I was staying in Kissimmee/Orlando area for a conference, I ended up stopping by BurgerFi for lunch one of the days. This BurgerFi location is right next to Dunkin Donuts and a few other restaurants. There is plenty of space for parking. It was only a few minutes away from the Hilton hotel that I was staying at. When I had stopped inside around 11:20, there weren't too many customers inside. I ended up placing my order on the self service kiosk that was available to order from. BurgerFi offers a wide range of options such as the following Burgers (Bacon Cheeseburger, Rodeo Burger) Chicken & Sliders (Chicken Tenders, Chicken Sliders) Fries & Onion rings Milkshakes (Chocolate, Vanilla etc..) I ended up trying out the Burger Fi Cheeseburger, upgraded to the Wagyu beef with just cheese and pickles. I didn't get any sides with my order and just a soft drink. The order did take a while to prepare. I ended up waiting inside the restaurant for about 25 minutes for my to go order. The team member was nice though when I did pick up my order! I enjoyed the cheeseburger! It was quite flavorful and reminded me of a smashburger! It was expensive though for just the burger and drink, approximately $20.00, but the food was good! I'm glad I had a chance to try out BurgerFi. There is not a BurgerFi out in Las Vegas!

TRADITIONAL GRILLED CHICKEN BOWL and FRESH-CUT FRIES (LARGE)

Don't let the 5 star average on Google reviews fool you. This restaurant gives away free shakes for people who leave a good review. BurgerFi is unfortunately mediocre at best. I ordered a Traditional Grilled Chicken Bowl and Large Fries to share with the table. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered a salad at a burger joint because this was honestly so disappointing. I could have grabbed this same exact salad from a gas station for a quarter of the price. Granted, the chicken was good, but they basically threw the ingredients that go into a regular burger into a bowl and called it a salad. The fries were advertised to come with salt, but they came unseasoned. The floors were so sticky and grimy. And the bathroom was messy. I do not recommend coming here.

A burger with cheese. I asked for no cheese because I have an allergy to cheese.

No cheese means no cheese I have a dairy allergy The people in the place were nice but were slow because they were under staffed.

Great burger joint here in Orlando! Had the Burgerfi w/ no cheese and my wife had the CEO Wagyu. Both were delicious!

This is probably my second time trying the BurgerFi and I man I wish I would have it more. I went simple burger with some onion ring / fries and a shake. The Burger was grilled properly the toppings were fresh. I do have to say that if it was not for the sauce it had it would have been tasteless. So glad mine had good sauce. Now the biggest plus was the fact the it didn't soak the paper with grease that is always a plus for me. It had perfect level of juice. The fries were my favorite I did end up getting more fries they were crispy and seasoning was wonderful. They decently have the fry secret there. Onion ring I literally had a bite my kids are that up. For the shakes they didn't taste like syrup and they were not too sweet. This the most simple way I can put that. The flavor stood out perfectly and it was nice and creamy. The place has really nice outside seating. Weather was good and that just added to a good meal. There was just to 2 people working and they still managed to get the food out in a good time and made properly. They were friendly and had wonderful recommendations. They should have some more people there or not they did awesome.

Pros: *very clean *self checkout ordering screens were awesome *truffle fries are so good *indoor and outdoor seating Cons: *couldn't customize the burger on the screen to remove something that already came on it -- it allowed additions but no subtractions *this place is a bit pricey for a burger joint in my opinion *not my favorite burger but it's fine

Monica was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, our interaction with Mary was the complete opposite. She was rude and unaccommodating, which made our visit unpleasant. After ordering a few drinks, we decided to patronize another business. As a group of returning customers, we were also disappointed that no effort was made to accommodate us. We've supported this restaurant year after year, and we expected a more welcoming experience, especially as loyal guests. We hope management recognizes the difference that customer service can make and addresses these concerns so future guests--and returning customers like us--have a better experience.

Looking around after the game, a smash burger sounded like just the thing we needed. Ambiance was nice. Good, chill vibes, a random door to a random next-door bar. Plenty of viable seating for my party of six. Service was pretty ok. The front counter worker was nice enough, but the food took forever to come out. Much longer than I would expect for the products we ordered. The food itself was dynamite. I got the Papi Big Mak (Two Florida-raised beef patties, smashed onions, lettuce, American cheese, sweet-heat pickles, tostone "Middle Bun" , Papi Mak sauce, Sesame Martin Potato Roll). This was a fun thing. The patties had a good crisp to them. The totstone did not, though, so it got a little lost in the bite and chew. Needed more sauce. And that sesame seed bun really helped out a lot, too. A little extra texture in every bite. I was a fan. I also got the chance to try the Umami Papi (Two Florida-raised beef patties, crispy bacon, white cheese, sweet-heat pickles, crispy onion, raspberry jam, Uuuumami truffle sauce, sesame buns). This one was a better topping combination. The pickles had a nice pop of acid, the raspberry jam really stood out, adding a nice sweetness, and the truffle sauce, never thought I needed it on a burger. I did. Standout burger. I also got the Papis Loco Fries. I forget exactly what these fries were topped with, but the cheese, just look at it. Congealed just perfectly. A good side item, for sure. Overall, this greasy meal is out there doing the good work for the people. Maybe this was a four star meal overall, but I'm not sitting, that Umami Papi was a standout for me, and the reason I now give five stars.

Nice, crispy edges on the patties, and I loved how many sesame seeds were on the buns. Great flavor. Cons: The only thing was that they waited for our whole party's order to be ready before calling names, instead of just serving them as they came. This lead to cold burgers. Tips: Make sure you arrive early! If you wait too long, they switch to a smaller, less interesting menu.

There wasn't it. It's just a burger and fries and that's it lol. You can get single , double or triple cheeseburgers and then regular fries or seasoned fries. My boyfriend gave the burger a 8.2/10. He said it was really good and I had a bite and thought it was decent. It's a smash burger so the patty is burger than the bun and overall had great flavor with the pickles , onions and their cow and cheese special sauce. The seasoned fries tasted like they are seasoned with the seasoning that the bbq Fritos have. Both good dishes. The staff was friendly . The place was clean. I guess I just wish there was more variety. I try to stay away from fast food hamburgers so I was hoping there was a chicken sandwich on the menu but I guess that's why they call in cow and cheese. I think the prices are a little steep. You do get a big burger but it was 12 dollars and the basket of fries was 5.50. You're not walking out of there paying less than 10 bucks on anything that's for sure.

The burger came out delicious. You have to add the house sauce to it. You won't regret it. The tenders are so crispy but maintain all their juiciness as well.
